Trump Administration Spending Bill, AI Liability and Medical Experimentation
Donald Trump enters the 135th day of his administration facing criticism over a major spending bill containing blanket liability protection for AI companies. Concerns are raised regarding provisions that allegedly allow secret medical experimentation in violation of the Nuremberg Code. While Stephen Miller defends the bill as a necessary compromise for border security and tax cuts, Elon Musk has labeled the legislation a disgusting abomination.

It's Wednesday, June 4th, 2025. I'm Alex Jones, your host, and we're kicking off a very important transmission. InfoWars. Tomorrow's news today. We are now entering the 135th day of the Trump administration. And if you thought all hell has been increasing and breaking loose, well, you ain't seen nothing yet. Thank you so much for joining us today. All right, we have the big beautiful bill that has a lot of really good things in it. Tax cuts for working people, securing the border, a lot of good things. Stephen Miller's right.
01:17 But it has horrible things in it like blanket liability protection for any major AI company to do whatever it wants. And that the states have no power and the citizens have no power to sue AI. So it's just like a liability protection that was given to the so-called vaccine makers in 86, a Pandora's box. That's just one of the bad things in there. It also has a section for secret medical experimentation on anybody in any medical system. that totally violates the Nuremberg Code and is just so evil. And I covered this when the bill first passed, because we didn't get to see it until it passed. Saw pieces of it. Now MTG has come out and said she wouldn't have voted for it if she knew about that. And that's my main criticism is those sections and now we're finding some other little nasties in there. Now it's true that this is not a general spending bill and so it's not the place to make those cuts.
02:22 But there is pork in there and a lot of stuff could have been trimmed. Elon is overall right to say it is a disgusting abomination, close quote. And it's good to hold the Trump administration's feet to the fire. Now, that said, Trump has to get Congress to pass stuff. And I'm surprised the bill, with a lot of the great things it has in it, was even able to be passed. But that said,
02:59 You can have a nice delicious punch bowl full of a lot of delicious punch, but you throw a couple of capsules of cyanide into it, well, it'll kill everybody that drinks. So this bill needs to fail in the Senate or the bad provisions need to be stripped out. But the establishment wants this medical guinea pig power grab, this AI power grab. And I have a sneaking suspicion unless we put major pressure, that is the public on this,
03:35 And on the Trump administration to demand it, those provisions will stay in there and it'll probably pass. So this is really bad because of course, there's a lot of AI systems already in place. They're bringing in Palantir to integrate the databases. Trump wants the government to be surveilled with it for the waste, fraud and abuse. But you have Alex Karp and Palantir that bragged that he helped the EU censor and crush right wing populist movements. Well, he didn't for too long, now they're winning. And so we've got some problems there. My only point about Palantir, I've not defended any of it is, it's still small potatoes compared to all the other big AI systems the government's already using. I mean, IRS has been using AI for 10 years. It was already put in legislatively before that, but without any legal authority, but they still pass provisions to fund it under Obama in his last two years in office.
04:36 And everything you do on Vimeo, your bank account, down to 30 cents, it's all pumped through there. Your bank account's in live time. So let's just get this straight. The surveillance is already all there. I guess just with Palantir, they just openly talk about it. So that's my point. All right, we've got the communist Chinese and they are communist Chinese agents caught trying to bring bioweapons in for agro-terrorism. That's coming up, we come back in 60 seconds. It is Wednesday, June 4th, 2025. I am your host, Alex Jones, coming to you from deep in the heart of Texas, broadcasting worldwide.
