What they really mean is that this is the first convention in American history to not actually be a convention, to not actually have any political wrangling, to have no delegates debating, no behind-the-scenes deals, no uncertainty about who's gonna be the nominee, no surprises, no actual democratic participation at all.

All right, I'll drop out and give you my delegates if you can assure me a position in the... This is how the sausage was made. The political sausage got ground here at the convention. Not anymore though. Now it's a dance party. Now it's a big gay dance party where your leaders are dictated from on high and you just dance around like you love it. Okay? So we got vasectomies, abortions in the back, rioters in the front. It is dystopia manifest and it's the Democratic National Convention. So we'll be watching it. We'll be watching along as all of the Democratic greats speak tonight. Former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama will grace us with their appearance. Governor JB Pritzker will be there as well as second gentleman Doug Emhoff.

You can find this on his Twitter account, at real Alex Jones. Here is this special report about the danger of nuclear conflict coming from the Biden White House. The New York Times is now reporting that in March of this year, Joe Biden ordered the Pentagon to prepare to target, to war game a simultaneous nuclear war with Russia, China and North Korea. In a New York Times article published today titled Biden Approved Secret Nuclear Strategy Refocusing on China Threat.

Now, if this actually happens, which we're closer than ever with Ukrainian backed NATO forces going into Russia proper, or if China goes into Taiwan and nuclear weapons start getting used, every analyst out there from the RAND Corporation to the Pentagon document in almost every war game, 97% chance that once tactical nukes get used within a matter of hours or days maximum, it escalates to theater weapons and then strategic nuclear weapons. So we're talking about the doomsday clock being the closest it's ever been to midnight with the International Atomic Scientist Organization. They say we're the closest we've ever been to nuclear war. So the people still think she has a chance. And of course, we know they have baked in fraud with the illegals voting and folks voting in the names of dead people. They've been caught over and over again doing it. So Trump needs 10 points or more, a landslide to override the fraud.

Now, if you wonder why this is happening, Trump and RFK Jr have been friends, they've gotten along, they've not really attacked each other. But the Democrats have savagely attacked RFK Jr. They've tried to keep him off the ballot, they've demonized him, and of course they have denied Secret Service protection to RFK Jr when both his father, the Attorney General, and his uncle, the President, were murdered by the deep state.

So if they're gonna screw him and not let him run or not let him be in the debates, then it's the honest thing to do, it's the right thing to do to go with Trump who is also anti-establishment and has the corrupt deep state Both men have a shared history of assassination attempts to their families or to themselves. He could be the head of the EPA, he could be the head of the Department of Energy, but really the head of the Department of the Interior, but really where he could do the most good would be as the Attorney General of the United States. I think Tulsi Gabbard should also be announced as a cabinet position. She is hugely popular, the Democratic Party as well, and she's become a Republican. She's a good person, she's very smart. RfK Jr. claims this is just a misunderstanding because he has considered New York his home since childhood and intended to return. That doesn't make it better. An ice skating rink was under construction, I guess, for a period of seven years, the Wollman Skating Rink in Central Park.

You know, it's ridiculous. Big, big success story. No doubt about it. You came in and came in under and you did it in months when the city was fooling around. It was a very interesting statement on government bureaucracy, etc., etc. And boy, you looked like a Republican businessman standing there when they cut the ribbon. But who's to complain? They're skating as we speak in Central Park. Now you try to get in, you're single and you're out of the Wharton school and you've moved to Manhattan, leaving your roots we might say. Ahem, we can only speculate on how your father felt about that.

My father would come home every night at 7, have his dinner, read the newspaper, watch the news, and that was that.

So my father's a little bit different type. He gets things done and quickly and all, but he's less, perhaps less promotionally oriented. So it's a good combination, I think. Getting, if you get the best traits of both, that's a really good combination. I hope. You, uh...

30:06 Your father was, was there a lawsuit, you didn't have enough black, he didn't have enough blacks in his project, there were blacks in his housing development, but the federal government, and that upset you. I didn't like it because it wasn't fact, and I decided to fight it. And this was a lawsuit against numerous landlords in New York many, many years ago, and I didn't like it because it wasn't true. In fact, in one building they went, and there was a preponderance of blacks as opposed to whites. And I remember being asked a question, the question was asked about people. How many blacks do you have? And we said some huge number like 70% or 65% and they almost fell off the chair. Here they are suing us and we're saying a certain number. We've never discriminated. We don't believe in it. And I just thought on a principal ground I should fight. And other landlords didn't.

30:51 Okay. And we settled and it worked out very well. One of the people you meet at La Club, I gotta get to this place, was Roy Cohn. May he rest in peace. You liked him, he was feisty. Well, I liked Roy from the standpoint that he was a very loyal guy. When you see things happening nowadays, you see very little loyalty. You see an Ed Koch leaving everybody that gets in trouble in New York immediately. He doesn't know his commissioners, he doesn't know Bess Meyerson, he doesn't know anybody, he doesn't want to know about it. You know, he just drops them like they never existed. The one thing I'll say about Roy is he was an extremely loyal guy and he was a very unusual guy in that respect. So he was loyal and loyalty is a great trait. In my opinion it's a great trait. It's a trait that maybe can cause problems but it's also a great trait. Right. Well this is interesting because as you know you're the Fat Cat developer and you know the book on you is that you throw little old ladies who can't afford the rent out of the apartment.

31:45 I don't think that's the book on me if you want to know. I don't think it is at all. I think probably it's just the opposite. We have very wealthy people in this particular building. We have a building on 100 Central Park South. Probably the best piece of real estate in New York in the world. And we have very wealthy people, extremely wealthy people living in this building. Well, it's not quite accurate to say that every occupant is an extremely wealthy person. No, but the ones that were complaining were the wealthy ones. The ones that were complaining, Phil, were the wealthy ones. These are people with a lot of money. One of them owns a brownstone, a number of brownstones on East 66th Street, and yet she's living in this building for a rent-controlled rent. The rent-controlled people, the people that need rent control, they're not the ones that are protected. It's people that are usually wealthy with a lot of influence that have the connections to get a rent-controlled apartment. people that might need it, they don't have rent control apartments.

32:30 Well, that's a little facile. I mean, that's a little bit like saying, you know, those people are out of work because they're lazy. No, it's not. I think it may be... Well, first of all, let's... The building on Central Park South has been settled. You own it and you've made your deal with all the residents. We're very happy with it. Score one for you. Very happy with it. Back to this lawsuit. So you hire Roy Cohn and he goes to work and you win it.
