1:36:42 You pointed out Don Jr's statement, General Flynn agreed with it, so does Congressman Massey, and now senators are coming out saying he needs to stop. After you leave, we'll get to those developments, but clearly this is the military industrial complex trying to create a global crisis to keep Trump out in 62 days or hand him a total war? What is your view on that A and then B in the time we have? Putin, when he talked to Tucker Carlson, spent most of the two hour interview giving him a history lesson. I've studied a lot of history, but I would probably butcher it. But from what I researched, doesn't the Russian Orthodox Church, I know it goes back even further to Christ, the oldest Christian church in the world, and that's on record, but doesn't it,
1:37:21 in the founding of what is the Russian culture a thousand years ago start in what is Ukraine today. today and then that got conquered by outsiders, then the Muscovites came down and liberated them. And I mean, isn't the birthplace of Russia really Ukraine? And so the idea, I mean, this is really a globalist triggered civil war between not just Slavs, but between really Russians and then try to outlaw the Russian Orthodox Church in Ukraine and try to outlaw Ukrainian speaking Russian. I mean, that'd be like in England trying to outlaw the speaking of English, right? Yeah, exactly. I saw that interview with Tuck Carlson that Putin gave and maybe it was good that he gave that short history lesson. Maybe he went on too long, but in any case what he was trying to say is exactly what you just mentioned. That is the fact that, you know,
1:38:11 Back in 1988 when the Russians were baptized in Kiev, which is now the capital as we know of Ukraine, there was no such even understanding of Ukraine. It was Kiev and Rus', that is Kiev and Russia. And so that actual term probably came into into existence around the 17th century. So yes, we both come, like I said, from the same baptismal font, Russians and Ukrainians or Ukrainians that exist today. So of course, you won't ask to ask, who does it benefit to try to
1:38:55 make the Russians be at war with Ukraine or vice versa. Ukraine be at war with Russia. These are two, like I said, countries that go back to the same origins. And so really, and maybe it was another attempt to somehow weaken Russia. I don't know. Because, you know, Russia, of course, for the past 27 years has been growing in leaps and bounds economically. Now, I believe it's it holds the fourth spot after the U.S., India and China. And so it is overtaken even Germany and Japan. So obviously, this is maybe some see this as a threat. Russia's, you know, economic
1:39:41 emergence in the world and I think on the contrary Russia does not want to war to be at war with anyone and the lies that have been repeated continually by the West and especially NATO countries that Russia is going to after Ukraine, they're going to go into Europe. It's just once again ridiculous and this doesn't make sense. Russia wants peace with everyone, wants to work with everyone. And I think first and foremost that should be the case with the US. Let's not forget, you know, Russia back in the 19th century helped the North in the civil war against the South.
1:40:21 Russia always had very good relations with the US, maybe with the exception of the first decades of Soviet power. Well, that's right, and Russia sold us Alaska for nothing, basically. Yeah, exactly. That too. So, I mean- And of course, you give the history lesson. I know you're very learned, sir, Archbishop. British intelligence manipulated the South into the war. The British intelligence was always trying to overthrow the czars, so that's why they intervened. And that's all in the mainline history books. And again, I had ancestors that were in the South and were actually generals. I'm a Southerner, I'm not attacking the South, but the South was manipulated into that war by British intelligence. That's in the history books for people that don't know. And so the British intelligence is right at the center of the proxy war with Russia and Ukraine right now, and they are driving it came out, not having the peace deal that Zelensky was ready to do with Putin two plus years ago.
1:41:17 Right, exactly. Apparently Boris Johnson was the one that said to Ukraine to keep fighting. So, you know, once again, what are we talking about here? The fact that hundreds of thousands of soldiers have died as a result of that advice? Yeah, the numbers probably, sir, as you know, it's over 600,000 is the low estimate. Yeah, right, probably. And that's, like I said, once again, tragic, just tragic. And now when we have the chance to somehow achieve peace, certain sides are escalating the war. So like I said, the sooner Trump comes to power, the safer we will all be. Sir, thank you for the time. I want to give you the floor for another five minutes to say whatever you'd like to. About 50 million people will see this conservatively. What would you like to say to them about what they can do to help stop this peacefully?
1:42:08 Well, like I said, first and foremost, I think we should all be praying about peace. We should be praying that this is resolved as soon as possible. And we should be praying for the new president, the returning president, Donald Trump, that God give him wisdom and strength to understand what's happening in the world. world and to be strong against the powers that try to cause a war rather than peace. And right now it's really critical because this is a very real threat and the threat to mankind, to the existence of humanity.
1:42:49 So, hopefully, I think everyone needs to voice their concern and I would say even one concern, their outrage that this could be happening and to urge all of their local politicians and politicians in Washington to rethink the strategy. Because there's still two months left of the present administration until Trump is inaugurated. But a lot could happen in those two months. So God forbid that, like I said, this continues to escalate and results in a war, and God forbid, a nuclear war. So let us all pray for peace, but also let us not be silent about this.
1:43:29 Well, thank you for not being silent. I don't know the finer points of your very humble oldest Christian faith. I mean, are you able to say a prayer, Archbishop, here on air for world peace right now? Or should we all just say that privately? I think we should just all say it privately. I don't know that I have a specific prayer right now, but I think, you know, when we pray from the heart, You know, that's what God really does hear us. And that's very important. You know, a humble and a sincere prayer is something that is always heard. Thank you so much. And where's the best place for people? Is there a website? I know you guys have a lot of websites. Where's the best place for people to find out more about what you actually say?
1:44:10 Well, you know, I can't say that I have a website, an official website. And sometimes people ask my opinion because I do like to follow the news here and in Russia and to make the comparisons. And so, you know, when I'm asked, I'm more than happy to to talk about it and to share my opinions. But, you know, we only have our church websites, which really don't talk about any of the politics that we're talking about right now. Well, thank you for joining us at this greatest of times. God bless you, Archbishop. Thank you. Thank you, Alex. God bless you too. Thank you. There goes Archbishop Gabriel, leader of the Russian Orthodox Church in Canada. I want to play a top professor, author, one of the most respected geopolitical analysts in the world, Jeffrey Sachs, a brief history of what's really happening in Ukraine. Here it is.
