If there's any reasonable doubt, you can't convict somebody and you also can't say, oh well,

So that is just next level, kinda like in his real estate trial, he didn't get a jury trial, he asked for one. People go, it's a bench trial, you can ask for a bench trial, Trump didn't want one. And what about me and my kangaroo cases in Texas and Connecticut? where the judges both coordinated with each other. It was an HBO film production, the whole thing was just a reality TV show. I was supposed to just be a bit player in it and I wasn't allowed to basically defend myself. I was found guilty before they ever had the trials. The judge says this person is guilty, you're here to find out how guilty they are so they can still have some type of sham event for the media because they wanted to have their cake and eat it too. Just absolutely insane, but people are waking up to it.

Again, my dad, they'd buy me clothes about twice a year. I was taken care of. I got three square meals a day. But if I wanted a toy or I wanted a new bike, I had to go mow lawns for it. That's just old fashioned, it was a good thing. And when I was six years old, remember if you're old enough, remember they had Time Life book ads on TV all the time. And I would say, hey, I want that. So a new one would come every month and he ended up buying me more than 20 encyclopedias. My dad was a big encyclopedia guy himself. He would buy every few years the new Britannica edition. The house was just full of books. His house still is full of books. My mother's a historian. She had a degree in it. She never went and taught it. And so I grew up around this, but just an example, here's just a few of my World War II encyclopedia.

By the time I was 10, I was reading Pulitzer Prize books, Order of the Deathshed, Rise and Fall of the Third Reich.

Because it had Hitler on the front of it. I said, no, why are you selling it? She goes, well, you're a really smart kid. And I said, yeah, why are you selling it? And then because that edition was a big orange and had Hitler on the front, the woman was like really scared. She's like, what are you doing? You like Hitler? And I said, no, I want to read what Hitler wrote. But the point is, is that I've probably, no exaggeration, read 200 books on World War II and talked to a lot of World War II vets. I'm not trying to brag here. I'm just trying to, when I say I got encyclopedias on World War II, I've had these since I was six years old, folks. So, but I shouldn't even have just said that. I should have just said all of the mainline experts agree that we're the closest to nuclear war that we have ever been. And

And they're gonna supply heavy weapons and cruise missiles to the Ukrainians to hit Russia. Now, why would you admit that? It's been going on for a couple of years, but now the weapons are getting heavier. Why would you say that? Well, that's a provocation to get Russia going. EU state permits Kiev to strike inside Russia and takes credit for it. How the US is flirting with the idea of limited nuclear conflict with Russia and China. And then it's got the doctrine, the article's got links to the Pentagon and the defense publication saying, yeah, well, nuclear war's not that bad. Meanwhile, Israeli embassy in Mexico City set on fire by protest. Brand new F-35 crashes into Mexico on way to the US airbase. I mean, just what a piece of crap, billions of dollars apiece.

But a lot of the lawsuits that come out there are the if you sue the government they point at private entities and say oh it was a private decision and the private entities say oh it was a government decision. Well We took it a lot further. Mike and you know the variety on natural news they were all named in government funded organizations organizations like News Guard Institute for Strategic Dialogue which is a foreign entity. And these these institutes were granted money by the United States government to create censorship tools with which were then used

Well, I call it judicial dog poop and I try to make that hashtag trend. So I'll just clarify, former litigator, former attorney, and I only did civil law out of Quebec. So I don't have expertise in this, but I have half a functioning brain and I can sort of digest the legalese. The issue that the judge just dealt with here

Ordinarily, this would be a misdemeanor bookkeeping charge. And it would have been prescribed in terms of the statute of limitations. But yeah, but it also would have been prescribed as if that's the word in the US. It would have been lapsed because the statute of limitations would have already expired I think in 2019. The way they got past that for this kangaroo show trial was to bump it up to a 34 charge felony. And the way they got there is by saying, well, the falsification of the business records was to conceal an underlying felony.

Well, it's federal election fraud, except the FEC looked into it. So isn't that habeas corpus, like show me the body, where is the crime? Well, it's more like just fundamental due process. What am I being charged with? What am I being accused of here? The felony falsification of business records is fine, but what's the underlying felony? And they were suggesting election interference. But the FEC looked into it and said, we're not taking this, there's no crime here. And so

I don't understand why the defense starts their closing arguments before the prosecution who gets the last word, but before having specified what the predicate crime was. And you get Judge Marchand, who will say it until I'm blue in the face, corrupt to the core. His daughter is making millions off this prosecution, raising money for Adam Schiff off this prosecution, for other political action committees. He is the most biased. With politicians, this is a political hit job. But the bottom line, Judge Marchand, corrupt as the day is long, gets up there and says, you don't need to unanimously agree on what the underlying felony or the predicate crime was. It could be 444. I don't even understand the minutiae of this rubbish detail. But bottom line, says you don't have to agree unanimously on what the predicate crime is in order to unanimously convict on the overarching crime, felony falsification of business records.

3:19:40 It is, I mean, it's a mockery of the court system. Doesn't it show the insecurity of the judge? Well, I mean, it shows the political bias and that he's cooking this trial to yield the desired result or at least to maximize the outcome, the potential for the outcome that he wants. He's leaving it to a jury. He didn't go the New York nipple judge anger on route and bypass the jury and just usurp the rights of the jury. He didn't go by default verdict like they did with you. This is criminal, not civil. But These other judges, they have ways of controlling the process to yield the results. Engeron didn't go to a jury trial. He said he would do that. He said if I emotionally don't want to do something, I do whatever I want. Absolutely, he's on the record ten years ago saying, I have the tools to get to the results that I want in law. Judge Marchand has got the tools, but it's a jury nonetheless. So he's got to do his best to bake this so that it yields the most likely result of the cake that he wants by way of final product. So what does his instructions mean?

3:20:39 Well, he's basically giving carte blanche to the jury to convict in the absence of any understanding of what the predicate crime was. It could be election interference. It could be false. I mean, I don't even know what the other two options were. It's basically just a scattershot. How are you being tried and the judge says we don't know what he did. You just decide that sounds crazy. It is everything about this trial is crazy. The fact that it was brought when it was decided not to have been brought years ago, the fact that it's brought in 2024. They're alleging that Trump, when he made this payment in 2016, 2017 from an alleged affair that occurred in 2006, that that was election interference. Even though the payment was made when he was actually president and there was nothing left to hide even if there was. And Cohen admits he's stealing the payments.

3:21:26 Cohen's is the linchpin in this case. It's his testimony that Trump directed me to structure this payment this way. That is the crime. If you don't believe Cohen, you have no case here. But the bottom line, Cohen, who is the linchpin, his testimony is what directs Trump to direct the payment to structure it illegally. He admits that he stole $30,000 from the payment that Trump gave to him, allegedly to direct to Stormy Daniels. So he's stealing from the payment that Trump structured to pay off Stormy Daniels as if Trump would have approved that. So- How could a jury listen to him when he said last week, did you steal the money? Yes, I stole the money.

But he thinks that he did his time already with the three years of punishment that he's already had. Their star witnesses were a lying, pathological porn star. Now, the porn star is not even the worst part. It's the lying. She's a pathological liar who has lied-. Well, she said on TV that Trump did nothing to her a few years ago. Her lies are documented, but then she has to lie about having lied. And then she has to lie about having lied about having lied. That's her testimony and it was all useless cuz it doesn't matter whether or not Trump did have sex with her. It doesn't matter whether or not he wore it. It doesn't matter if it happened. The payment went out. The only question is whether or not Trump directed Cohen to structure it as a hush money payment.

And then the second star witness is Michael Cohen, who is a liar of everything he says is a lie. And not just he's a liar. The prosecution was concealing from the jury the fact that they knew that Michael Cohen stole

What do you think is gonna happen or what could happen and then where do you, even if they convict him, it's better for Trump. Everybody sees through this.

Supreme Court could have quelled all of this. I have the sneaking suspicion they push this through to try to get a conviction before the Supreme Court could issue a ruling that could impact on this. But bear in mind, this goes back to 2016, 2017, as relates to alleged conduct back in 2006.
