In Texas, $50 million deal. It's capped at $5 million. The law says that, but she says, I don't care. Then she said he's also guilty of elder abuse because this guy's above 50-something. Even though the jury didn't hear that in his charge, she says, well, the jury also finds him guilty of that after the jury's gone. I mean, this is like beyond kangaroo court. This is ridiculous.
