Educational programs in certain Colorado districts are accused of teaching children suicide techniques under the guise of "death education." Similar psychological tactics are allegedly used within the military to weaken troops suffering from PTSD. These efforts are viewed as a psychological operation to convince the youth that they are victims whose only escape is death.
