Non-governmental organizations including the Red Cross, Catholic Charities, and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) are characterized as "pump houses" for global invasion. Amy Pope, an American, recently took leadership of the IOM, which is primarily funded by the United States. Secretary Mayorkas reportedly visited an IOM facility in Panama to plan the expansion of migrant camps.
