About this episode

Alex Jones announced a major federal court filing in Houston, Texas, with a hearing scheduled for May 9th to investigate alleged collusion between the Democratic Party and the Department of Justice. The filing asserts that internal documents and whistleblowers prove a coordinated conspiracy to dismantle Infowars through abusive legal processes and scripted show trials. Jones claims the litigation, involving the Paul Weiss law firm and the Sandy Hook Promise Foundation, was designed by political operatives to silence his media platform rather than secure legitimate financial restitution for plaintiffs.

Evidence surfaced regarding the Department of Justice providing millions in grants to Sandy Hook charities to facilitate a demonization campaign that began during the 2016 Hillary Clinton presidential run. Financial records show the Sandy Hook Promise Foundation revenue jumped from $5.8 million to $25 million during the litigation period, while undercover footage from Sound Investigations features contractor Gavin Oblevis admitting the FBI targeted Jones to bankrupt him through civil lawfare. The narrative details the failure of forensic audits to find hidden assets, the removal of US Trustee Melissa Hazleton for ethical breaches, and the alleged rigging of the November 13 auction by Trustee Chris Murray to favor a bid from The Onion and Michael Bloomberg-backed Everytown for Gun Safety.

During a heated confrontation, Alex Jones confronted Chief Restructuring Officer Pat McGill over a secret court brief that questioned the broadcaster's sobriety and competence. Jones recounts the dramatic May 31 attempt by private security teams to seize the Infowars building without a court order, leading to a three-day emergency broadcast standoff. The segment highlights the ethics scandal involving Liz Freeman and Judge David Jones, framing the entire bankruptcy saga as a high-stakes battle for the First Amendment against globalist systems.

Alex Jones Federal Court Filing, May 9th Hearing

Alex Jones announced a new federal court filing in Houston, Texas, with a hearing scheduled for May 9th to review evidence of alleged collusion between the Democrat Party and the Justice Department. The filing claims a conspiracy to destroy Infowars through abusive legal processes and "show trials" produced by HBO. Jones asserts that whistleblowers and internal documents prove the litigation was designed to silence his media platform rather than seek legitimate financial restitution.

00:00 These people were so arrogant in court filings, on courthouse steps, you've seen them, admitted that it was all a conspiracy to destroy me. And of course I did nothing they said I did. And show trials, the worst in history, produced by HBO because they never thought we'd get back into the executive branch. They never, they thought they had us. It's like in all those movies and stuff where the super villain likes to monologue. In criminology, that's what they do. Fake rigged auctions. Trying to sneak it by the judge fraud bankruptcy fraud felonies Raiding the building with private security no court order just department officials. I'm a just department officials I say throw Jones out and of course, you know, we have the surveillance footage of all that I've just been nice and never released it. Oh, I got a lot more to Ha ha ha when they had their CRO try to set me up. I don't just have the recording you heard so We're getting ready to start. You know what this is

01:18 This is open and shut crimes. All right here, all proven, all them bragging about it. That's the best part. Oh, we've deposed them too. That's where your money's gone. You've been shoveling at us here. Hadn't been going to fancy pantsing, been going to war. And this is just the start right here. But this is a blueprint, the flight plan of the Enola Gay, figuratively, non-violently, lovingly, when it was loading up with hydrogen bombs or A-bombs to go visit Japan.

01:59 This is the flight plan right here. There it is. The government fears Alex Jones, who has the largest audience in the country, bigger than any of the networks, the biggest megaphone in the country. The deep state hates Alex Jones with a vengeance. Alex Jones is the most extraordinary person I've ever met. You know, it's been quite the saga, the war against him, full wars for the Democrats, the Justice Department, the deep state. And their undoing is the fact that they didn't even hide most of it. But now we've gotten whistleblowers, insiders, quite a few had pangs of conscience and reached out to us. Do the Democrats out watching the law firms, Paul Weiss, you think I'm bluffing? No, we were just waiting for you to make your next moves.

03:12 And so we filed in federal court yesterday. Within a few hours, the judge said, no, I will have a hearing on this on May 9th. And he wants everyone there in Houston. You want to go to X at Real Alex Jones. I posted about 20 minutes ago, this document that Bloomberg and AP reference, but don't give you any of the quotes or documents in it. And each little footnote has videos and documents and transcripts of everything we claim and say about the Justice Department running the attacks, the lawsuits, the rigging of the fake trials, and with the express aim of destroying me and never getting money, and harassing me for the rest of my life while claiming they want money. The definition of abusive process, lawfare, a conspiracy against rights.

04:15 It's on Real Alex Jones right now. We'll pull up the tweet. I suggest you go get it. I suggest you share it. Exclusive Texas federal judge to hold a hearing May 9th to review evidence of the Democrat Party colluding with the Justice Department with the publicly admitted goal to silence destroy Alex Jones' info wars. This lawfare extensively documented in the filing below constitutes the most vicious case of an open conspiracy to abuse an American citizen's constitutional rights via abuse of process. It literally We know with Fannie Willis and Letitia James and Jack Smith and hundreds of the old men at the White House dozens of times and lied about it and coordinated it all and that's come out and they're getting indicted and it's all, you see that. And that's coming, those are the first just so you know, from my sources. Soon, two, three weeks away, max a month. They're just going through the witnesses and who their bosses are and going up the chain. And normally you'd take your time to go all the way up to the top. We already know that people want indictments now and you're gonna get them. So it's the same thing here.

05:28 But in this case, it'd be like if they had cameras in the White House with the committee that really ran things after they stole the election four years ago and the auto pen and the rest of it. They're all sitting there in their committee room with the auto pen and they're the committee that's the president now and they're getting all their goodies and payoffs and things because they're all the co-president. And then they bring in the lawyers and they all plan the operations. It'd be like having a camera in those meetings. Because these people were so arrogant in court filings, on courthouse steps, you've seen them, admitted that it was all a conspiracy to destroy me. And of course I did nothing they said I did. And show trials, the worst in history, produced by HBO. Because they never thought we'd get back into the executive branch. They never, they thought they had us. It's like in all those movies and stuff where the super villain likes to monologue. In criminology, that's what they do.

06:33 So they had their final judgment out of Connecticut, Supreme Court refuses here in Connecticut. We filed a sentence Supreme Court but that they can still move while that's going on. So I told you they could be in here by today. The state was lifted yesterday or Monday. And they said in the news they're coming in the receiver down in Houston, Kel he got everybody ready and they were coming in this week. Well, now the federal judge is having a big investigation hearing off of all this. And I wonder if they're crazy enough to come in here and snatch this with a federal judge looking right at it while it's happening. This isn't reverse psychology. My superpowers is straight shooting even the bad guys. My lawyers are like, why are you always telling them the strategy? Cuz I want them to know cuz they can't help themselves. I hope they come in here and shut us down with the sheriff's department. Man, that makes the felonies just get straight. I mean, you talk about having massive,

07:45 Standing with open and shut lawsuits and criminal charges. I mean, this is like robbing a bank in broad daylight, live streaming it to YouTube or something. I mean, you've never seen a filing like this and every damn bit of it's documented. Go read this. This is what they did. 30, 35 pages of it. Sensational, incendiary, every bit of it true.

08:24 The only thing not truthful about this is it's even worse than this can have. It'd be 1,000 pages long just to scratch the surface, but it's believable. Fake rigged auctions, trying to sneak it by the judge, fraud, bankruptcy fraud, felonies, raiding the building with private security, no court order, Justice Department officials. I'm a Justice Department official, I say throw Jones out. And of course you know we have the surveillance footage of all that, I've just been nice and never released it. I got a lot more too.

09:03 Ha ha ha, when they had their CRO try to set me up. I don't just have the recording you heard. So we're getting ready to start and all these arrogant Paul Weiss Democrat lawyers that just got sanctioned and confessed to illegal lawfare, abusive process, abusive rights, that's criminal. They've admitted in their admission to Trump that it was illegal what they did to him.

09:53 And then they said we'll do $40 million in community service non-political. And then they filed last month, the 20 million of it on the taxes was suing me. That's your community service? Retroactive, harassing us with your activities and your law fair? Very nice. That's all in here. You know what this is? This is open and shut crimes. All right here, all proven, all them bragging about it.

10:35 That's the best part. Oh, we've deposed them too. That's where your money's gone. You've been shoveling at us here. Hadn't been going to fancy pantsing. Been going to war. And this is just the start right here. But this is a blueprint, the flight plan of the Enola Gay, figuratively, non-violently, lovingly, when it was loading up with hydrogen bombs or A-bombs to go visit Japan. This is the flight plan right here. There it is. So we got stuff like that today and we got a lot more for you.

CHAPTER 02 / 18 Discussion

Globalist Systems, New Network Transition

A discussion regarding the broader conflict against globalist systems highlights the shared legal challenges faced by Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and Infowars. Plans are detailed for a transition to a new network owned by supporters should the current bankruptcy proceedings result in the seizure of Infowars assets. The narrative frames the legal battle as a high-stakes confrontation between sovereign citizens and billionaire-funded PR and law firms.

globalists· donald trump· elon musk· bankruptcy· free speech· media ownership

11:19 But I know this, the age of people all being asleep and being politically, culturally, and literally in many cases gang raped by the globalist is over. The cakewalk days, boys and girls are over. And you can run your operations against Trump and try to crash the economy and say he's a dictator and all this rest is crap. But it doesn't matter. People know you're the bad guys. And the harder you push and the more you do, the worse it's going to get for you. And that's great because you don't know how to stop. You got all these old globalist billionaires just operating their PR firms, their law firms, their PIs, their dirty tricks groups. And they just sit there thinking there's no repercussions. Attack, attack, attack Americans, attack sovereign people, attack families, attack children, attack society.

12:19 And that can work when people aren't sophisticated and don't know what you're up to. But once people know what you're up to, everything you do then backfires. And I'm just stating the obvious to you. So here's what we're gonna do. I'm gonna table this over here. And later, after I cover all the news, I'm gonna get to this and I'm gonna read part of this document on air. And then I'm gonna give you a little context in some of the sections. But

13:06 It's all dynamite. I mean, if you want to know what the sword of Damocles looks like to bad guys, this right here. It's on exit real auctions right now. The very same law firms suing who else? They admit to illegal activity against Trump. The same people are involved in lawsuits against Elon Musk. He hasn't squeaked and squawked about that like I have because he's got a lot more money and can beat them quietly. But I'm very proud to have the same enemies as Elon Musk and Donald Trump.

13:48 Because if you're not effective at exposing these scum, you're never gonna be hearing from them. But they hate me so much, they glow with hatred and I love it. I absolutely just am so pleased because my mission is to destroy the globalist system. And I think we're doing a pretty good job because of you. You. You. You. That's why I keep explaining it's you. You're just like me. You were born to take on tyrants and bullies. And that's why they bill me with their made up stories as a bully. That's why they hide behind children and everything they do because it's the globalist coming after our children. And so just for our enemies to know, we have not revealed 10%. We're holding the real goodies back. Think I'm bluffing? You're gonna see.

15:06 Cuz I know you're not gonna stop. But I want everybody to remember this. Remember this day, because if they stopped and left us alone, then when this information comes out, cuz it's coming out, I'm putting it out regardless. That's the right thing to do. No one would care that much. It would just get lost and all the other corruption coming out about them. But if they're able to shut this operation down and then stupidly have the onion run around and wear our skin and say they're us as they've said they will do.

15:45 In the law, when you do that, when you come into a bankruptcy and get it to sabotage it, destroy it so you don't get money, but so you can destroy a competitor or someone you don't like, it is a super hardcore high-level group of crimes. And it's all open and shut. And they will be prosecuted. So if it's in God's plan that this happened, either way I am absolutely as happy as a pig and you know what? Because I'm just gonna go on my new network with the folks that built it and own it, and you're gonna be there and you're gonna spread the word and it's gonna blow up in their face. So we win either way as long as we know we're winning and they can't convince us we're losing. We're winning all over the world. That's why they're having to outlaw their political opposition and arrest everybody.

CHAPTER 03 / 18 Discussion

Sandy Hook Litigation, DOJ Grant Funding Allegations

The Justice Department is accused of providing grants and funding to Sandy Hook plaintiff charities to facilitate a demonization campaign against Alex Jones starting in 2016. Claims are made that Hillary Clinton used national TV ads to create a "straw man" narrative linking Jones to Donald Trump. The financial growth of these foundations is contrasted with the $73 million settlement received from Remington, suggesting the litigation was a coordinated political operation.

16:36 See how that works out for you, even short term. Long term, it's total destruction. Oh, I'm afraid the deflector shield will be quite operational when your friends arrive. The deep state lawfare, the systematic attacks, against Infowars and against myself are legendary. And it's only now, after years and years of being under attack, that we have the clear, full picture. We're about to break it down right now. The attempts in federal bankruptcy court by the Democrat party-run Justice Department and their operatives to try to put me in prison and

17:18 And multiple failed attempts to close the building lawlessly without court orders, fake auctions and more. We're about to break down the three deep state hit teams that have attempted to shut down this operation unconstitutionally and put me in prison. It is now part of the public record that the Democrat controlled DOJ at the end of the

17:56 of the Obama administration in 2016, working with Hillary Clinton, ran national TV ads falsely claiming that I'd done things to the parents of Sandy Hook children that I'd never done in an attempt to demonize President Trump. She ran on that the last two months of her failed campaign. And I didn't understand at the time exactly what was happening. I knew they were lying about me to create a straw man to then demonize Trump. Then for the next two years, they continued, sometimes thousands of articles a week. and hundreds of TV programs a month. I mean, every channel, PBS, HBO, CNN, ABC News, NBC, sometimes at night it'd be on every channel that Jones is bullying parents of dead kids. He's sending people to pee on graves. No evidence of anybody even doing that, much less I was doing it.

18:45 I barely ever even talked about that, the internet had questioned whether it happened or not. So I knew that they were still going after Trump with it, but I didn't understand the full depth of it. We're about to break major news here tonight. And in previous reports, we've shown the documents that we've now discovered in the last few months that the Justice Department was giving grants directly to the Sandy Hook plaintiffs' charities. And that by demonizing me and doing fundraisers off of it, if you look at the graph from these foundations, from these charities, they made basically no significant money until the demonization campaign kicked up many years after they were set up. And then when I was sued and

19:26 And then during the giant show trials, and they've gotten 73 million from their Remington suit because Adam Lanza that killed the kids. I didn't kill him. Remember that? Nobody even knows who Adam Lanza's name is, it seems. It's all Alex Jones when you think about Sandy Hook. They then just continued on and on and then finally sued me in 2018. And then they had the judge in Connecticut and the judge in Texas, Democrat Party operatives. on record, find me in default or already guilty. Then they had an HBO produced show trial in Texas and a few months later in Connecticut in late 2022. The flat growth of these foundations took off when I was sued, then skyrocketed beginning with the DOJ funding of grants and loans resulting in grants, loans and contributions well over $100 million. So it's on record the Justice Department was funding those groups

20:19 It's on record they gave him $1.6 million in amongst the other money that was flooding in during the show trial in Texas and then in Connecticut in August through October of 2022. But during the last three years, I went into bankruptcy because I personally was out of money. I never had one one hundredth of the money they claimed I had and so I went into federal bankruptcy to reveal all and be investigated by the federal court and to show that none of their claims were true and to try to get a settlement. So we went into Chapter 11 reorg almost three years ago. I'm going to chronicle the timeline here. I've got my notes and to say, okay, we've got your fake judgments on appeal, but

Infowars Bankruptcy Timeline, Forensic Audit Results

A chronicle of the three-year Chapter 11 reorganization process for Free Speech Systems details the transition into liquidation and the failure of forensic accountants to find hidden assets. Over $3 million was reportedly spent on four different accounting firms, while an IRS audit resulted in a $4.3 million tax refund for overpayment. The narrative asserts that the plaintiffs' refusal to settle for high eight-figure sums proves their goal was total censorship rather than debt collection.

19:26 And then during the giant show trials, and they've gotten 73 million from their Remington suit because Adam Lanza that killed the kids. I didn't kill him. Remember that?

21:06 In the meantime, we would like to make an agreement that the majority of any profit goes into a trust that that if we lose the appeals, you get it, so we continue on. And they openly in the news everywhere said, Jones is hiding hundreds of millions. So the mission was stated on national news, local news, press conferences, take Alex Jones off the air. And this is exactly what they asked the jury to do. Take away my ability to ever be on the air again, take away my freedom of the press and take away my free speech. But we will be at it as long as it takes. And if you're out there right now and you're one of Alex Jones' audience members, and you're considering giving him money, I just want you to know that based on the jury's verdict today, it's not a very good bet. I hope that we never see someone like him again. I hope that with your verdict he can go away. But the money is not even really the question for me. The question is,

22:03 Will this suit be successful at stopping him from being on the national stage? We want him off the air as they'd said at the courthouses in Texas and Connecticut when they won their judgments But they already won them because the judges had already said I was guilty in default and told the jury I was guilty They were just rubber stamping that so the motion is denied for these reasons and the Court hereby sanctions the defendants by precluding them from presenting evidence or argument that they did not profit from the Sandy Hook coverage. And of all of this critical information, the most critical is this.

22:40 I was never found guilty by a jury. Both judges defaulted me and told the jury that I was guilty of all this stuff I never did. This was the reason that they refused every other offer to settle the judgments, because it was political and not... about getting money from me. It was about taking me off the air while they used my name in fundraisers and got DOJ grants that did actually generate the money. Then that strategy was used against Trump and many others because it worked so well against me. And so then that process goes on

23:16 and we go into a liquidation process where they're supposed to sell the assets. The court even ordered an auction sale by which public bids could be made. But these plaintiffs tried to come in and take over the auction, not to buy my assets, to operate, but to destroy. But then, companies that wanted to continue my show on, I would just work for them, tried to come in, and they block that over and over again while telling the judge that I was a crook and that they needed an investigation. So they used free speech systems money, revenue coming in to the broadcast

23:55 to pay over $3 million to now four different outside accounting firms, forensic firms, to find nothing. And now over $2 million to a trustee law firm and its lawyers, all to try to take my assets to destroy, to take the Infowars brand away, hoping that would destroy my audience. After all the corporate media headlines that hundreds of millions, and I was Lex Luthor, and it's stolen all this, and I was going to prison, and the bankruptcy would get me, No hidden assets were ever found because none existed. The IRS audit that took over a year produced a $4.3 million tax refund because we had overpaid in the last five years. Now I'm going to go through what happened now and their attempts to criminally set me up that failed and the recordings we got of this happening and you're going to hear that.

CHAPTER 05 / 18 Discussion

Paul Weiss Law Firm, Chief Restructuring Officer Conflicts

The Paul Weiss law firm is criticized for its pro bono work with Sandy Hook families following a $40 million settlement related to litigation involving Donald Trump. Issues are raised regarding the first court-appointed Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), who allegedly failed to ship products to customers despite available funds. This led to the appointment of a second CRO, Pat McGill, a retired leftist ideologue who Jones claims further mismanaged the company's meager reserves.

paul weiss· pat mcgill· bankruptcy· cro· justice department· pro bono

24:47 And then I'm gonna show you the rulings and the filings, where just three weeks ago, the plaintiffs, the big Democrat Party law firm that's orchestrating all this, Paul Weiss, that just confessed two weeks ago to unlawful, intentional lawfare against President Trump, and agreed to a 40 million commitment to do pro bono work for free for poor clients or for the public good and non-political causes. But that's not what happened. Paul Weiss says their pro bono work is for the Sandy Hook families, those that received their share of the Remington 70 plus million settlement and those who participated or created the foundations that have had contributions of hundreds of millions of dollars only after I was sued. But their attacks on yours truly and all of your free speech rights because they can get me, they can get you, that's their admission, are ongoing. So

25:44 I understand as bad as what you're about to see, I'm just scratching the surface here because we're learning more every single day about this. In a previous report that we published at X at Rolox Jones and MForged.com, again, you can see all the documents on the Justice Department funding this, the Justice Department admitting that they created the lawsuit through an FBI agent. It is just staggering. Each component itself is a scandal, but And there's a time, let me just go through the major points in history that have

26:21 happened here. In July of 2022, Infowars, Free Speech, my company, files for Chapter 11, which was a re-org. That is, it was supposed to pay its debts through operations, but they didn't want money, they didn't want payments, plus they claimed I'd stole this money. They wanted an investigation. So the judge went ahead and said, okay, with your own company money coming in, I literally had listeners pay for us to be investigated because I knew we hadn't done anything wrong. And they again of course found nothing. I was very transparent with listeners about that. I said this is the process. The first CRO that they send in from the court and the US trustee doesn't, even though there's plenty of money coming in, doesn't allot money to ship product.

27:07 Doesn't buy a new product none of this but because I personally wasn't in bankruptcy yet, which is the company I took the little bit of money I had left and got the product shipped out and bought new product myself, which they refused to repay So the money I paid in the last of the money I had at the time I never got back But I made good on the shipping to my viewers and listeners and then the judge who I don't believe is corrupt Finds out about this and without me even asking we were about to have my lawyers asked that the CRO the first one be fired the judge does it himself and excoriates him so then in October of 2022 a Second group is brought in and this leftist ideologue named Pat McGill who'd been in retirement comes in and gets appointed by the court and

CHAPTER 06 / 18 Discussion

Federal Mediation Failure, Secret Brief Allegations

During a December 2023 mediation in Fort Worth, Sandy Hook families reportedly demanded a minimum of $85 million and editorial control over Infowars, which was rejected. In March 2024, CRO Pat McGill allegedly filed a secret brief with the court claiming Jones was hiding money from a satellite phone sponsor. Jones recounts discovering this filing while traveling to appear on Tucker Carlson's program, leading to a direct confrontation with McGill.

mediation· fort worth· pat mcgill· tucker carlson· secret filing· satellite phone sponsor

27:56 And there is the federal trustee, Melissa Hazleton from the Justice Department comes in and her lawyer, Liz Freeman, oh you want to remember that name. Now let's go to December of 2023. I'm ordered by the court to go to mediation at a federal courthouse in Fort Worth, Texas. I drive up there from Austin. I'm there for two days. And we offered them high eight figures, even though I wasn't even sure I could ever even make that much money to settle. And they came back and said, no, that's not enough. We want you to agree to not talk about the second amendment and some other things. And then it went on from there. Oh, there's going to be a bigger list. We basically want you to just sell out to us. So I said no. Sandy Hook families offered to settle Alex Jones 1.5 billion legal debt for a minimum of 85 million.

28:48 Now, I've not made $50 million myself in 30 years on air. In 30 years, I've not made $60 million, $55 million. And that's before taxes. So I've really made like $30 million in 30 years on air. And they want a board in here where I don't run the company and they want to try to control my speech. But then they run a headline, oh, they gave Jones a way out, $85 million minimum and then them controlling what we say and do. That's not an offer, but you have to understand this is CIA run. This is all government, FBI program, and they want me off the air before the election. Now, obviously, I'm going to be on the air one way or another. And then after I didn't make that deal to sell out to them,

29:45 That's when all the setups began. And there has been so many of them, it'll make your head spin, but we're just gonna hit some of the most obvious on record ones right now. They come in. And they say, oh yeah, we want to settle this, we want to fix it, blah, blah, blah. There's plenty of money coming into the company, but suddenly they start getting rid of all the sponsors, dozens of them. They then start not wanting to buy more product, but saying don't worry. So they run down the meager reserve of four or five million dollars we had for a company this big, that small, down to empty.

30:21 So now we're barely making payroll. Then Pat McGill, the CRO under Melissa Hazleton in the Justice Department, files a secret brief with the court in March of 2024. But the judge doesn't keep it secret because he's following ethics rules and he sends it to my lawyers. So I'm in Florida to go on Tucker Carlson's show of the State of the Union and I'm driving there my lawyer calls and says look at this look at this filing. They claim you secretly hit a sponsor and Kept money yourself, and I'm like well wait a minute We filed that in federal court in the new CRO for over six months would never take the money

31:05 and kept saying, oh, you just, it wasn't that much, $400,000, you just keep that money from a satellite phone company sponsor. And I'm like, no way. I'm now in bankruptcy myself. I've already filed the reports that this money's waiting to go over. It's sitting there in a bank account. And you're like, I just don't worry about that. And my lawyers heard that months before, they're like, that's really weird. It sounds like a setup. We got to, you know. So they met with him. They'd sent emails. They said, you got to take this money. So despite all that chain and all that witnesses and people in the meetings bringing it up, and my financial advisor, my CPA and all this in these meetings, for months that goes on, doesn't matter. He still files a report that there's this couple hundred thousand dollars over here and that McGill has discovered this, but it's secret to the judge. So the judge then gives that to us

31:56 And my lawyers are like, yeah, we remember all the meetings, the emails, it's on record. This is crazy. So I call Pat McGill while I'm driving. He starts saying, oh, I didn't follow that. I'm your friend. I'm sitting there reading the thing on the iPad while I'm on the phone. And you're going to hear some of that audio right now. But just imagine that, because then it gets insane by magnitudes. So here is Pat McGill, the so-called CRO, who's never even here and does absolutely nothing, and did a whole bunch of other horrible stuff I haven't told you about that he kept from the court, we'll be telling you about. Millions of dollars, not here. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, you see, I'm not even bringing out the strongest stuff, and this is devastating, devastating.

CHAPTER 07 / 18 Discussion

Pat McGill Phone Recording, Incompetence Allegations

An audio recording captures a phone conversation between Alex Jones and CRO Pat McGill, where McGill denies making a court filing that questioned Jones's competence and sobriety. Jones reads from the document, which labels him "unreliable" and "unable to competently manage" the affairs of Free Speech Systems. The segment highlights the discrepancy between McGill's private assurances and his subsequent testimony in court and statements to Bloomberg.

32:41 Here it is ladies and gentlemen for the world to hear telling me he didn't file this secret filing a day before that I got the next day because the judge gave it to me that he never thought I would get telling me he didn't file it. Listen to the gas lighter of gas lighters Patrick McGill. Is your phone working? Yeah, I don't know what happened. What's going on man? How you doing? You sound like you're relaxed tonight. You sound like you're you're relaxed this evening. I'm just really tired. I mean, I've been beaten up today. How are you doing? You know, I just was in a really important meetings and stuff and all sorts of important stuff. Now I'm driving back to just hang out and go to bed. So, how's Florida? Florida is very nice, but listen, cutting to the chase, I haven't, I've heard all this stuff and all the fracas going on and my big concern is I don't want a big fight and I'm not involved.

33:44 Know you love me very sweet, but obviously that filing hurt my dad's feelings and some other people You know where I'm incompetent and stuff like that. Okay, so let's talk about that Well, I mean what did happen I called your dad and he wouldn't take my call that I would never do that. That did not happen. Okay, good. So what happened? I have no idea, but I called your dad and I said I would never do that to Alex Jones. Well listen, listen, I got, Pat, Pat, I got thick skin and I think me being in a bankruptcy means I need help and I thought maybe your lawyer just got a little exaggerated. No, it did not happen.

34:48 I would never do that to you Alex. I would never say that about you ever. I would never do that to you. And you don't have to believe me. And you don't have to trust me, okay? Because I'm confident. How do I want to say this? I'm comfortable in what I'm telling you. I would never do that to you or to anybody. Okay, well Pat, I believe you. So let's just move on from this. Here's what happened today. I'll just tell you. A lot of people were upset about this. I was in important meetings and I refused to talk to anybody. Then I tried to talk to you and you couldn't answer so I called Enloe.

35:32 Okay. This is... What's going on right now will not affect your plan and not affect our plan. But what I'm telling you, it's important for you to understand for me very clearly. I did not do this. It's important for you to understand that. I listen, I believe you. Well, explain to me what the filing... I would never. And when I'm a friend, when I'm a... You know, and I told you that in voicemail.

36:38 was David, you know me. You know how we deal with you, okay? I've been very straight with you. I would never ever put the bad mouth on Alex or put him in any bad situation. I just wouldn't do it. And the fact that somebody thinks that I would, like your dad, your dad actually thinks that I would do that. Well, I guess that somebody Pat here's the deal even of that filings really your lawyer did it It's right here on my phone he later admitted he did it by the way They filed a secret filing saying I'm a criminal stealing money and I get to that with him and that I'm incompetent also stuff and he's literally telling me it doesn't exist and

37:26 I'm not upset with David either. I'm just telling you, I want... Well he's not really upset with you, he was just confused by that document he got sent. Well, I want to see it. Oh, well I'll get you one right now. I guess it's in my email I'm driving down the road. I want to see the actual document that was filed. Because I never did any of that. Well I believe you Pat. I want you to be successful. I'm not. Yes. By the way, maybe you should talk to him. Okay.

38:17 Big Wigs, and then I'm going to see Tucker in the morning. I've already put all my money into free speech. I care about my employees. I'm not gonna give up and let them have that victory of shutting it down. If it gets shut down, that's the way it is, but all I need... No, we don't want it shut down. So let me ask you this. If you're saying, and I'll send you this in email, if you're saying that this thing I've got is some forgery or whatever, or manufacturing, what does your sealed document say? I don't know. I never said what your dad said I said. And that document does not say what your dad said. It said I would never do that. I would never. No, I understand. Listen, I got thick skin. I have very thick skin. I know that, Alex, but I would never do that. I'm just telling you, I would never do that. That's not me. That's not me. Sure, sure, sure. Well, listen, I believe you, Pat. Let me just read you this.

39:19 Item 1, page 1, FSSS employees approximately 50 personnel and has the potential to generate very real significant value for the creditors. Point 2, unfortunately the principal Alex Jones can be unreliable and is unable to competently manage the affairs of SSS. It goes on from there, but unable to competently manage means incompetent. So look, I understand that I declared bankruptcy. I thought that was some legalese term meaning I needed help. So I don't even take that as an insult. They all got upset about it. Is that the document or is there a different one? No, they talk about you being an alcoholic and that's what your dad was saying that there was some something that said you were an alcoholic and you were not reliable and I said I never said that. Okay, well I think they were right between the lines. What is the blacked out stuff? Can you tell me?

40:12 No, I don't know. I don't know what you're talking about. I've not seen what you're saying. Can you send that to me? I've never seen that. I have never seen that in- Hit pause. Back it up 20 seconds. He's now testified in court. He did it. It's real. They did it. We have it. It's been on national news. They put it in the news and I'm incompetent and all this. It was in Bloomberg. So, days later he's in court. Yeah, he's incompetent. I gotta take it over. He's telling me it doesn't exist and then it gets into Alex Jones. I caught him stealing money. Imagine having this creature with no court order tell them to kick me out of the building last night.

CHAPTER 08 / 18 Discussion

May 31st Building Hijacking, Trustee Removal

On May 31, 2024, private security personnel allegedly attempted to seize the Infowars building without a court order, leading to a three-day emergency broadcast standoff. Following this event, a federal judge removed US Trustee Melissa Hazleton, her lawyer Liz Freeman, and CRO Pat McGill from the case. Jones characterizes this as a failed attempt by "hit teams" to shut down the operation through force rather than legal mandate.

private security· melissa hazleton· liz freeman· court order· emergency broadcast

40:58 And then when I call up the head of the security guard, I go, hey man, they don't have a court order. It's like, hey, you're at windmills, you're upset. Oh yeah, like you just ran over me with a car, why am I upset? Well, hey, we're not gonna do it, we want a court order. Good, then don't. Well, if he says he's the, no he's not, because he told them all they're gonna be the people that run this company. And I'm supposed to sit here and again, have them shit in a bowl and tell me it's Dutch chocolate ice cream. So when I aired the tape of McGill lying The CRO under the Justice Department, he went completely silent for the next month or so. And then on the afternoon of May 31st, 2024, all of a sudden all this private security and security uniforms with guns showed up. And I was like, what's going on? And they said, we've been told we're kicking you out of the building and shutting it down tonight.

41:57 So I called the head of the private security company that we were already using for many years. They were now in the control of the quote, trustee that was over the building. And I talked to the owner and he goes, yeah, I don't know what's going on. And I said, well, you've got to have a court order to shut this down. He goes, I tend to agree with you. He said, let me call you back. And he calls me back about 20 minutes later and he goes, yeah, I've got multiple lawyers from the US trustees office, Justice Department saying, I'm a lawyer, we don't need a court order. You will shut that building tonight, you will kick them out of the building. And I said, well, I'm gonna call the police if you try that, I'm gonna sleep here. I went on air, emergency broadcast that night, stayed here for three days, and the rest is history.

42:43 Then my lawyers follow emergency message that week it takes a few days for the judge to set a hearing on June 14th Removes or fires the US trustee Melissa Hazleton and her lawyer Liz Freeman was the main one and Pat McGill and he says your last job is is to sign the bank accounts back over to Alex Jones, he's the head of Free Speech Systems. The headlines were, Judge throws Jones a lifeline. I mean, you come with no court order, with private security, with guns on their side and say get out, and then you talk to the guards and the owner of the company, they go, yeah, we can't do this, we agree, we should have a piece of paper. I mean, I would have left if it was a court order.

43:21 But that very day, in comes the new person, Chris Murray, who would be the new Justice Department trustee and who would be over the company. This is, in my view, the three shutdown info wars hit teams. The first one doesn't do the shipping, doesn't buy the product, and just won't ship stuff. You know, the money's there to ship it. I mean, that's illegal. We were getting ready to go to the court to shut that down. The judge fired that guy and that group. Then the federal trustee comes in with Pat McGill and shuts down the sponsors, shuts down the money, does all the stuff, but we barely survive. And then they try to say that I'm stealing money and file the secret report that wasn't true. We'd already filed the report. We're trying to bring the money in that was there before my bankruptcy, because I was in bankruptcy at first, which is the company, but I tried to bring that in and was reporting it all.

CHAPTER 09 / 18 Discussion

November 13th Auction, The Onion Purchase

Trustee Chris Murray is accused of rigging the November 13, 2024, auction by changing the rules the day before the event to favor a lower bid from The Onion. The purchase was reportedly funded by Everytown for Gun Safety, an organization backed by Michael Bloomberg. Jones describes arriving at the studio at 8:00 AM on November 14th to find the internet being cut off during Harrison Smith's live broadcast.

chris murray· the onion· everytown· auction· bloomberg· harrison smith

44:16 And then they bring in Chris Murray. Chris Murray says, hey, well, let's just do what you're supposed to in a bankruptcy. Let's sell the assets. And I said, good, all I want, and these are meetings with my lawyers and my CPA, all I want is to be an open and free auction. And if the bad guys want to buy it and do that, that's their issue, but let's do that. And so then he goes to the court and says, I want to have an auction. The judge says, fine, cash auction. come back from their hearing about the date and the details. Chris Murray doesn't do that. Chris Murray doesn't ever go to the court and then sets an auction for November 13th, 2024. And it's a public auction with a big public online auction company. And then the day before the auction,

45:08 He sends an email to the people that had gone and filed to be part of the auction, including the Democratic Party Sandy Hook people, and including others that had gone in and followed all the rules and filed their bid. And they said, you know what? It's no longer public. We're going to have on the 13th where you just in the morning send in your bid, and it doesn't have to be the highest bid. We reserve the right to pick any bid we want. And so Told all my people as this is a setup watch They took a bid that was less than half and that was for funny money of my future earnings that are on appeal with their judgment to then buy my Company for the onion it turns out that's being funded by every town. That's 90 plus percent funded and run by Bloomberg the anti-gun advocate and so

46:06 They do their sale on the 13th. I told my crew, be ready, they're going to close the building tomorrow morning. I get here at 8 a.m. They show up right when I'm here and say this place is shut down. And they said, the families, I met with Chris Murray right here in my office, he said, in front of my CPA, he said, the families want you shut down now. I'm so sorry how this went. And I said, this isn't a real auction. You changed it the day before. I'm filing injunctions to block this. Don't you even try it. And he said, it is my view that I am in control of this and you are not to be here. You leave. And I said, no, Harrison Smith's already live 8am. But by then it was like 9 o'clock. I said, I'm going over there and going on the air. Ladies and gentlemen, it is 8.04 and 20 seconds Central Standard Time, Thursday, November 14th, 2024.

47:04 And InfoWars that has been on the air for 27 years, I've been on air 30 and a half years, is reportedly to be shut down imminently. They're turning off the internet, they're turning everything off here. And so that's in process right now, InfoWars is turned off, Bandai Video is turned off. And so there is a very good chance that we will be back here in the next few days as soon as the judge has an emergency hearing. And this will, this is what I believe is injustice and wrong will be upended. And so discretion is the greater part of valor.

CHAPTER 10 / 18 Discussion

Emergency Hearing, Auction Fraud Allegations

Following the studio shutdown, Jones moved operations to the Alex Jones Network backup studios owned by a sponsor. A subsequent court hearing on December 9th and 10th led the judge to declare that a "real auction" had not occurred and to request new cash buyers. However, the case was eventually moved to state court under Judge Blair Gamble, whom Jones identifies as a Soros-aligned official.

steve bannon· alex jones network· bigley· judge gamble· state court

47:45 And so the feds that were here left when they heard Steve Bannon say, you know, go put cameras on them. That's not what I was going to do. I wanted to go talk to him. I did talk to him over the phone and they're going to Houston for the emergency hearing that the folks I was working with that put in real bids were just denied the process. They went paid, they went and got put down deposits, they did everything right. And then nope, sorry, lower bid gets it. And that's all coming out in court. I'd already figured out they were gonna do that. So at about 1030, I leave here to go to the Alex Jones Network backup studios that our sponsor Bigley built, the AlexJonesNetwork.com that they own. And I literally, as I'm pulling up to it at 10 till 11 when my show's about to go on, I get the call, hey, the internet's cut off, they killed Harrison's show, he's off the air. Imagine, this is like a Hollywood movie, but this is a real world. I go in, we go live with the satellite uplinks, everything.

48:36 And without a hitch, go on air on the 14th of November. And we announced this is illegal. In my view, this is incredible. They didn't even have a court order. They already tried to shut us down on May 31st. They already tried to set me up saying I had hidden money, even though it was filed with the court. And I said, we're filing an injunction. Chris Murray's lawyers, we'll get to in a moment, this is key, Liz Freeman, she calls up my lawyers and calls up and says, Okay, you can stay on, you can go back to Infowars, let's just drop this, we'll just have another sale. And then we come back, the internet's turned back on, it's all over the news, The Onion owns it, The Onion is on national TV saying it doesn't matter what he says, we got it, ha ha ha. You know, he's Alex Jones, just ignore him.

49:32 We do lies and garbage in a different way. We have a lot more fun with it than they do. We're very excited to take it over and, you know, create a new better path for this website. And the Sandy Hook family support this move? Absolutely. They were behind this and, you know, Ben and I may seem like strange bedfellows, the Onion and Everytown, but the truth is we've got at our fingertips the facts, the stories, the data, the research. But what they've got is a really broad audience and humor, which is what you need sometimes to break through the misinformation, the fear that is so permeated mainstream thinking. Overnight, the judge in charge of this put a hold

50:12 on your purchase, raising questions about the process, raising questions about transparency in the bidding process. What do you make of that? Are you confident this is still going to go through? Yeah, look, we won the bid. We own Infor's and we are very excited about that. But is it true that you didn't have the highest bid? We did have the highest bid when you take into account the family's concessions here. They made a concerted effort to make this the best and highest bid for everybody involved. So we're very excited to take that over and look, it's Alex Jones. If he just handled this graciously and moved away, that would be the funniest part of this whole situation. Obviously, that is not something that he's going to do in this situation. So you're confident this is going to go through? Oh, yeah, absolutely. And then the court case goes forward and we get a hearing set for December 9th. A whole day hearing. Well, the whole day goes, all this evidence of the corruption, in my view, and the fraud and the rigged sale and the fake auction that didn't happen. The judge later agreed the auction didn't happen, it was fake.

51:10 He goes two days because the judge needs more time. He goes until 10 o'clock at night, December 10th, and he says, I cannot do this. This was not a real auction. I want you to bring me real buyers. I want whoever has the highest cash amount to get this. We can have later. The folks that put in the biggest bid that really won that were disregarded in the November auction put in an $8 million offer. A month goes by, Chris Murray don't respond, won't even really talk to anybody. And this goes on and on and on and on and on. And then they start having hearings and wanting to shut us down again. And then two and a half weeks ago, the folks are trying to buy this that I've said I'll work with because they're patrons of them for many years and they'll allow us to have our free speech with the news director, I'll just be known to be the owner.

52:09 They file and say okay, Murray won't talk to us and And and and and they won't make a deal so judge you said have an auction We want to be able to have a new one or buy it or have somebody challenge us whatever we're here Because Alex doesn't want to give up on the name info wars and our catalog of the great work We've done in the crew and the studio and everything we've done We're ready to hire Mr. Jones right now and build a new one, but he wants us to work with us, he wants us to fight for this. And the judge came out, said, no, I said no more auctions, no more nothing, and you guys will go fight over this in state court. And it's just up to you now. And of course, the state court is Judge Blair Gamble, the literal Soros judge, just like our DA here, all of it, they run for office here.

53:03 That's just the way it is. So I have to say the judge has not done anything corrupt in my view so far. He seems like an honorable man. I know he's exhausted after three years, that's a record long bankruptcy. And the other side has said in filings, we don't want any outcome where Mr. Jones is back in control of his company. And they've also said, we don't believe this company's a real buyer, we think it's Jones' money, even though it's a big company with hundreds of millions of dollars. It owns a whole bunch of stuff and has major backers beyond that. And so Now the judge, in my view though, is rewarding them by beginning the process of kicking out a federal court for their obstruction, for their deception, for their claiming I stole all this money that was disproven, for their fake.

53:49 auction for them closing the building illegally. This is all civil, but when you close a building without a court order and just try to do it by force du jour, that is, that's a hijacking. I mean, if a cop falsely arrests you outside of his jurisdiction or out of uniform, it's official oppression. You can do what you do in your office if it's executed faithfully and then you have some immunity, but you don't when you do this. So, Right now the other side though, even though this is two weeks ago has not so far filed anything not done anything Because they know if they try to execute judgments and take this building under Texas law. They aren't just liable for

CHAPTER 11 / 18 Discussion

Liz Freeman Scandal, Judge David Jones Relationship

A major ethics scandal is detailed involving Liz Freeman, the lawyer for the US Trustee, and her romantic relationship with the top Texas bankruptcy judge, David Jones. While Freeman was working on the Infowars case, she was reportedly living with the judge who had approved millions in legal fees for her firm. Jones also recounts an incident where Freeman and other officials inspected his private gun collection, attempting to use it as a pretext for his removal.

liz freeman· david jones· bankruptcy judge· ethics· conflict of interest· gun collection

54:32 the building and the money, but huge damages if I win my appeal, which all the lawyers, not just mine, but other experts agree must be overturned because it is kangaroo absurdist. Like if you were trying to teach law students about what the most absurd, unconstitutional thing a judge could do, they would do it. She found me civilly liable for things that weren't even in front of the jury after the jury had the verdict, when she already told him I was guilty, but didn't add that. I mean, it just went on and on and on. Texas has capped it a certain number. She said, I don't care, I'm gonna challenge these caps. So they know that. So that's the stalemate that we're in right now. Now, I mentioned Liz Freeman. I was not told this when she was brought in with the new US trustee from the Justice Department years ago with Pat McGill. I only learned this in the last six months.

55:30 and it only broke in the news in November and December of this year. So listen to this, and this is the big one. Judge Jones, David Jones, not my dad, same name, the top bankruptcy judge in Texas, retired supposedly in October 2023. Liz Freeman is the live-in girlfriend of him while he's ruling on cases and ruling on bankruptcy fund for legal fees of her of at least $7 million.

56:08 She's under Justice Department investigation. He's under Justice Department investigation. They're being deposed during this period and then right through last year, but it's all secret while she is sent in with Pat McGill to the bankruptcy in the last year and a half while he's filing secret reports that I'm engaged in crime and then lying about it. And while they're trying to shut down the offices and sending in armed men with no court orders. I remember saying at the time, why would they be so lawless? Why would they be so crazy? Because it's clear you've got the Biden Justice Department that's admittedly ran these cases against me, going even back to Obama before it. And they

56:53 They're here with the mission. They say in the courthouse steps the Democrat Party law firms in Connecticut, Texas to shut us down You got Paul Weiss that just confessed a month ago to running lawfare against Trump at a 40 million dollar fine You got the Paul Weiss law firm that's coordinating all this and running the counter bankruptcy against me That's now said they build over 300 million dollars in their suits against me. That's in Bloomberg You've got this woman here in my office many times attractive blonde haired lady Lawyer that's been with the judge got seven million at least in questionable stuff They're under criminal investigation and then she is inserted while this is going on No one tells me this to be the lawyer for the US trustee of the Justice Department while they're trying to set me up on record I mean, did you hear what I just said and you could type in her name you type in judge David Jones

57:50 Top Texas bankruptcy judge, New York Times, Washington Post, Bloomberg, hundreds of articles. But it only started breaking in November and December. So I start, I'm like, what? I've heard Liz Freeman, that's that blonde lawyer. What? The stuff they did trying to set me up. We have a couple gun safes here. They had my own private gun collection and the securities guns. They came in here with Liz Freeman and Melissa Hazel and all of them early on when they first got in here while I now know they were under criminal investigation being deposed by the Justice Department. And they're like, are you worried about what we're about to find? I'm like, no, these are all legal guns. Some of them I bought when I was like a teenager. They're like, oh yeah, they take photos, serial numbers. And when the judge asked them on the June 14th hearing last year, McGill, why did you send in armed men to shut down an order? He said, well, we had a gun issue. They said, tell me what it is. He said, well, I can't tell you.

58:39 But he says, that's it, you're removed, you're fired. I mean, it's classic liberal stuff. There's guns, there's guns. Well, I mean, yeah, I've got a gun right here. I mean, it's self-defense. I have no criminal record. I mean, the cops have guns, politicians have guns to protect them. I mean, why do I have this? Revolver's the safest, easiest. a gun that doesn't fail on you and has built-in safety, a kid can't pull that trigger. It's just spectacular that you have a lawyer that got $7 million in fees to her from a judge she lives with that resigns and people don't know why, and then she's inserted into the case with the US trustee in the second group that comes in, and then now you've got the third group and the US trustee, Chris Murray,

59:28 And he's there not supporting and opposing anybody buying the company. And they're saying they don't want money in their own filings. The Sandy Hook Democrat lawyers out of Connecticut that are being coordinated with Paul Weiss, the big Democratic Party law firm. I mean, this is an insane level scandal. We were faithful, we were truthful, we did it all. Our bidder, our companies that were coming in, that we were supporting, that were working with us, they were trying to pay them money. That under the law is what they're supposed to get. But they don't want that. They want me silenced. That's their mission because they want you silenced.

CHAPTER 12 / 18 Discussion

FBI Investigation, Globalist Resistance

Sources indicate that the FBI is investigating the US Trustee's office and the Biden administration's role in the Infowars bankruptcy. Jones vows to continue the fight through civil litigation and criminal referrals, citing support from figures like Kash Patel. He frames the struggle as a defense of the First and Second Amendments against a corrupt globalist system targeting children and national sovereignty.

fbi· kash patel· free speech· civil litigation· john paul jones· globalism

1:00:05 This is an incredible travesty of justice. And if they can get away with this with me, they can get away with it with you. But the world's woken up. People are seeing through this. The Justice Department is particularly investigating the U.S. trustees and what happened in this federal court. So I know from my sources that The FBI is particularly investigating the US trustee's office and what the Biden administration did through that to me, because Trump was already concerned about that and already seen many cases of that done to him and others. But then you've separately got the COVID money and the DOJ money going to the Sandy Hook charities and the Bloomberg money and all of that in Connecticut. That's huge. I know that's being looked into. But the larger issue is the conspiracy against the citizens' rights to deprive them of their free speech and their livelihood and their viewers and listeners of the right to hear it and see it. And then admitting that this was all a big beta test for everybody else.

1:01:03 They have to be investigated and they have to be stopped because they are so wildly arrogant and they just believe that they have free reign and open season to do this, not just to me, but to all of you. And this is so cut and dry what they've done with three different groups of people that came in here, one after the other, because the message is, and the orders are, get Jones. Shut him up. Teach the populace that we're over them and that we can crush them like a bug. My fight is your fight. I'm very thankful to all of you out there that have stood with us through this. And that's why your ongoing support at thealexionstore.com with the great supplements, great patron apparel, these incredible products like Methylene Blue, you name it.

1:01:54 Allows us to continue on the face of this but whatever happens I'm gonna continue on with civil litigation With major packages of information obviously for referrals and criminal investigation that we're told is already going on Well, I'm not told I've met with folks and I'll just leave it at that recently and obviously in the recent past But but I also understand that they're very very busy and had a lot of things going on trying to save this country But these guys aren't giving up. They're not giving up trying to start a nuclear war with Russia They're not giving up with trying to smuggle your kids into the US. They're not giving up with a transgenderism targeting our kids to screw them up They're not giving up because what else can they do?

1:02:36 This whole globalist corrupt system, not just here but around the Western world, is going to go to prison if we ever really get back control of our civilization. And we have to because It's better to die on your feet than live on your knees. And in my experience, people that try to live on their knees actually die a lot quicker than those that fight and live and thrive and succeed on their feet. So for myself, the crew, its family, and all of you, the viewers and listeners that are family, thank you so much for standing with us. It's been epic. And if we would have given up, we wouldn't have been able to have all this information come out. And it's now all backfiring on them, not just with the law fair and the criminal investigations we've gone through that I just mentioned a few of here,

1:03:16 But just all of America and the world waking up to this bullying and saying, we're not going to take it anymore. But I promise the Pat McGills and the Liz Freemans and the Chris Murray's of the world that God is real and God is good. And I know that justice is real and I know you reap what you sow. And I know in the end that no bad man can stand up against a good man who keeps on coming. To quote, paraphrase the founder of the Texas Rangers. No man in the wrong is standing up against a man who's in the right, who keeps on coming. And I promise you this, in the words of the founder of the US Navy, John Paul Jones, I have not yet begun to fight. And so you got that guarantee. It's the last thing I do, civilly or in the criminal courts, one way or another, one way or another, this is just gonna continue to come out and you will face justice. It was the last thing I do.

CHAPTER 13 / 18 Discussion

DOJ Funding Evidence, Paul Weiss Pro Bono Claims

Federal documents and ProPublica data are cited to show that Sandy Hook foundations received over $100 million in DOJ grants and donations following the 2018 lawsuit. The Paul Weiss law firm is accused of misusing "pro bono" status to represent wealthy political interests for free. This follows a settlement where Paul Weiss acknowledged wrongdoing by former partner Mark Pomerantz in litigation against Donald Trump.

propublica· paul weiss· mark pomerantz· sandy hook· department of justice· lawfare

1:07:33 You are about to see the irrefutable proof from federal documents that the Democrat Party-controlled Justice Department gave millions and millions of dollars to the charities of the organizations and groups that sued myself and Infowars in their own stated admitted goal of silencing our First Amendment right to freedom of the press and free speech. I hope that we never see someone like him again. I hope that with your verdict he can go away. The money is not even really the question for me. The question is, will this suit be successful at stopping him from being on the national stage? And then

1:08:19 During that process, playing the victim and claiming I was doing things to them I never did, to raise over a hundred million dollars separately from the Justice Department funds. And we have the Justice Department now admitting that they orchestrated the entire thing. This is a conspiracy against an American citizen's rights, rights under the First Amendment protecting freedom of the press and free speech that dwarfs the wildest exaggerations that the left claimed that Joseph McCarthy engaged in during the Red Scare. We're about to lay down one of the most egregious cases of organized lawfare in the history of America right now. It is no secret

1:09:14 that in the last decade, I have been targeted and my news organization Infowars at unprecedented levels by the Democratic Party, by federal agencies, by law firms, including Paul Weiss, by PR firms, and by corporate and mainstream media and other organizations. And they've openly bragged on CNN, MSNBC, that they beta tested the systems of lawfare that were later used against President Trump and thousands of other Americans that dared to stand up to the deep state. But it has been in the last seven years or so being targeted with the Sandy Hook story and scandal that I learned specifically how these organizations work in concert to do it. And just in the last few months,

1:10:15 We have gotten previously secret FBI documents since the Trump administration got in, and other publicly available documents about where the funding came from. So here today we are just examining, and it's a huge area, the federal funding of the DOJ to the groups and organizations and individuals suing me, and FBI and CIA admitted agents admitting on the stand in court and also in undercover videos how they organized and ran these operations that are classic from the lawfare and cancel culture playbook in my view. And from our research view and legal expert view, operating an organized conspiracy of DOJ lawyers, professional spin doctors, and politicians

1:11:02 all against my civil rights, my freedom of the press, and my right to free speech in classical racketeering form. And President Trump himself has filed lawsuits against some of the very same law firms and organizations that have been involved in my persecution, like The Paul Weiss law firm that just settled their litigation with Trump by acknowledging the wrongdoing of its former law partner Mark Pomerantz and among its settlement terms was an agreement by Paul Weiss law firm to dedicate the equivalent of 40 million in pro bono legal fees. But let's look at what Paul Weiss has done and is currently doing.

1:11:45 We all know that lawyer pro bono work means free legal representation to those who cannot afford the legal fees or representing non-political public interest groups. It is now claiming to be doing pro bono work for rich people pursuing a political agenda. Contrast Paul Weiss' settlement with President Trump, the Paul Weiss current webpage, claiming that its current partner, Kyle Kempler, maintains a significant pro bono practice. He is currently representing a group of families of the victims of the Sandy Hook school shooting in bankruptcy proceeding of yours truly and targeting our company Free Speech, trying to shut it down.

CHAPTER 14 / 18 Discussion

Censorship Goals, Hillary Clinton 2016 Campaign

Attorneys for the Sandy Hook families are quoted admitting that their primary goal is to take Alex Jones off the air permanently rather than seeking money. Jones traces the origin of this campaign to August 2016, when Hillary Clinton ran ads labeling him the "dark heart" of the Trump movement. He characterizes the subsequent legal proceedings in Connecticut and Texas as scripted "show trials" produced for an HBO documentary.

censorship· hillary clinton· hbo· show trial· first amendment· defamation

1:12:24 In fact, these lawyers have repeatedly claimed that they are not interested in the money, but in taking Alex Jones, yours truly, off the air and out of the public discourse forever. This is the ultimate form of censorship, to be allowed to argue to a jury that they have the power through an award of damages to take away a person's constitutional right to free speech or deprive an organization of the right to freedom of the press. But this is exactly what both judges in Texas and Connecticut allowed these lawyers to argue. And this position has been repeated over and over again, including by The Onion, that they want the assets and name of Infowars so they can destroy it, so they can use it to parody yours truly Alex Jones and freedom of the press. I ask that with your verdict, you not only

1:13:14 take Alex Jones platform that he talks about away. I ask that you make certain he can't rebuild the platform. That's what matters. That is punishment. That is deterrence. But we will be at it as long as it takes. And if you're out there right now and you're one of Alex Jones's audience members, And you're considering giving him money? I just want you to know that based on the jury's verdict today, it's not a very good bet. But the money is not even really the question for me. The question is, will this suit be successful at stopping him from being on the national stage? But the family's attorney says the money is not what matters most. What would such a ruling mean for the families of the Sandy Hook victims? What they're hoping to achieve is the most amount of accountability that the legal system can deliver.

1:14:04 uh... and money is just one component of that and not the most important component of it paul weiss and the cabal of lawyers frequent admissions that they are not interested in money but only censoring yours truly alex jones for life this is currently what president trump experience and exactly what trump thought he was ending by the terms of the settlement not so Paul Weiss simply repackaged their definition of pro bono to representing rich individuals for free if the political message is correct. Notwithstanding that the families are neither poor nor, according to their lawyers, interested in money damages, not only have many of the Sandi Hoop families shared in the 70-plus million payment by Remington and other gun manufacturers,

1:14:52 But the several foundations that many of the families have set up or participated in have received over $100 million in DOJ grants, loans from the US government and straight donations. They are currently the main law firm that is strategically controlling and coordinating the law firms in my bankruptcy case. That is going to be in another full report just on what's happened in the federal bankruptcy with all the same players involved. But today I'm going to reveal new information and also some of the backstory that has already become public. I want to be very clear up front and just give you a summation before I go into this never-before-seen information.

1:15:36 I didn't understand what was happening when Hillary Clinton in August of 2016 bought national ads everywhere, calling me the dark heart and saying that I'd done all these terrible things to these families and to their dead children that I hadn't even done and made major media buys and then tried to tie the straw man that she built about me with the PR. operation to Trump. And then for several years, sometimes hundreds of articles a day, thousands and thousands total. I mean, you all saw them in nightly news almost every night, National Cable, HBO, late night comedy, everywhere that I was doing horrible things to these parents of dead children from Sandy Hook, that I was sending people to attack them, that people were peeing on their graves. Of course, none of that ever happened.

1:16:27 Even in their show trial, I was already found guilty. My lawyer asked, did anybody ever do that? Well, no, I never saw it. Well, somebody told me. Who told you? I don't know. So I'm already found guilty by the judge in Texas, a Democrat operative, and in Connecticut, another operative. On record, it was produced by HBO. It was all scripted. It was the most over-the-top show trials ever seen. Talk about railroading, talk about kangaroo court. I mean, this was a new level. But I didn't understand it till I was deep in it and actually witnessing it and giving big list of things I couldn't say like I'm innocent. And then they would put on all this false evidence with no proof and we couldn't even respond to it. Remember, in all my supposed Sandy Hook coverage, I only said one of the parents' names a couple of times.

CHAPTER 15 / 18 Discussion

Google Search Analysis, FBI Agent Bill Aldenburg

An analysis of Google News archives from 2013 to 2016 shows no headlines linking Alex Jones to Sandy Hook until one week after the 2016 election. The first association appeared in GQ Magazine as an attack vector against President-elect Donald Trump. Testimony from senior FBI agent Bill Aldenburg confirms he initiated the lawsuit in Connecticut after failing to get the Bureau or the US Attorney's office to act.

google archives· bill aldenburg· fbi· gq magazine· sandy hook· lawsuit

1:17:13 many, many, many, many years before I was even sued. Five years after the broadcast about the tragic deaths of these children with never a complaint and only one letter ever written to me complaining of my years earlier initial opinions about the tragedy. When I was sued by all these other people, I didn't even know who they were. I barely even ever covered it. I wasn't deplatformed in 2017 and 2018 for Sandy Hook. My name wasn't even associated with it until Hillary brought it up. Other people on the internet had questioned it and I had simply covered some of their questioning it. Go to Google, search Alex Jones, Sandy Hook, and I put Alex Jones in quotations just so it gets that exact phrase. Go to the News tab.

1:17:58 Click the date drop down list, go to custom date. And here I put it from January 1st, 2013. So that would have been two weeks after Sandy Hook occurred to January 1st, 2016. And I searched Alex Jones Sandy Hook. And what you'll find is that all of the news from the Google archives from 2013, 2016, and Alex Jones is not in a single headline anywhere. Don Trump praises leading conspiracy theorist Alex Jones and his amazing reputation. So they actually mentioned Alex Jones, but not Sandy Hook, Newtown Victims Families, Orange is the New Black recap. Like there's just nothing. There's just from 2013, 2016, there's not a single headline or a single story actually, you know, about Alex Jones being related to Sandy Hook. Now, then you change the parameters from January 1st, 2016 to January 1st, 2020.

1:18:57 and suddenly there's thousands. Suddenly there's thousands, and it just goes on and on and on. It was only in 2016 that anybody decided to relate Alex Jones to the Sandy Hook conspiracy. Okay, and there's what, 20 pages of this. It just goes on and on and on. But the interesting thing is that when you get to sort of the end of these results, and I sorted them by date, so as we move back, we should be going back in time, and what you find is that the first story relating Alex Jones to Sandy Hook was literally one week after the election in 2016. One week after the election in 2016, and you have GQ publishing Sandy Hook truther Alex Jones says he got a nice thank you call from the president-elect. So never once in the four years following the massacres, Alex Jones, Sandy Hook included in a single headline together.

1:19:57 And it's only one week after the election that GQ decides an attack vector on Donald Trump will be to go after Alex Jones in association with Sandy Hook. And then it was one day after that, daughter of Sandy Hook victim demands Donald Trump disown Alex Jones. But with the PR firms. and the Democrat Party doing the big media buys, over $20 million of TV ads they ran, they created this straw man that I was the Sandy Hook man, and I was persecuting them, and I was making money off of them, and I was this terrible person because they were creating this fictitious villain so they could raise hundreds of millions of dollars between their foundations off my name with internet ads on Facebook, Twitter, and elsewhere saying Alex Jones is attacking us, please give us money.

1:20:45 And then after they did two years of that fundraising, and we'll show you those numbers, they then sued me and the numbers went up even more until just a couple year period. You're going to be shocked at the 119 plus million dollars they raised directly off of my name saying I was the big bad wolf coming to get them. And then you'll see the numbers of during the show trial in Connecticut where I'm already found guilty and the judge tells the jury he's already guilty now We're just gonna decide how guilty and he made hundreds of millions of dollars off these people with no proof didn't have hundreds of millions of dollars Never did just totally made up but I was already guilty the judge said that they then made even more money off of me and then asked the judge for 2.7 plus trillion that I owed them that

1:21:35 And the judge said, no, you only get 1.5 billion in Connecticut, including over now 130 million to an FBI agent who was the lead counsel in Connecticut. I'll show you his name and him admitting all this, who went and initiated the lawsuit. And then we get the Justice Department documents that that is indeed what happened. And the CIA has confessed to it. So this is a giant Shakespearean production. You attach yourself to me, you attach me to Trump. You make up all the stuff I never did, find me guilty, then have a show trial, ramp up the donations you're getting there, and then I go into bankruptcy because I have no money at that point. I'm showing them all this, and then buyers come in to buy the company to keep us on air, and they say, we don't want money in their latest filing two weeks ago. So that's a summation. Let's go into the breakdown here, and we'll show you from the major

CHAPTER 16 / 18 Discussion

Sandy Hook Promise Foundation, COVID Fund Allegations

Financial records for the Sandy Hook Promise Foundation show revenue jumping from $5.8 million to over $25 million during the litigation period. The foundation also received a $1.1 million SBA loan from COVID funds, which Jones suggests should be investigated for potential fraud. The segment also criticizes the director of the HBO documentary on the case, noting his previous work on the discredited Michael Jackson film.

1:22:37 groups that track nonprofits and federal grants and more. According to ProPublica, Sandy Hook Promise Foundation, one of the main ones, which has up to five people that are plaintiffs that have sued me in the Sandy Hook lawsuit, The year they filed their lawsuit against me in 2018, their revenue was 5.83 and it had gone up some for me much lower because of the big PR campaign they were running saying I was victimizing them. But oh it went up a lot more once the suit was filed and it was up to 13.6 million into 2018. Then if you look at what the Kangaroo Court

1:23:14 convene in Connecticut when I had already received a default judgment or found guilty by the judge, revenue went from $14.9 million in 2021 to $25.5 million in 2022 and then up even more after that. And now in the last year and a half, they haven't published the new numbers. But just in those years, it went up 337% after they sued me and then had their show trial. From the years of 2017 to 2018, 23 total revenue was 119 million plus dollars 119 million $53,000 February 2022 Sandy Hook families received 73 million dollar settlement from Remington the oldest gunmaker who then went out of business because the mother legally bought the gun he stole it from her and used it to kill her and

1:24:08 But I'm the one you know about, you know Alex Jones. You ask anybody, what do you say when you hear the term Sandy Hook? Alex Jones. You don't even hear dead kids. Just it's me. Because of thousands and thousands of articles and news programs. Sometimes every nightly news channel, you saw it, would be me. And just made up crap. Continuing, in April of 2020, Sandy Hook Promise Foundation received a $1.1 million loan from the Small Business Administration from COVID funds. During that same time, one of their board members of the Sandy Hook Promise Foundation was listed as making over $500,000 salary for only working two months in 2020.

1:24:56 This fund is now being called the biggest scam in a generation in American history. Over the last two years, the federal government approved a historic $5 trillion in pandemic assistance for struggling Americans, small businesses and health care providers. But now investigators say hundreds of billions have been lost to fraud. When the Small Business Administration in sending that money out basically said to people, apply and sign and tell us that you're really entitled to the money. And of course, for fraudsters, that's an invitation. The fraudsters are bold, buying luxury cars, flights on private jets, mansions. What didn't happen was even minimal checks to make sure that the money was getting to the right people at the right time. We have our data scientists pouring through those records.

1:25:45 looking for anomalies, matching addresses. These are people who are betting on the fact that you may not be looking. And what we're here to tell them is we're looking. Charges filed now against Cori Bush's husband, the former congresswoman, for missing only 20,000 in COVID funds. To be clear, I'm not accusing the families and the representatives of any COVID aid fraud. I'm just simply saying it should be looked into. And then, during the ongoing trials, at the exact same time in Texas, and then a few months later in Connecticut in the fall... They received huge grants from the Department of Justice. The very department that admitted on the stand, they had their chief counsel go initiate the suits and we have the FBICI operative caught undercover video bragging about how they couldn't find anything criminal on me in a long-term investigation. So they went and orchestrated this lawfare.

1:26:44 A week after Trump got into office, we received our FOIA request that Biden wouldn't release from the FBI that Trump ordered release, indeed documenting that starting in 2013, Obama ordered a national security investigation of me as a type three person that has run all the way through to today out of the Boston field office. looking for crimes that didn't exist and that they never found. So they had to go and initiate the entire Sandy Hook PR, straw man, lawfare conspiracy that is now public. So again, during the Texas and Connecticut trials that were just a few months apart,

1:27:27 coming out of the summer into the fall of 2022, they get giant grants. One grant for 859,000 plus and another for 837,000 for a total of over 1.6 million right during the two trials that are being produced as a movie set, powdering the judges and everything by HBO. And the director of the HBO hit piece is the most famous discredited hit piece director in modern history, the guy that made the discredited documentary about Michael Jackson leaving Neverland. We know from the Connecticut show trial testimony that senior FBI agent and chief Connecticut counsel at the time, Bill Aldenburg was the one who instigated, at least publicly, the initial lawsuit in Connecticut.

CHAPTER 17 / 18 Discussion

CIA and FBI Coordination, Gavin Oblevis Undercover Video

Undercover footage from Sound Investigations features FBI/CIA contractor Gavin Oblevis admitting that the agency targeted Alex Jones to bankrupt him. Oblevis explains that while no federal statutes were broken, the Bureau encouraged civil defamation suits as a "nudge" to silence the commentator. This coordination between intelligence agencies and private law firms is presented as the blueprint for modern political lawfare.

1:28:22 So you were the top lawyer providing advice to the FBI in Connecticut? In-house, yes sir. In-house? Yes sir. When's the first time you watched a video of Mr. Halbig on Mr. Jones' show? I would be guessing, sir, I would bet I would say approximately like 2016. Where were you when you saw that? I was sitting in my office on the second floor at FBI New Haven. You didn't file a suit at that point in 2016? No, at that point I couldn't get anybody to help me. You were looking? I was, by then I had pretty certain by 2016 I had contacted the Agents Association. I had been looking for people. I had been asking the US Attorney's Office to help me. I had been asking the FBI New Haven to help me. So yes, I was looking for help. But I tried to get help. I tried to get the Bureau to help me. And then, you know, I called the Agents Association to see if they could help me and that ended up

1:29:22 It didn't result in anything. They basically just gave me the runaround. And then finally, the only person to ever even listen was Mr. Koskoff. He was a gentleman and gracious enough to listen to me, and that's why we're here. He admitted this on the stand. And then we have the undercover video from sound investigations of Gavin Oblevis, an FBI and CIA contractor who admitted on camera, they were looking into me, but didn't find anything illegal. So they provided information and a template to the FBI in Connecticut and to the law firms for the blueprint of how to quote, take down Alex Jones and take away all of his money.

1:30:09 Who would be like a big influence that you're after? I don't even know these names. Like a Fox News person or like a Tucker Carlson. I'm sure he's in. You always want the biggest and loudest. Like that, what was his name? The one that said the Sandy Hook didn't happen. Alex Jones. Yeah, so we were after him. You are? Are you still after him? Yeah. Why? Because he's broke. He got found guilty and had to pay like a hundred million dollars. So why were you after him? We're not anymore. Just to get the money from him? Yeah.

1:30:48 Was that court case used? Was that a CIA case? It sure was. That was an agency thing? Well, actually it was a defamation case. So it's a civil, not government. But we were looking at all of the scholars commenting, following, like who's that going to be? So even though it's technically not our, well not the agency definitely, but the bureau for instance. Yeah, that's not our purview. It's a civil matter. But since they got all this access to his stuff and it's there, what can we go find? And did you find anything? I can't tell you. Oh my god. So, you know, it's just kind of like, you know...

1:31:32 realize the opportunity that you have. So with Alex Jones, you were watching him long before anything ended up happening. Probably. It wasn't my office, but we would have been well aware of what he was doing. And the goal with him was what? Just to bankrupt him? Oh, pretty much. And we let the families do it. Were they encouraged to do that by the Bureau? Like nudged? We don't encourage people. We just say there's no federal statute being broken. But you do have the option for a civil. O'Blenis spoke to an undercover sound investigations reporter about his work experience involving near entrapment and his employers' involvement with political commentator Alex Jones' legal battles.

1:32:26 Hillary Clinton calls me out as the Sandy Hook man nationally with a giant ad buy and speeches in August of 2016. At that very time, Aldenburg gets activated in Connecticut and begins investigating me, even though I never said his name, didn't know who he was, to go and initiate the lawsuits with the deep state law firm, Koskoff & Koskoff. We have the CIA, FBI operative, Gavin Oblevis, caught in an undercover dragnet sting on a completely different subject. also confirming the coordination. Then during the trials, starting in Texas and in Connecticut, two giant grants over $1.6 million to the main Sandy Hook Foundation that has five of the plaintiffs on their board that are suing yours truly. In closing, I want to be extremely clear. This is just a snapshot. We are finding new information and more money all the time.

1:33:26 And right after they won their judgment, already been found guilty by the judge, in the fall and winter of 2022, Berlin Rosen, a major New York slash Connecticut PR firm, came out and bragged how they had been working on managing this and managing the outcomes of the show trial and more because I was already found guilty, but they wanted to make sure that the jury believed that I'd made hundreds of millions of dollars off these people when I had made one red cent. They have since merged with other big PR firms and are now known as Orchestra. And they orchestrate other left-wing PR operations and other hoaxes.

CHAPTER 18 / 18 Discussion

Michael Bloomberg Funding, Everytown and The Onion

Michael Bloomberg is identified as the primary financier behind Everytown for Gun Safety and the attempted takeover of Infowars by The Onion. Jones argues that these groups use "thug mafia tactics" to intimidate patriots who question mainstream narratives on events like the Jussie Smollett or Bubba Wallace incidents. He asserts that the public is no longer intimidated but is instead waking up to these "cancel culture" strategies.

michael bloomberg· everytown· the onion· jussie smollett· bubba wallace· gun control

1:34:14 And when I say hoaxes, I'm not saying nobody died at Sandy Hook. I'm saying the hoax that I made any money off of them or I did 99% of what they say I did or that I got a free and fair trial. So This attack is an attack on you, it's an attack on free speech, it's an attack on our free society. America has really woken up to this. I know the Justice Department is reportedly investigating this. They're investigating other facets of what's happened the last three years in bankruptcy. where the very same law firms and very same groups have come in, and again said they don't want money. They want us closed. They got the federal judge to have us pay for, with the revenue coming through the company, for four different outside forensic and criminal investigations. And of course, no fraud, no hidden money was found. They accused us of having hundreds of millions in the news. None of it was true. It was totally made up. They're the ones defaming me with the goal to shut us down.

1:35:14 Malice of forethought with intent to do harm in a conspiracy against the First Amendment, not just the Second Amendment of the United States of America, in my view. And I have experienced this, I have seen it. It's just been staggering. But these people all think it's open season on me because I'm a Trump supporter, I'm an American patriot. I can't give up in the face of this. We obviously are preparing major civil actions, already have been involved in some that you see in the news, fighting off these attempts to hijack us and take us over with Michael Bloomberg funding The Onion and his Everytown group that also funds these charities that we were just talking about that have raised hundreds of millions themselves. We don't know the full numbers there from him, but it looks massive. He funds 97% of Everytown, one of the biggest gun control groups in the country, that is also involved with these groups heavily in funding.

1:36:13 And I mean, we're just the middle of attempted hijackings of the building and the company. While they go on the news and say he won't give us money, he's rich, he's hiding it, he's a criminal. And then in court filings, we don't want money. We don't want buyers to come in and pay us money. We want him off the air. Just like they've said on the courthouse steps over and over again. Take his platform away. Never let him speak again. And let this be a model to silence everyone else. I ask that with your verdict, you not only take Alex Jones' platform that he talks about away. I ask that you make certain he can't rebuild the platform. That's what matters. That is punishment. That is deterrence. There's going to be a large set of plaintiffs who are going to be dividing up the corpse of Infowars and the bankruptcy estate. And over the course of that process, that could get very, very dangerous for Mr. Jones. But we will be at it as long as it takes.

1:37:09 And if you're out there right now and you're one of Alex Jones' audience members, and you're considering giving him money, I just want you to know that based on the jury's verdict today, it's not a very good bet. I hope that we never see someone like him again. I hope that with your verdict he can go away. But the money is not even really the question for me. The question is, Will this suit be successful at stopping him from being on the national stage? But the family's attorney says the money is not what matters most. What would such a ruling mean for the families of the Sandy Hook victims? What they're hoping to achieve is the most amount of accountability that the legal system can deliver. And money is just one component of that, and not the most important component of it. This is villainous.

1:37:59 But they cast themselves as the heroes and the good guys. They build this straw man of all these horrible things I've done. And then they raise massive government grant money from the DOJ that's running it all on record. And massive gun control group donations and just massive PR being the victims of the evil Alex Jones. Regardless, America and the world's waking up and the bad guys know that they are in a lot of trouble. And so I hope and I pray you get this information out to everyone you know. And I know that Kash Patel and others are very much aware of this and I'll just leave it at that. I understand they have a lot of big issues they're dealing with as well. But in the final equation, they are so arrogant. They are still despite all the stuff that's come out, and this is just a little bit I just covered, and it's a lot, isn't it?
