We already have data of the individuals and we can tell you where they live or not.

So Buffett's been on this selling spree. He right now is sitting on $300 billion worth of cash. 300 billion, that's the largest war chest in the history of America for a company. And what has he sold? He sold since July, well over $7 billion worth of Bank of America. He sold

3:08:49 I think a third of his Apple shares, and he's sitting on all this cash. But it wasn't just Bank of America that he's selling. He sold his commercial banking interest. He sold JPMorgan Chase interest. So what is he doing? He is sitting on cash, he's waiting. If he thought the economy was gonna do well, he wouldn't be selling it. He'd be holding onto it or buying more. But it's not just him. Ray Dalio. Bridgewater hedge fund. I mean billionaire. He's selling all of his banking shares. You've got, um, Oh, you've got, let me see. Ken Griffin, um, CEO of the Citadel 930, $993 million, almost a billion of Nvidia that he's dumping.

3:09:35 You've got Bezos selling $3 billion worth of Amazon, it's like his own company. And Warren Buffett to boot, to go back to him, they didn't even do any share buybacks. So a lot of times companies will buy back their shares when the price comes down, all this dumping, there's selling pressure on it. They didn't buy anything back. He won't even buy his own shares back. So, when you've got these multi-billionaires, they're in the know, right? They're World Economic Forum members, they're talking to global bankers all over the world. What do they see coming, Alex, that we don't? What do they know that Wall Street possibly doesn't? They're seeing a big economic collapse coming, and they're getting out of dodge, and they're sitting on a stockpile of cash, which I think might be a stupid decision.

But Buffett got bailed out last time 2008, so he knows he'll be protected, he thinks. So what do you, but then also the headline 700 plus billion of unrealized debt coming due in the banks. So, and this is all real estate debt. The 700 billion is realty losses that are unrealized on the books. So you've got these banks and they're sitting there with their balance sheets. And if they were, what's an unrealized loss is it's sitting there. If they were to sell that asset, they would lose money. So their commercial real estate, their residential real estate, the real estate that's on the books at banks.
