Fritoff Capra is an important figure in the global elite structure because he has been writing for many years about what he called The Turning Point. So if you don't know Crowley wrote and this was kind of his experiences, and recounting what happens to people on various drugs. Some people like Dr Richard Spence theorizes as well that might have actually influenced Huxley to think well hey why don't we weaponize the hallucinogen stuff? And see if we can change culture with this it ties in well with the British establishment promotion of Hindu philosophy in The Gurus and The Swamis.
