It cannot unilaterally override that state's judgment based on internal legislation. There's also other provisions in particular in the family context that also require respect and recognition of another state's judgment. What is the common theme between this Massachusetts case, the California case, and even Austin?

Well, really, it's a dual state that is deeply entrenched. In other words, a deep state.

But no federal judge was going to take on the CIA. So even though the judge said, gave him the minimum sentence, but the minimum sentence was 25 years because of entrapment. So apparently we're going to send the Lord of War back to Russia in exchange for a WNBA player who appeared to have been actually kind of trafficking, giving the amount of money was the amount of drugs provided, but at a minimum was smuggling illegal drugs into Russia. But because she's popular with the woke community and the five or six fans who actually follow the WNBA in America, that has been enough to influence the Biden administration as well as a person who some suspect

The great lawyers at Liberty Council brought a major claim against a health care provider who had discriminated and denied all religious objections and accommodations. And for those folks that don't know, remember Title VII of the Civil Rights Act entitles you to object on religious grounds, and that doesn't require permission or approval from any particular religious leader. You don't have to go to church. You don't even have to be a theist. It's simply a belief of conscience.

2:06:43 So if your conscience believes that it's wrong to go forward with any particular medication or other invasion of your body, then you can assert an objection to any vaccine mandate in your employment context. Also can apply to the government, also can apply to various public accommodations as well. So in that context, they were denied their religious accommodation objections by a medical facility in Illinois. So Liberty Council brought a substantial class action challenging what they were doing. Well, announced today in federal court a massive settlement. They're going to have to pay more than $10 million. The employer who denied all of these accommodations is going to have to write a $10 million plus check.

2:07:28 to the lawyers and the people, I mean almost all that money will go to the employees who got screwed and shafted out of what took place. In some cases, some will be making, you know, getting as much as almost $300,000. So that they're gonna get rewarded and compensated for the damages that they suffered from their employers' wrongful action. Not only that, the employers being effectively deterred from doing this ever again in the future by the nature of the settlement agreement. And this will send shockwaves throughout the private employment universe that thought they were immune. And why was that? Because a lot of private employers, the big corporate employers, the Tyson Foods of the world, take their legal advice from big corporate law firms.

2:08:11 But they probably should have double checked who was on the list of the customers and clients of those big corporate law firms. What was some of the favorite investments of some of those big corporate law firms? Because if they had, they would have found conflicts of interest. Many of the big corporate law firms that gave bad advice to corporate employers to try to impose this vaccine mandate in the first place, and then not to recognize religious and medical accommodations either, Also either have partners who invest in or actually have clients who are big pharma. So they had a conflict of interest. They were serving the interest of their big pharma client at the expense of the interest of their private employer client.

2:08:54 And because of that, they made bad advice and took bad tactics and made bad decisions. And people filed righteous suits that are now starting to see vindication and validation in the courts. Similarly, in the military context, a federal court has issued a permanent injunction against any efforts to mandate or discipline anyone for not following the vaccine mandate who asserted a religious accommodation in the Air Force. This is going to be this follows the Navy SEAL case that's similar. This is going to be repeated across the country in my view, ultimately, every member of the military will ultimately be protected from disciplinary action, at least as it relates to their employment and future benefits in the military, maybe not for deployment that the justice.

2:09:40 Kavanaugh unfortunately carved out a temporary exception for. But as to everything else, I think the religious accommodation protections will ultimately be enforced as we are seeing and as we saw yesterday in another federal court striking down Biden's attempt to impose a vaccine mandate without regard to religious accommodations and religious objections and religious beliefs in the military. This is the second big permanent injunction win after the one in Texas for Navy SEALs. So you're going to see this extended and you're going to see this expanded as these cases progress and proceed through the judicial process. In fact, that's why I put up a template of an example of a letter that people could use all the way back at vivabarneslaw.locals.com that people could find and see what is the language that has been found to be legally correct and legally appropriate for asserting religious accommodations.
