Lieutenant Attorney General of Texas Aaron Reitz argued that the U.S. Census is being "rigged" by counting illegal aliens to shift congressional seats to blue states. He estimated that between 18 and 22 House seats were effectively "stolen" from Republicans through this practice. Reitz called for the census to only count American citizens, as they are the only ones legally entitled to engage in the political process.
