3D Printer Exhaust, Fourth Amendment Violation, Grammar Request
The "probable cause" for the SWAT raid on Ben McClintock's home was reportedly a hose exiting a window, which was actually an exhaust for a 3D printer. McClintock argues the warrant was a "blanket search" violating the Fourth Amendment by targeting any person or vehicle on the property. The Sheriff's Department has allegedly refused to release the affidavit containing the supposed evidence for the raid.
