Pam Bondi on Ending the Imperial Judiciary
Attorney General Pam Bondi addressed the media, stating that the Supreme Court's 6-3 opinion prevents district courts from acting as an "imperial judiciary." She noted that a small number of liberal districts had issued the majority of nationwide injunctions blocking federal policies on tariffs and immigration.
