Italian Institute of Health, Revised COVID Death Toll
The Italian Institute of Health drastically reduced the country's official COVID death toll by over 97% after changing the definition of a fatality to include only those who died exclusively from the virus. The newspaper Il Tempo reports that the number dropped from 130,000 to under 4,000. Paul Joseph Watson notes that the vast majority of previous deaths involved patients with multiple comorbidities, making the virus less deadly than a typical seasonal flu.
