And I can tell you all these former high level prosecutors and deputy attorney generals are all over TV. We'll play some clips saying this looks really, really bad. Well, it doesn't look bad. They tried to shut us down, had to close us in late May on the 31st on that Friday.

And that all happened, they fired that US trustee and then the judge said, well, he's in personal bankruptcy, you're trying to shut it down. All you can do is have a liquidation. And anybody that wants to buy it, highest bidder. And then they said, they want to own my name, my likeness, the judge said you couldn't do that. They had more stuff they wanted, he said you got to have hearings. And then yesterday he's like, I didn't authorize this auction, you were supposed to come back with hearings, I told you that a month ago. Do you understand Mr. Murray, you exceeded your authority, I did not say that in the order.

10:35 And Murray goes, I don't need an order. And the judge blew up for Lopez, Chris Lopez, he blew up at him. Bloomberg headline, judge angrily asked about lack of transparency in auction. And went on to say there wasn't an option. And so I go on air from my own backup network system and from my phone at my house last night. And I said, I've read the transcript. I've looked at what the judge said. I've talked to my lawyers. He clearly said this is not happening. And the thinking is either under the law has to order a new public properly done auction that's not fake and a secret sale disguise or generally that's the side way. That's like 30% chance. The law is very clear. The real better that came in with real money and did it all by the book. They're disqualified. The people that didn't do it properly and it's given to the group that are good folks I've been working with for many years. So

He's pretty much got to give the highest bidder that. Or he could just say, well, you can start bidding right here in the courthouse. They do that all the time. But Lopez doesn't usually do that. But the real move is to say, this is disqualified. It was secret. It was wrong. But these people came and did it right. And it goes to the group that Jones has already signed a contract with to work with in the future.

And then Chris Murray, the new trustee, he even said in the newspaper yesterday before he figured out how much trouble he was in before the hearing at three o'clock in the afternoon,

So they could bid a couple hundred thousand dollars more than the real bid, but in fiat imaginary money. So bid rigging, bid collusion, a felony, and he's in the news talking about it, which makes me think maybe he didn't know. Maybe it's just negligence. But I mean, I went and checked with lawyers. The people I was working with would not tell me what they were betting, would not even talk to me. They just said, well, you have an employment contract. If we get it and your employment contract says you have total free speech and all that, I said, yeah. And we gave that to Murray and he knew all about that a month ago. Total disclosure, because the main lawyer for this company is a very successful, well-known bankruptcy lawyer. So they made sure we did it 100% properly. So this is a big deal.

And so if what Alex Jones describes is correct Steve that there were other bidders you know maybe led by Roger Stone and he's a hero for putting them together to try to rescue Infowars and they if they had the highest bid and that was ignored.

This is something that hopefully the judge will shut this down and say, look, I got to review this, like don't do anything precipitous. The judge says yes, but then they come out a few months ago, it was all over the news and said, and the trustee said, I'm going to sell the name Alex Jones Show and I'm going to sell the name Real Alex Jones on X. Elon Musk lawyers got involved. They were there by the way. It gets worse. But here's the new news. The judge a month ago in a hearing said, no, you must have new hearings on when you're going to have an auction.

Then they announce on Monday the 11th at 2 p.m via email to my lawyers and everybody we're disregarding the old auction filings and the money that was put down and the non-disclosures that were signed and the regular federal contracts that follow law we're now going to have sealed bids in on Wednesday November 13th at 10 a.m. there will be no further bids above that which is not an auction and then we will choose including we reserve the right to take a lesser bid so it was already fixed then
