LIVE EXCLUSIVE: Alex Jones Returns To Infowars’ Historic Studios After Judge Blocks Sale To The Onion! Massive Legacy Media/Democrat Hoax Has Collapsed! — FULL SHOW 11/15/24 cover

About this episode

Judge Chris Lopez of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Houston halted the sale of InfoWars to The Onion and Everytown for Gun Safety after allegations of a rigged bidding process. Alex Jones returned to his Austin studios following an emergency hearing where the judge questioned why a secret email auction replaced the court-ordered public sale. The broadcast resumed on X and the InfoWars website as legal teams for Elon Musk intervened to prevent the seizure of personal social media accounts by a court-appointed trustee.

U.S. Trustee Chris Murray faced accusations of felony bid collusion for allegedly ignoring a higher cash bid from a group led by Roger Stone in favor of a non-cash arrangement involving Sandy Hook families. Former Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark suggested that the incoming Department of Justice under the Trump administration may investigate Director Tara Twomey and the U.S. Trustee Program for potential fiduciary violations. Meanwhile, Everytown President John Feinblatt and Onion CEO Ben Collins appeared on ABC News to defend the acquisition as a move to combat misinformation, despite the judge describing the transaction as a private secret sale.

Alex Jones detailed a confrontation with federal officials who attempted to hijack the facility and intimidate IT staff into pulling the broadcast plug. Harrison Smith and Chase Geiser joined the program to describe the resilience of the team during the studio seizure, comparing the legal battle to a sea change in American media history. Jones reaffirmed his commitment to the platform while promoting Dr. Jones Naturals to fund the ongoing defense against what he terms a globalist shadow government.

Alex Jones Returns to InfoWars Studios Following Auction Dispute

Alex Jones returned to the InfoWars studios in Austin, Texas, claiming a major victory against corporate media reports of the company's sale. Jones alleged that the auction involving The Onion and a Democratic gun control group was rigged and lacked judicial authorization. The broadcast resumed on X and the InfoWars website after a brief shutdown by a court-appointed trustee.

CHAPTER 02 / 28 Discussion

Judge Chris Lopez Halts InfoWars Sale to The Onion

Judge Chris Lopez of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Houston held an emergency hearing regarding the sale of InfoWars to The Onion and Everytown for Gun Safety. The judge expressed concerns that the process did not meet the legal definition of an auction, which requires a public sale to the highest bidder. Jones asserted that the sale was a private transaction disguised as an auction to silence his platform.

judge chris lopez· the onion· everytown for gun safety· bankruptcy· merriam-webster· auction

03:19 The government fears Alex Jones. First they come for Alex Jones, and then they're gonna come for us. And they try to bankrupt Alex Jones, they try to put Alex Jones in prison. The demonization of Alex Jones should be of profound interest to everybody all across the board, even progressives. Alex Jones was right. Alex Jones taught me about this shit 20 years ago. Listen. I don't know how long this is gonna end. God warn! The Alex Jones Network is tomorrow's news today. One of the top stories in the country in the last 24 hours is InfoWars sold to the Onion. But now we find out it's the Democratic Party and George Soros' main gun control group. They went on Good Morning America to brag about it this morning and stuff didn't go too well.

04:27 And the judge had an emergency hearing and said, I hadn't even authorized an auction yet. There were major issues. We're supposed to have hearings about this. And now you've sold it? Who was the highest bidder? This group over here that works with Alex Jones. Well, what was the winning bid? We can't tell you. and they changed the process. I'll get into all that but here we are it's Friday evening 5 p.m in two minutes 502 p.m central standard time here I am in the studios we've been in for 16 years M4's been around 27 I've been on there 30 and a half years and I told everybody celebrating all this stuff I said you know

05:13 I know the left owns a lot of the courts, but I don't think they own this particular bankruptcy judge and I knew what his rulings were. And I know that an auction in Webster's dictionary means sold to the highest bidder. You can pull it up. Webster, Merriam-Webster definition of auction, a sale of property to the highest bidder. Goes back to Roman times, Old English, same in China and Japan and every culture. It's also associated with being public and it was ordered to be public when the judge was going to authorize it, but it wasn't public and it wasn't an auction. It was a private sale disguised as an auction to the Democratic Party gun control group using the Onion as its front group and a former disinformation specialist from MSNBC

CHAPTER 03 / 28 Discussion

US Trustee Authority Challenged During InfoWars Studio Seizure

Alex Jones detailed a confrontation with a U.S. Trustee from the Justice Department who attempted to shut down the InfoWars studios. Jones argued that the trustee exceeded his authority and violated constitutional rights, including the 13th Amendment, by attempting to seize his likeness. The media coverage of the event was characterized by Jones as a legacy media hoax that collapsed following the judge's intervention.

us trustee· justice department· censorship· 13th amendment· stephen stephanopoulos· msnbc

06:06 Live exclusive Alex Jones returns in four historic studios that were judged block sale to the onion. Massive legacy media Democrat hoax has collapsed. Now this news broke at 11am this morning, and 10s of millions watch me talk about it on our radio stations, TV stations x everywhere, because we just have a backup studio, the Alex Jones network and everything was fired up and ready. They came in here yesterday morning told us get out. started turning the website off, turning the studios off. I looked at the US trustee from the Justice Department assigned to the case. I said, you know, the last US trustee got fired June 14th for trying to kick us out of the building. Why are you guys so desperate? Why don't you let us just go to the court process? You don't have that right. You exceeded your authority by a million miles. Well, today, when they saw the filings that were about to be filed, that are still being filed,

07:02 They said, fine, you can have your studio back in your website for now. Well, you didn't give us anything. The judge said in the hearing yesterday that there was no real auction. He said an auction is where you can publicly bid and the highest bidder gets it. The judge knew the Merriam-Webster's definition, we'll pull it up, of an auction. So last night I shot videos up until midnight at my house. And I said, everybody laughing, everybody talking about this and the owner of the onion Says we're gonna make fun Alex Jones. We're gonna think we're him. We're gonna put out stupid stories in his name Really? Did you license my likeness? There's a 13th Amendment been repealed against indigent servitude and slavery and they actually say on Good Morning America. They go well, you know, so it also is Stephen Alvarez asking. Well, how do you have the right to do this? How do you how do you you know, I heard that

08:00 that there's questioning over this by the judge. There's not questioning, he just said yesterday that it didn't go through. Now the media want to report on that, but that was what happened. And they said, well, it's Alex Jones. I mean, we're just allowed to do whatever we want to Alex Jones. And if Alex Jones just would have moved away, that's a quote I'll pledge for you in a moment. Well, we would have left him alone. Yeah, they told me that in the mediation. We don't want money to stop being pro-Second Amendment and some other things. Oh, what are those? Of course, I just want to hear what they say.

CHAPTER 04 / 28 Discussion

Elon Musk Lawyers Intervene in InfoWars Social Media Dispute

Lawyers representing Elon Musk reportedly attended a bankruptcy hearing in Houston to prevent the transfer of Alex Jones' social media accounts to new owners. Jones claimed that high-level former prosecutors, including Jeffrey Clark, are monitoring the case for potential legal overreach by the DOJ. The dispute centers on whether the trustee, Chris Murray, had the right to include personal social media handles in the liquidation of InfoWars assets.

elon musk· x· social media· bankruptcy· chris murray· jeffrey clark· trump

08:39 And I couldn't talk about it because I was in mediation, but later they just publicly said it and publicly told my lawyers outside of mediation. My lawyer said, yeah, you can talk about it now. Hell, they said on national TV, we want him silenced. So they still think they're in charge. Maybe they think Trump's going to fall and hit his head before he gets in in 65 days, 66 days. But I started getting calls yesterday that Elon Musk was upset. I later learned his lawyers were at the hearing in Houston said, you're not getting Alex Jones on social media. You don't have a right to do that. We've got, they even try it, which they've tried repeatedly. We're here. And I can tell you all these former high level prosecutors and deputy attorney generals are all over TV. We'll play some clips saying this looks really, really bad. Well, it doesn't look bad. They tried to shut us down, had to close us in late May on the 31st on that Friday.

09:38 took two weeks to get a hearing from the judge. I just refused to leave when the US trustee ordered private security to come close the building and kick us out saying, I'm with the Justice Department. Really? Okay. Like a cop who's not on duty putting a uniform on and going out and telling people to mow his yard. That's impersonating an officer when you're not on duty and an officer can only do his constitutional duties. And that all happened, they fired that US trustee and then the judge said, well, he's in personal bankruptcy, you're trying to shut it down. All you can do is have a liquidation. And anybody that wants to buy it, highest bidder. And then they said, they want to own my name, my likeness, the judge said you couldn't do that. They had more stuff they wanted, he said you got to have hearings. And then yesterday he's like, I didn't authorize this auction, you were supposed to come back with hearings, I told you that a month ago. Do you understand Mr. Murray, you exceeded your authority, I did not say that in the order.

10:35 And Murray goes, I don't need an order. And the judge blew up for Lopez, Chris Lopez, he blew up at him. Bloomberg headline, judge angrily asked about lack of transparency in auction. And went on to say there wasn't an option. And so I go on air from my own backup network system and from my phone at my house last night. And I said, I've read the transcript. I've looked at what the judge said. I've talked to my lawyers. He clearly said this is not happening. And the thinking is either under the law has to order a new public properly done auction that's not fake and a secret sale disguise or generally that's the side way. That's like 30% chance. The law is very clear. The real better that came in with real money and did it all by the book. They're disqualified. The people that didn't do it properly and it's given to the group that are good folks I've been working with for many years. So

11:43 That's where this is. And all the lawyers in the law and separate ones, outside ones, have looked at it and said, yeah, the judge is a straight shooter. He's pretty much got to give the highest bidder that. Or he could just say, well, you can start bidding right here in the courthouse. They do that all the time. But Lopez doesn't usually do that. But the real move is to say, this is disqualified. It was secret. It was wrong. But these people came and did it right. And it goes to the group that Jones has already signed a contract with to work with in the future.

CHAPTER 06 / 28 Discussion

Disputed Bidding Process and Sandy Hook Judgment Valuation

The bidding process for InfoWars is under scrutiny after it was revealed that the winning bid from The Onion involved "concessions" from Sandy Hook families rather than pure cash. Alex Jones criticized the use of the $1.5 billion defamation judgment as a credit in the auction, calling it "fiat imaginary money." He argued that the real highest cash bidder was disqualified in favor of a politically motivated deal.

sandy hook· bankruptcy· fiat currency· glenn beck· 1.5 billion· derivatives

15:27 Another one, Onion CEO stumbles when asked about highest bid from InfoWars and Judge Halting Sale. So here we are. You're watching right now on X. You're watching on InfoWars.com. This is internet only because we're up here on Friday night. The network shows going out to radio and TV stations right now from the other studio. But we're here and everybody's watching and here I am. The left probably wouldn't believe it. Go to Google, show them the front page of Google, click on an article, show people the current time, all right? Because they'll say, oh, this is like some tape, this isn't even real. Because you know, the New York Times told you it was sold and I was defeated and it was all, and I told you this is bull. And I said on Monday, when they went from a regular public auction, with a big auction company, and they said, oh, now that's all forgotten. Now it's just one bid, whoever's the biggest gets it, but we have the right to give it to somebody for less.

16:34 And then when they, we now learned that their so-called bid wasn't even money. It was promising a fraction of the 1.5 billion. Like that's real money. Like I ever had $10 million and like I ever, you know, all, oh, so I guess they're going to go out and all take loans out of their 1.5 billion. And we're all going to start buying, you know, private jets and castles in, in, in Switzerland, uh, with it. Maybe that's why they wanted 2.76 trillion. They asked the judge, we want 2.67 trillion. I was like, why would they do that? I haven't made, you know, maybe not 50 million. I've kept my whole career 30 years. Why would they? That all came out in the real audits. Lindbeck talked about today. That's all public going to the record. Bankruptcy is all public. Just like I told everybody. But I get it. It's like a new currency. Kind of like all the, like derivatives or something like, oh, Alex's worth 2.7

17:30 6 trillion and we now have all that and so we get to go get loans on the 2.67 trillion. Interesting. So it gives a new meaning to fiat fraudulent currency. I'll play the Glenn Beck segment, he really nailed it today. That's coming up. But let's get started here. Let's play what one of the former assistant attorney generals, very respected, Jeffrey Clark, had to say it. And he was going off what was in the news because Roger Stone did get a big group.

CHAPTER 07 / 28 Discussion

Allegations of Bid Rigging and Felony Collusion in Bankruptcy

Alex Jones alleged that the U.S. Trustee engaged in felony bid collusion by meeting privately with the Sandy Hook families to structure a winning bid. He claimed that a group led by Roger Stone submitted a significantly higher cash bid that was ignored by the trustee. Jones framed the legal battle as part of a broader "fifth generation warfare" campaign against American patriots.

roger stone· bid rigging· felony· collusion· chris murray· fifth generation warfare

18:13 with a bunch of money and I told him two weeks ago I said listen it's all rigged I can guarantee you they're not going to take it I already know what's going on and I said I've got a group of work for forever if I'm wrong and they actually let our highest bid get it then just come in and work with us we'll expand the network and hire a bunch of people and really kick ass they said they said I said really okay so Roger and them did do that it wasn't made up And then Roger called me mad and other people when they saw this and thought, well, how'd you predict it exactly? Were you working with them? I was like, of course not. And then they saw the news, but oh gosh, yeah, I just knew. I mean, that's all that's happened to me in this case. The last trustee tried to throw us out of the building without a court order and he got fired and tried to set me up in a bunch of stuff. We caught him. So this has been crazy. And then Chris Murray, the new trustee, he even said in the newspaper yesterday before he figured out how much trouble he was in before the hearing at three o'clock in the afternoon,

19:11 Oh yeah, there was a bigger bid, but I wanted the families to have it. So we met with them and figured out a way for them to get it. So they could bid a couple hundred thousand dollars more than the real bid, but in fiat imaginary money. So bid rigging, bid collusion, a felony, and he's in the news talking about it, which makes me think maybe he didn't know. Maybe it's just negligence. But I mean, I went and checked with lawyers. The people I was working with would not tell me what they were betting, would not even talk to me. They just said, well, you have an employment contract. If we get it and your employment contract says you have total free speech and all that, I said, yeah. And we gave that to Murray and he knew all about that a month ago. Total disclosure, because the main lawyer for this company is a very successful, well-known bankruptcy lawyer. So they made sure we did it 100% properly. So this is a big deal.

20:19 And it's felon on his face. That's my view. That's my opinion. But it was my opinion yesterday that we'd be back in here by tomorrow, Monday, because judges are on Friday and Mondays. It would be this weekend. I mean, we play the videos, but did three of them out last night. Like I said, two of you watch. We'll be back in if the judges are corrupt word for word. And he hadn't been corrupt so far. He just follows the law, does not do us any favors though. I mean, zero. He kind of, he follows the law that kind of goes a little, not off the law, but right over to them. And he said that to him before, he said, look, I'd love to help you out here, but sorry, you guys are wrong. So that just happened again. And you know, God forbid, it's just, it's just crazy. So I'm not here predicting we won't be thrown out of here in a month, two months, three months, whatever, next week.

21:18 And the left's so crazy and out of their minds, who knows what they'll do? I mean, who knows? I don't want to give them ideas. You can imagine though, you're pretty smart, viewers. So they see me as this symbol, which we are to the good guys and the bad guys, as the patriot. And they hate me second only to Trump. I mean, they really hate me and they haven't got us off the air yet. So it pisses them off more and more. And at this point, this is an adventure. I mean, I don't like it, but I kind of do. I mean, this is getting wild. I mean, this is the battle for the Republic, fifth generation warfare, information war. We've got the truth. They've got lies. We keep winning because they're like a cartoon character supervillain.

CHAPTER 08 / 28 Discussion

Political Realignment and Criticism of FEMA Response

Alex Jones discussed a "global realignment" following Donald Trump's election victory, criticizing the current administration's handling of disaster relief. He cited reports from North Carolina alleging that FEMA denied aid to Christians and conservatives in favor of LGBTQ groups. Jones positioned himself as an "attack dog" for the American people against what he termed a corrupt globalist establishment.

fema· north carolina· lgbtq· discrimination· global realignment· trump

22:06 And then they went on a bunch of shows, but I'm not going to play them all. I mean, there's more than I can even watch. A victory tour on national TV. And they say, you know, Stephanopoulos slanders me, defames me. The old lie that's been debunked, that I had all this money that I'm hiding. And I got it from these people and just all that. And they say, but it's Alex Jones we're allowed to. And then he says, did you have the highest bid? Oh yeah, I had the highest bid. No, you didn't. And well, the judge is challenging it. Oh, it's mine. I've got it. Is that, that was this morning. Good morning America, where are we now? We're back on air and we can either leave this up to the judge to decide different things on how this was run or we have the rights just to go ahead and shut this all down and sue everybody. And I can tell you the decisions have already been made, not even by me, not by my lawyers. You're all getting sued.

23:10 So it's not just by the people trying to buy it. Other people are suing you. It's all, it's done. You'll get served by Monday. So all of you get ready and enjoy yourselves. I mean, if they even ran up the white flag and just let our bidders get it fair and square, sorry, this is about justice. So that's where this is. That's where this is going. And the Justice Department guys, others have said, if they go ahead and just shut us down and do the mafia thing, they're getting indicted for sure by the new Trump administration. So, because let me tell you, this has now been chosen to display what Trump's talking about with the government media court collusion. You think Trump isn't pissed off? You think he doesn't take it personal? He knows I'm one of his biggest offenders.

24:10 Maybe like if I have a dog, my German Shepherd protects my family, it's chewed up 10 or 15 people that tried to attack us. And now I see somebody beating my dog with a baseball bat. You think I get pissed off? And yeah, I compare myself to Trump's dog. The point is, is that Trump's defending America, so I'm defending Trump. And I am an attack dog and I tell the truth. And so you're messing with me, you're messing with everybody now. We're done. I told you, if you want to fight, you got one. and if you want to have a fight you came to the right place. I'm not looking for one but my god if you start one I just can't help myself I actually like it. So you want to come in my wheelhouse go ahead come on in the water's warm and you're in the water now and I don't smell blood politically I'm like a great white shark in an olympic-sized pool filled with blood so

25:06 You guys have committed, not just this case, all the globalists, the human trafficking of kids, the World War III, the pedophilia, the New World Order garbage, the GMO, the poison shots, all of it. We're done! We're done! I told you thousands of times, you thought we were pussies because America was asleep while you were bullying people, and you didn't understand we were asleep, or we were a minority of folks that were awake, and we didn't have our own systems of media.

25:44 We're awake, we got our own media and we're pissed. We don't just have the initiative, we are devastating you. And nothing you can pull, no false flags, nothing will change that. If the general public slips on a banana peel, they're gonna blame you. But you know, it is always you. Remember we told you they're not giving Trump supporters aid. They're not going to Republican counties. You can look at the maps in North Carolina and then we got all the documents and it wasn't one lady, it was the agency. And then we got videos of the agency heads in their own Zoom meetings saying don't give Christians, whites or conservatives any help. We used to be egalitarian, help everybody. Now we only help LGBTQ whatever. You've seen the video, you wanna see it? I mean, that's discrimination.

CHAPTER 09 / 28 Discussion

Jeffrey Clark Discusses DOJ Investigation into Bankruptcy Trustee

Former Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark suggested that the Trump administration’s Department of Justice, potentially led by Matt Gaetz, will investigate the U.S. Trustee Program. Clark specifically named Director Tara Twomey as a subject for future scrutiny regarding the handling of the Alex Jones bankruptcy. He argued that the trustees have a fiduciary duty to maximize returns for creditors, which may have been violated by rejecting higher bids.

jeffrey clark· matt gaetz· justice department· tara twomey· bankruptcy· trump

26:34 We know you don't like us. We know you're out to get us. We know you're attacking us. And so we're done playing games. And we realize when we're nice to you, it just makes you abuse us more. Like we're some prostitute and you're the pimp. And you break our arm or put cigarettes out on us and we thank you. No, we don't thank you. We're done. We're getting off the plantation. Figure it out yet? It's a global realignment. I'm just honored to be a part of it. Now let's start getting to the clips because I want to get the crew in here and break all this down and then we're just going to reloop this live transmission started at 5pm central until Sunday night and I'll be back here live and the media is going to have a big problem. Alex Jones is back in his studios. Alex Jones is on the air right now but the Onion bought it. You're about to see him brag about it like he's a Sylvester caught with Tweety Bird in his mouth.

27:31 But what they're really politically going to look like is Wiley Coyote springing one of his traps on the Roadrunner. And you know how that ends. See, we're the Roadrunner. You're the Coyote. You're Sylvester. We're Tweety. We're Bugs Bunny. You're Yosemite Sam. And you might say you're the roughest, toughest hombre west of the Pecos. I'm Yosemite Sam! Yosemite Sam! Yosemite Sam! But it doesn't work anymore. Not like Yosemite Sam, he's beating that elephant. In that great episode, he's going, I'm you, huh? And pretty much, then the elephant turns around with his shield and starts bashing Yosemite Sam on the head. He goes, I'm with the good guys now.

28:25 Like when the American people figure out what they're doing, that we're a 10 ton elephant and you're a cockroach, that's not going to go too well for you, is it? Who is that? Jeffrey Clark. All right, let's go to our clip. Here is the bankruptcy arm of the DOJ was involved in the Alex Jones bankruptcy and the Trump team will likely look into it. corrupt actions of bankruptcy being called for investigations and I'm told they're already starting. People actually in there currently. This is a big deal. Let's go ahead and let's roll that tape.

CHAPTER 10 / 28 Discussion

Alexander Soros and the Collapse of the InfoWars Sale

Alex Jones highlighted a headline from Revolver News regarding the restoration of InfoWars and noted a shift in rhetoric from Alexander Soros. Jones claimed that the Democratic-funded bid for his company was a "botched" operation that would now face federal investigation. He asserted that the attempt to use the Onion as a front for Soros-funded gun control groups has failed due to lack of transparency.

alexander soros· revolver news· matt gaetz· george soros· media matters· infowars

29:09 I did actually, as one of my closing acts at the end of the Trump administration, argue a case about the U.S. bankruptcy trustees, who are the same folks here who are bedeviling Alex Jones and went in and shut him down. And look, as you were describing, they have, you know, in connection with the private trustees that are set up and that they supervise, fiduciary duties to make sure that they get a maximum return for the creditors. Right. And so if what Alex Jones describes is correct Steve that there were other bidders you know maybe led by Roger Stone and he's a hero for putting them together to try to rescue Infowars and they if they had the highest bid and that was ignored.

29:49 You know that's a serious legal issue that will need to be examined. I was looking at who the current director is of the U.S. trustee program. It's a woman named Tara Twomey. And you know you better believe that when the Trump administration starts that she's going to get investigated, that how this bankruptcy of Alex Jones was investigated, how it was dealt with is going to be investigated. This is something that hopefully the judge will shut this down and say, look, I got to review this, like don't do anything precipitous. But if he doesn't, because he's been working on these proceedings for a long time and judges eventually get to the point where they want to get things off their docket,

30:28 You know what the trustees seem to be doing here to me. You know and these are people who are part of the Justice Department. Right. I don't think that's well known that the U.S. bankruptcy trustee program is part of the Justice Department. The Justice Department's span is truly enormous. That needs to be investigated and I think that we can probably count on Matt Gaetz as Attorney General to do that kind of deep investigation, Steve. And so they're trying to clearly rush this out and shut Alex Jones down as a kind of demonstration of they're still in charge for the next 67 days or so. And they could live to regret that. And so I think people should be looking over their shoulder and thinking about whether they really wanna be doing this to shut down an important media operation.

31:14 Overhead shots, please. Look at this headline. I think Revolver got the best headline. Infowars restored to Alex Jones in total reversal of yesterday's shutdown. Alexander Soros also just came out and said he likes Trump. Oh, I told you they're rolling over. I'll show you that in a minute. DOJ botched Infowars auction likely to be investigated by Trump. AG picked Matt Gaetz as former AG assistant attorney general. All right, let's go to the next clip. And this is incredible. I'm going to start and stop this one. is this is big. I mean, there's so many lies. I'm sure you'll catch it. They really fall on their face here. But now we learn, as I told you, the Democrats big anti-gun group, mainly funded by Soros, Soros money. He was going to use media matters he funds, but he used them to go in and put in this fake bid because it wasn't a bid. They'd already decided they got it. They just inadvertently admitted that. The US trustee, well, I wanted to give it to them. It's my discretion. Judge says, no, it's not. And then they use judgment money

CHAPTER 11 / 28 Discussion

Ben Collins and John Feinblatt Defend InfoWars Acquisition on ABC

The Onion CEO Ben Collins and Everytown for Gun Safety President John Feinblatt appeared on Good Morning America to discuss their purchase of InfoWars. Collins described the site as a "clearinghouse for lies" and stated the goal was to use humor to combat misinformation. Feinblatt emphasized that the Sandy Hook families supported the move to turn the platform into a vehicle for gun safety advocacy.

32:19 that you can't do in law that's on appeal to claim that's money to themselves for the purchase. I mean, that's like what somebody on three hits of acid would come up with at math class. So here it is with the big gun control group, the biggest, and the former disinformation expert from NBC just absolutely looking like morons. Here it is. Turn now to the satirical website The Onion announcing that it has won a bid to buy Alex Jones' Info Wars in a bankruptcy auction. Jones was forced to pay $1.4 billion to the families of the Sandy Hook shooting victims. Ben Collins, CEO of The Onion, has teamed up with John Feinblatt, president of Everytown for Gun Safety, on this project. Welcome to you both. Thank you for coming in.

33:12 This one I had to say Ben when I saw this headline yesterday, I was pretty startled Yeah at first explain why you wanted to buy this site what you plan to do with it Yeah, so we thought it would be the funniest joke of all time basically when we heard about it And I think that's borne out frankly Explain why they explained to everybody what's behind the info wars and what you want to do with it sure so in fours is a Clearinghouse for lies and nonsense in a bad way like the the garbage that they've put out over the last two decades has really hurt a lot of people You know, they've targeted the families of the Sandy Hook victims. No, I was found guilty about judges in show trials and no evidence was put on and I wasn't allowed to defend myself and I did nothing to those people. I wasn't deplatformed over that. They just brought it all up at PR firms, talk about stuff I never did, exaggerate everything, then find me guilty and then they said to shut me down,

34:08 Born out, frankly. Explain why, explain to everybody what's behind the InfoWars and what you want to do with it. Sure, so InfoWars is a clearinghouse for lies and nonsense in a bad way. Like the garbage that they've put out over the last two decades has really hurt a lot of people. You know, they've targeted the families of the Sandy Hook victims. They did not. That's what led to that defamation case that allowed this to be up for auction. We do lies and garbage in a different way. We have a lot more fun with it than they do. We're very excited to take it over and create a new, better path for this website. And the Sandy Hook family support this move? Absolutely. They were behind this. Ben and I may seem like strange bedfellows, the Onion and Everytown, but the truth is we've got at our fingertips

34:55 the facts, the stories, the data, the research. But what they've got is a really broad audience and humor, which is what you need sometimes to break through. information, the fear that is so permeated mainstream thinking. Overnight the judge in charge of this put a hold on your purchase raising questions about the process, raising questions about transparency in the bidding process. What do you make of that? Are you confident this is still going to go through? Yeah look we won the bid. We...

CHAPTER 12 / 28 Discussion

Disputing the "Best Bid" Narrative in Federal Court

Alex Jones provided a rebuttal to the ABC News interview, mocking the claim that The Onion had the "best bid" despite not having the highest cash offer. He argued that the legal definition of an auction does not allow for subjective "best" bids based on political concessions. Jones reiterated that he would never "graciously move away" or sell out his principles to his political opponents.

35:33 Uh, yeah, he looks down, yeah, we won the bid. You won the bid? The trustee's been in the news saying, well I decided to give it to them and you know they needed extra money so we came up with this plan. And then they didn't tell the real bidders that in the rules you can't do that. And then they changed the stuff last minute. And the judge said that wasn't a real auction. That's why we're back in the building. So here he is this morning saying we own Infowars, we won the bid, none of that's true, here it is. The fear that is so permeated mainstream thinking. Overnight the judge in charge of this put a hold on your purchase raising questions about the process, raising questions about transparency in the bidding process. What do you make of that? Are you confident this is still going to go through? Yeah look we won the bid, we own Infowars and we are very excited about that. But is it true that you didn't have the highest bid?

36:20 We did have the highest bid when you take into account the family's concessions here. They made a concerted effort to make this the best and highest bid for everybody involved. So we're very excited to take that over and- Back that up 20 seconds. You love the looking down. He's looking up the whole time. I won the bid and they made it possible. They made it possible by saying Judgment money that's on appeal that I don't have can be in a cash auction. The law says you can't do that and it wasn't even, the judge didn't even know this auction happened which wasn't an auction. I mean it's bullshit on top of bullshit on top of bullshit. I mean wow buddy boy, go back to it.

37:05 Overnight the judge in charge of this put a hold on your purchase raising questions about the process, raising questions about transparency in the bidding process. What do you make of that? Are you confident this is still going to go through? Yeah look we won the bid. We own Infor Wars and we are very excited about that. But is it true that you didn't have the highest bid? We did have the highest bid when you take into account the family's concessions here. They made a concerted effort to make this the best and highest bid for everybody involved. So we're very excited to take that over. And look, it's Alex Jones. If he just handled this graciously and moved away, that would be the funniest part of this whole situation. Back it up. If he just went away, if I handled it graciously,

37:51 They claim I had hundreds of millions of dollars made off them, claim I did all these things I did to them I never did, had show trials where I was already found guilty before they started. The judges said, look it up folks. And the head prosecutor who was the civil guy running this, Democrat, specialties, you know, putting innocent Republicans in prison is my view, said on Nightly News last night, he said, we've just begun to teach Alex Jones his lessons. He won't give us our money. We don't want money, but he won't give us our money. So, you know, if Alex Jones would have just been gracious about this, you know, oh, you mean become anti-gun and become a liberal and work for you and sell out? Brother, you could put a gun to my head and say, you're going to blow my brains out. And I would tell you, burn in hell. How about that? So these people are just in fantasy land. Continue.

38:51 a concerted effort to make this the best and highest bid for everybody involved. So we're very excited to take that over and look- Hey, pause again, back it up. First, is it the highest bid? Well, it's the best bid. The best. And the US trustee who's in big trouble kept saying in the news, well, it's not the highest bid, but it's the best bid. That's the new definition of Merriam-Webster's auction is property, property, Sold to the highest bidder. That's the definition. By the way, before they said that was some secret code with the gun, the guys are just throwing up funny stuff like the revenge of the nerds thing. Great move by the crew. Very funny. Didn't tell him to put that up. And the gun thing is I'm saying, I'm not going to hurt you. You're not going to literally hurt me. I'm saying figuratively, you put a gun in my head, I would not sell out to you. That's what I was saying. All right. They just misrepresented everything. All right. So continuing here, these people do not know what to do and they're in total panic mode.

CHAPTER 13 / 28 Discussion

Everytown for Gun Safety Plans for InfoWars Content

John Feinblatt of Everytown for Gun Safety outlined plans to become the primary advertiser on the acquired InfoWars platform to promote gun safety. Alex Jones countered that the public is increasingly skeptical of such organizations and legacy media. He also referenced upcoming investigations by RFK Jr. into the health industry as a sign that the "villains" of the current establishment are losing power.

40:01 And they call up this morning and say, okay, yeah, you can have you move back in. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Judge said that we didn't have an auction. Now, we're here. Now, are you seeing that in the news? That's pretty big news, right? So how controlled is the corporate media? Why are they so hated? The same ones that tell you the shots 100% work and you can't spread COVID if you take it. And they knew that wasn't true. They were paid to say it. Rachel Manno, other ones. They're the ones really hurting the public and they're the ones under criminal investigation once R.F.K. Jr. is head of HHS and Trump has said that. And the Justice Department's coming after you because you killed a lot of people with those poison shots. You liars. So you want to make us the villains? You are the villains. And no amount of your propaganda is going to work. Finish the clip.

40:52 Yeah, look we won the bid. We own Infor's and we are very excited about that. But is it true that you didn't have the highest bid? We did have the highest bid when you take into account the family's concessions here. They made a concerted effort to make this the best and highest bid for everybody involved. So we're very excited to take that over and look, it's Alex Jones. If he just handled this graciously and moved away, that would be the funniest part of this whole situation. Obviously, that is not something that he's going to do in this situation. So you're confident this is going to go through? Oh, yeah, absolutely. And what role is Everytown for Gun Safety going to play in all this? We're going to be the main advertisers. And that means anything from a banner ad to a link to video to creating content together.

41:38 And the goal here is really to cut through the misinformation and the fear. You know, the American public, every poll shows that they believe in gun safety. But what's happened is misinformation, hate, fear has so permeated thinking in this country that it's really distorted reality. And we're going to use humor to cut through that and to set the record straight. That's the best way to stop Alex Jones? Oh, absolutely. I used to be a disinformation reporter. I used to cover him from the other side of this. You can present as many facts as you want to Alex Jones himself and he's just not going to listen. But if you make fun of these people in a way that cuts through and if you maybe show a funhouse mirror basically to what he's trying to do, trying to get you really afraid so you can buy some supplements,

42:21 Maybe if we rip the facade off this thing, show the wires underneath it, maybe we can make some real change. He's spread his funds out all over the place. Is there any real way to stop him? You can try. It's not worth it giving up, in my opinion. I think that's what the reaction was yesterday. You didn't believe it when you saw your phone. But maybe you felt like, oh man, that's pretty funny. There's some hope in this. It's felt pretty hopeless in the last couple of months recently for a lot of people. And we want to say, like, actually good things can happen. You know, there can be a good fight to win. And that's why we wanted to be here. Yeah, the bottom line for this is when you think about Alex Jones, this is karmic justice. The idea that every town would be taking over all the advertising of InfoWars. After all that disinformation. After all that disinformation, after calling Sandy Hook a hoax.

43:09 Thank you both for coming in today. Thanks. Witt? Fascinating conversation, George. Thank you. Wow, Alex Jones had an opinion that the internet had and said, yeah, that's probably true. You have a right to say that. And I only said the name of one of the parents. I barely ever talked about it. And then they had an FBI agent who was the lead counsel that created the whole thing that I was coming after him years later. He got $133 million that doesn't exist. Maybe he can go get a loan on that by himself, a yacht or something. I mean, it's just, it's wild. And you notice he said, you can show him facts all day. He won't believe you like, oh, there's no inflation or two men can have a baby or there's no X and Y chromosomes or Biden's sharpest attack or Kamala's incredible and she's going to win in a landslide. I mean, yeah, you can show me your facts all day. The communism is great and us giving up our guns while the liberals and politicians have armed guards. That's okay. Yeah. You know, I'll stick with my facts. Like I said last night, you watch, I'll be back in there soon.

CHAPTER 14 / 28 Discussion

Alex Jones Reports on Emergency Bankruptcy Hearing Transcripts

Alex Jones shared details from the transcripts of a multi-hour emergency court hearing in Houston. He claimed the judge described the transaction as a "private secret sale" rather than a legal auction. Jones asserted that the consensus among his legal team is that the trustee's actions constituted a "bankruptcy crime" by ignoring higher cash bids in favor of a non-cash arrangement.

44:17 Now, and I said last night, you watch this has been overturned. The media just wouldn't report it. Now today they're admitting it is. So here's my opinion last night, which was already true. And then here's what's happening today. I'm gonna bring Harrison Smith in here and I'm gonna bring Chase Geiser, what they've seen and what they've thought with all this happening. But the first time they sent a US trustee to close the doors on a court order, we stood up to them, they left, people didn't believe us and they admitted it in court later, people were blown away. And now you just saw them admit it all and they actually did take it over and shut it down. I just already being in control of IT at the internet service provider level to shut us off. So I was already shut off and I just said, okay, you're gonna get in a lot of trouble. And I went over here, stayed 11am, 20 minutes after I left here, went on air and exposed it all and you watch their show, all came true. It was already true.

45:15 Am I infallible? Am I perfect? No, but I really do my research. I really try to be accurate. And they want to control the narrative and have us just be convinced that the two men can have a baby and all this. It's over. Let's play these clips from last night. I shot one and people didn't understand what I was saying. I shot three. People couldn't believe it. Millions of views on all these, by the way. See, we're getting the truth getting out. We're the media. It's like in that Tom Hanks movie with the meme of the pirates in Somalia. And he goes, look at me. I'm the captain now. Look at me, Trump's the captain now. So here's these clips and I'll come back with even bigger news. Believe me, we haven't got there yet. It's hardcore, it's important and it goes right to the heart of the deep state. They can get me, they can get you. Please support us at thealexjonestore.com. Great t-shirts, great.

46:04 Supplements incredible and you're fighting the second American Revolution. There's another big free truck giveaway on there by the inners for free can get put into win and by the best product is put in 10 X to win so much cool stuff and we still need funds. I thought lawsuits and all these people already were on the offense and that's just, you know, we already have the proof but through court for the criminal charges of conspiracy against rights, serious felonies. But let's go ahead and roll these and we'll bring in Harrison Smith. All right, I shot a special report on this that I posted at Rail Ox Jones about two hours ago. And then I was actually reading the transcripts from the multi-hour emergency court hearing today in federal bankruptcy court in Houston. And then I called all the lawyers and talked to them and they had a total consensus. They've never seen anything like it. The words were exactly, this was a private secret sale, basically illegal is the word that's used, basically it's crime.

47:05 I mean, bankruptcy crime, I mean, on its face. Disguised as an auction that wasn't an auction. And the people didn't even pay real money. They paid some weird fiat thing that wasn't even agreed to by the judge's order. And then they had the corporate media say that The Onion fought Infowars. And then the judge kept saying to the trustee that did this, I didn't give you the authority to do this. You were supposed to come to me about an auction. This isn't even an auction. And then it's just all over the news that they just bought it and they won the bid and they did that. But then they quote the US trustee going, well, it's not the highest bid, but it's the best bid. These people just, they didn't do anything. It's crazy. So nobody sees how the federal judge who's known for being straight laced and not corrupt at all, Judge Chris Lopez cannot end this fake sale, which he basically said didn't happen. He said an emergency

CHAPTER 15 / 28 Discussion

Bloomberg and AP Report on Questioned InfoWars Sale

Mainstream outlets like Bloomberg and the Associated Press reported on Judge Chris Lopez's decision to halt the sale of InfoWars pending an evidentiary hearing. Alex Jones noted that while the news is often buried, the judge's skepticism regarding the auction's transparency is now a matter of public record. Jones characterized the trustee's attempt to shut down his broadcast as "vigilante crap" and a "sneak attack."

bloomberg· associated press· chris lopez· us trustee· justice department· lawfare

48:10 Evidentiary hearing sometime next week, he hasn't announced the date yet. And bare minimum, there'll be a new open public auction. Probably more is gonna happen. I mean, this is unprecedented, folks. Just like the last trustee he fired back on June 14th, tried to close the building without a court order. There's a lot of behind the scenes, deep state goings on here. And this is a big deal. I've been up since 5 AM dealing with this. I'm about to go to sleep. I'll be covering it all live from the new studios, the Alex Jones Network at AJ in life on X please follow me there. But this is gonna be big. Everybody out there thinking Infowars was shut down. You're in for a rude awakening. Ladies and gentlemen, you were told by the mainstream media and by the press, by the Democrats today, that Infowars was sold in an auction yesterday. That did not happen. It was an emergency hearing in front of the bankruptcy judge, Chris Lopez today. And he said, this is not an auction. You didn't allow higher bidders. The definition of an auction is sold to the highest bidder

49:15 You kept secret the fact that you gave it to someone that paid way less money. Turns out it wasn't even real money. It was a promise to pay money. The judge didn't certify it. He said, I haven't even agreed to when the auction is. He said, we have to have hearings about the details of it and what's actually being sold. So they thought they would slip this through with a US trustee from the Justice Department. And they had the sale yesterday, so they wouldn't tell us until this morning, showed up to shut the building, cut off the studio electricity while we were on air. Then I went to our backup studios, the Alex Jones Network, find out more at AJN live on X and

49:58 They did announce that they bought it, they did announce they have it, but the judge said this was not an auction. That's a quote in the transcript. And he was just flabbergasted and totally blown away and said that he's gonna be investigated with this big hearing coming up next week. So this is total lawfare, it's craziness, it's been open season on me the whole time. The last trustee from the Justice Department, he fired June 14th, look it up, Pat McGill, who tried to come in and close the place without a court order. The judge said, why did you do that? And it's because they are talking to the Democrats and these law firms and these people, and that's where they get this from. And they're just desperate to get me off the air. And they don't want somebody that's friendly to me to keep me on the air buying it. So they said they had an auction, but it was a secret private sale masquerading as an auction because that's what the federal law says.

50:44 they have to do. So this is a major scandal. That's what went on. The Onion did not buy it. The judge said the sale did not go through. There's a big hearing and this is in Bloomberg. It is an AP, but it's buried in the articles. This is a huge scandal. This is a giant deal. But through color of law, the feds came in and shut down the Infowars system today, but we're on our backup. God bless you. That's what happened. All right, this is the last update. I detailed all this on air today, but I learned even more tonight. It's worse than I thought, but here it is very simply for everybody. There was a auction order by the judge, but he wanted to have more hearings about it for the details to make sure it was all legal. The US trustee assigned with the Justice Department that was in charge of it went ahead and had what he said was an auction. But then it came out that he didn't make the auction public, didn't let people have bids,

CHAPTER 16 / 28 Discussion

Harrison Smith Discusses the "Whirlwind" of the Studio Shutdown

InfoWars host Harrison Smith joined the broadcast to describe the experience of the attempted studio shutdown and the subsequent legal reversal. Smith praised the audience for their support and credited the victory to strategic persistence and the intervention of Judge Lopez. He emphasized that the platform serves as a symbol of resistance against "faceless bureaucrats" and corporate media narratives.

51:38 to go above the supposed highest bid, which means it's not a real auction. And then it turns out he ignored the highest bid and gave it to a lower bid because they were the Democrats. And so it was a private sale masquerading as an auction that did not happen. That's what the judge said today. He said it did not go through. He's having a full evidentiary hearing next week. In the meantime, the U.S. trustee, overstepping his power, came in and closed Infowars and cut the broadcast off. So it is off the air. We're over at the Alex Jones Network at AJN Live on X and Relon Jones and the satellite up links, the radio stations, the TV stations. They're having to switch over to our new satellite. There was some problems there.

52:19 because it was just sneak attack. Boom. They have the auction, keep it secret Wednesday. This morning they show up at 8 a.m. and say shut the building. I go on and talk about it. Then they go order people to shut things off. Just saying, I'm a federal trustee, do what I say. Like the last federal trustee did in June or late May saying shut the building with no court order. I didn't leave, I threatened to call the police. And then they had an emergency hearing thinking I would be kicked out and the judge fired them. So this is the second time, second federal trustee doing this wild vigilante crap. So the onions everywhere announcing they bought it, the media saying they got it. But Bloomberg and AP are going, well, now the judge said no, no, no, he's questioning it. No, he said it didn't go through and he's gonna decide what to do. And my lawyers are like, well, they've taken this thing off the air, these employees are out on the street.

53:09 The judge said, well, as soon as we can have it, it's early next week, I'll give you a date. But yeah, this is crazy. So bring your evidence in, but he said this is unbelievable. And he said, this is not an auction, this is a private sale. And this is not what I authorized. So that's what's going on, okay? That's the facts. I know this is repetitive for the regular listeners to know everything, but the public still is confused. All right, Harrison Smith, you just, and when you showed me this earlier, I got other big news. This is just InfoWars related. It's related to everybody, obviously, this is related to you too as well, but this is really big. The Democrats promised that if Trump won in 2020, they would have their own government and wouldn't recognize him. It has begun. They're doing it. Shadow government now becomes a parallel government. That's coming up. They have the clip. We'll get to that in a few minutes. But Harrison, you were here. It was your show. I commandeered yesterday. You saw it all. Some on the Internet at first were like, because we broke it. Oh, yeah, right. Show us. We stick cameras in the Fed's faces.

54:06 Bannon was on us to do that. They ran out of the building when we were going to, you know, so then they admitted they all did do it. People like, yeah, we're not crying wolf. We've just survived a lot, but it does even for the crew and myself get weird. We like almost get destroyed. Then God brings us back. But so, so we're here in the studios Friday night, five 52. Uh, what has it been like for you? Uh, it's, it's been a complete whirlwind. I mean, it's, it's great. You know, it's great that it didn't happen, but it's like, I feel like I still haven't even processed it yet almost. It's so wild. It's wild to be back. It's wild that you had this victory because that's really what this is. You had it too. Well, yeah, we all had this victory. The listeners had it. They're the ones supporting us. I mean, I'm serious. I'm not just patting you on the head. It's you. I don't have any power without you. And that has been the most amazing thing about this is the outpouring of love and support

54:56 that is just... Point at him, tell him who did it. You did, you did. Whoever's listening to me, if you hear my voice, you are the resistance. And of course, that's always been your slogan and this is why. And again, you know, so it's this like, first it's like this crushing feeling of like, oh my God, they're shutting us down. I can't believe they finally did it. but then that's mixed with like the overwhelming support. I'm gonna get choked up just talking about it right now because it's just people understand that what we do here is real, is sincere, is fighting for everything that America is supposed to be about and it's just amazing to see people resonate with that and appreciate that and look

CHAPTER 18 / 28 Discussion

The "Sea Change" in American History and Media

The discussion turned to the historical significance of the current legal and political battles, with Harrison Smith describing it as a "sea change" in American history. Smith argued that the fight for InfoWars is a proxy for the broader struggle to speak one's mind without fear of destruction. He urged the audience to stay involved and recognize their role as "heroes" in a real-life drama against insurmountable odds.

american history· trump· alternative media· patriots· resistance· infowars

59:26 I always fantasize, I always had this dream and I know a lot of people out there do too. Whenever you see people going, oh the feds are probably watching me, I'm a real rebel. In high school and middle school or whatever it's like, yeah I'm anti-government, I'm like a real rebel. They probably think I'm dangerous and for the most part they had no idea who I, they know who I am now, right? They know who we are now and we really are the rebels, we really are the the underdogs of just fighting with everything we've got against this faceless, massive, bottomless pit of money and malice and manipulation and... Absolutely. And the crew's great. They're exhausted. We went live 58 minutes ago. We took photos of me with the kitchen sink. I don't see that at Rolex Jones. I'm gonna go get it and tweet it once you talk. We also haven't uploaded the incredible video of us with the sink. We showed it at the start.

1:00:15 So I want to play that again in a moment. I've been seeing it all over the place. It's okay. I don't know where it got posted because I went to, I'm not bitching. I'm just directing from a live show. I just reposted the M4 speed on real Alex Jones. Want to make sure that we posted. Maybe I missed it. I also want to make sure that we post it from the live feed of InfoWars on the AJN live, the Alex Jones Network. This needs maximum coverage. This is absolutely huge. And then when this live feed is over, it's going to restream all weekend. So you can send this to people and say, see, the onion doesn't have InfoWars, ABC, CNN, they all lied to you as usual. It was all bull. This is incredible. So, Harrison, you continue. I'm going to go check on some things. I'll be back with the big breaking news.

1:01:19 as our current timeline. And that's what I wish people would understand. I almost feel bad for people. Kind of like how I feel bad for people that can't enjoy Trump, like people that aren't Trump supporters. And like they're watching Trump give a speech and they're just mad and they're vibrating with their anger. And it's like, I feel bad for you. I wish you could see how much fun this is. I wish you could see what an epic powerful journey that we're all, I want you on this journey with us together and it's sad that you are not just not enjoying this with us, not appreciating what's really happening here, but you're opposing us? You're the bad guys? You're the orcs? You're the the death eaters? Like what are you doing? Don't you understand that you know when things get bad, when you're, when there are real villains out there committing villainy, that's your opportunity to be a hero. Oh you know

1:02:05 All our lives we watch these movies of heroes taking risks, going up against impossible odds, succeeding against insurmountable enemies and when you're given the opportunity right now, right here, in real life, people let it pass by or they're willing to You know watch it from afar you gotta be involved you gotta be a part of this you've gotta know that in the future they're gonna look back at what's happening today and study it as a sea change in American history now whether. That's a future where there. They're teaching this as, Alex Jones, this very bad guy almost took down America, but we stopped him by suing him about a comment he made 10 years ago. Or whether we, you know, fight hard enough and give it our all and actually succeed in our mission to save America, in which case history will be taught

1:02:56 reflecting reality and we'll know that America on the on our deathbed as we were slowly being ushered in to the grave, we stood up, we fought back, we'll win, we will win in the end. Good always wins in the end. And don't you want to be a part of that? Don't you want to contribute to that? Don't you want to be able to, you know, talk to your grandkids about how bad it was back when you were young? That's right. I was telling you before we went live, I said, man, I hope because we're winning but we need funds and legal fight to stay on air and we really need it. I was like, well he goes, I think we'll get some funding now and that's starting to come in. Folks, we're fighting for you. Financial Struggles and Family Sacrifices During Lawfare

Alex Jones shared a personal story about his father's financial sacrifices to keep the network operational during years of litigation. He revealed that his parents have exhausted their savings to support his legal defense and the continuation of the broadcast. Jones promoted Dr. Jones Naturals supplements as a way for listeners to support his family and the mission while receiving high-quality health products.

dr. jones naturals· quercetin· coq10· family· bankruptcy· lawfare

1:03:36 The best supplements, great Patriot t-shirts. I mean, we need your help. My dad is a great guy, been a big sponsor. He didn't tell me in the last year and a half when he was getting sued and attacked and I needed money for help. He was like, I've got money, son. I've got money, son. And then I found out through family, they go, you know, your parents are completely out of money. They have mortgage stuff and they've never been in that position. And I was like new level of pissed off. So he's got the products, he's doing that, but he was giving all the money and his money and everything to help me because I'm his son and I was just like and I didn't get a lot and he helped me so when I was a kid but I had to have jobs and stuff and I didn't I didn't import myself or anything I brought him in here later to help do supplements but I had no idea that they were just giving me you know basically everything they had uh in this and now I'm really pissed off but yeah drjonesnaturals.com incredible supplements everybody's quercetin everybody's coq10 it's so good for your whole body this time of year it's so key great for your immune system it just cleans out the cells great for your heart everything

1:04:30 They've got really high quality, just basic stuff like that. You're going to get half the price for the same quality other places. Just go to drjonesnaturals.com. Plus you need it. And at this point, it's not even keeping us on air because he's so up against the wall. I'm just trying to keep him from going completely under. I mean, I'll just be honest. This is my dad and my family. I mean, they have shot the shit out of us and they think it's funny. I'm going to fight even harder. And we're counter suing them and all the rest of this because we have to. They're never going to stop. So they want to fight. They've got one. Yeah, and look, I think I said it when we were on AJN Live yesterday. They, I think in some ways they drink their own Kool-Aid. They buy their own lies and they've convinced themselves that M4 Wars and Alex Jones, he's a fraud and he's just some big galoot from Texas. You heard the guy, he goes, we can do whatever we want to him, he's Alex Jones. And like, so they buy their own lies and they're going to pay the price for it.

1:05:24 I think I also said, I don't remember if this was off air or not, so I'll just say it again. You know, it's like the Russia collusion hoax with Donald Trump. There's never been anything more debunked than that. It's been, you know, investigated, ad nauseam, millions of dollars, we all know the story. Well, same thing's happened here. They have, everything's public, everything in the court record is public. They have gone through the books. Nobody out there can honestly say that What Alex just said isn't the truth. It is absolutely the truth. Everything that comes into this company goes right back into this fight, goes right back into just dedicated opposition and now offense, not just defense, against these, in my opinion, criminal scum that are doing this in a very blatant attempt to circumvent the First Amendment and destroy us through lawfare.

1:06:07 It's the real deal. It's a real deal. If you've ever wanted to contribute to a mission, then not just not, we don't just sit here and talk and look, if all that you ever did was sit and talk about what's going on, I don't think they would have ever really cared. A lot of people talked about what went on. It was taking to the streets. It was taking the bullhorn to the buildings. It was leading marches. It was saying you are the resistance. It was getting active. That's what makes them for wars. Oh, and said it perfectly. We reignited people's life force and survival instincts. There you go. And so, and I remember before I worked at info wars, that you know I would go buy things it was like you know what this guy's out there on the on the street with a bullhorn the least I can do is buy a t-shirt I mean my god he's he's out there in the rain and snow yelling at globalists on my behalf yes please thank you I will support that with everything I've got this is even more intense because this isn't just

1:06:55 getting in their faces and now we've drawn them out. And now it's like a battle, like a Roman standard between the left and right, the populist and the globalist. I mean, we're a real symbol like Trump. They're trying to get. Yep. This is your fight, folks. And thanks for backing us. But those that have been on the sidelines, maybe you share articles and stuff. Thanks for doing that. But this is your fight. I mean, we're fighting for you. Absolutely. And look, don't you need toothpaste? Don't you need just t-shirts? Don't you wear t-shirts every day? Like, just instead of buying these everyday things, just go to Dr. Jones Naturals. Like, it's really not that complicated. It's not even that much of a sacrifice. And we appreciate it more than you could ever. To do this, we got to send her and back in, which is true. So we try to give you a product. So you like it. You love them and you want to get them again. You've got some other news here that we need to get to and a lot of other big stuff that has been breaking. But as easy as it is for us to get stuck on what happened here. I mean, it is surreal to be because, I mean, I was telling the crew, hey, we'll probably be back next week. And what did I tell you? You were at the meeting Monday or Tuesday. I said, hey, they're going to shut us down Thursday morning. Remember, I predicted it.

1:07:57 I knew it was rigged then without having all the specifics, I could just see the signs. And then I was telling the crew, don't abandon ship, we'll be back regardless. We've got sponsors over here, the Alex Shows Network, it's a smaller studio, we're building a bigger one. But I was just like, hang in. And most of the folks did, believe me. Some didn't exactly. Yeah, well, and it was always sort of up in the air, like, all right, well, we'll have to downsize a lot and then maybe rebuild back up. Frankly, the fact that the auction got overturned was shocking to all of us. It wasn't real, so they didn't let us back in. They had to. Right, right. But just the fact that they would even try that, what are they thinking? And this is the thing, if they had just played it straight, we would be out. We would not be in this studio. If they had just done a real bid with real money, we would have said, all right, we fought hard and we lost. We'll move on to the next thing.

CHAPTER 20 / 28 Discussion

Allegations of a Democrat "Shadow Government" to Oppose Trump

Alex Jones and Harrison Smith discussed reports of Democrats planning to form a "shadow cabinet" to resist the second Trump administration. They referenced past "war games" by figures like John Podesta and alleged that this parallel government is an act of treason. The hosts argued that the left is compelled to cheat and manipulate the system because they cannot win through fair democratic processes.

shadow government· adam schiff· treason· 2020 election· deep state· trump

1:08:46 But it's like they're, it's like a compulsion. They're compelled to do shady stuff. They're compelled to be underhanded and it screws them over at the end of the day. I mean, it's, it's, it's metaphorical. It's like allegorical. It's like what you're witnessing here is a, is a parable being acted out in real life. The people that try to cut corners and screw you over and manipulate the system, end up getting it in the end and that's right. Harrison, you brought this up. We're going to play the clip, but before we play it, this is a separate from it. It affects us all just like embers, but it's all part of the same. fight Podesta and then said the New York Times, they war game to Trump won in 2020. It was big articles, got a lot of attention. They were going to have an alternate government, a shadow government. They would move to Colorado Springs, the alternate government, and they would not accept the inauguration of Trump. They said, but don't worry, it'll be a red mirage. It looked like he wins, but we'll have the mail-in ballots. And we know what they did. They stole, they've been caught. And now we've had a huge landslide. They couldn't even override. So now they're back basically doing the same thing. Tell us about this. Yeah, well, and just to tie this all in together,

1:09:46 What would have happened if they didn't cheat in 2020? You would have had Donald Trump with Mike Pence as a vice president, a Democrat Congress, a Democrat Senate. And by at this point, we'd be two months away from the end of Donald Trump's presidential career. So again, they have to cheat. They are compelled to screw the system, to manipulate, to lie. And what ends up happening? Well, four years later, you get a Donald Trump who is more activated and more enraged and more, you know, ready to set things right than four years ago. So, you know, all of this, there are these through lines through them of they cannot play fair because they lose if they play fair. So they have to cheat and when they cheat it eventually comes back and bites them in the ass even harder. And again, just tight, but before we get to the video, just to tie it in again, Donald Trump just sued several media companies for $10 billion. And, you know,

1:10:39 We don't want to support that. We're not in favor of suing media companies for their reporting, but this is the world we're in. So in the same way that this is the bed they've made, it's time for them to lay in it, When it comes to truth in media and being sued and being bankrupted for what you say, same thing is true in government. They have created an atmosphere where they are utterly tyrannical and they're just absolutely out of their minds doing everything they can to gain power. And it's like if that's the way it is, then we got to play that game because there is a built-in requirement in the American system for a sort of tit-for-tat, a, hey if you're going to do that just know I'm going to be in power next time and I'm going to do it to you. And that was always in place and it used to work to limit some of the ambitions of people. They'd go well I could do this, I could expand my power here,

1:11:31 but then I might be out of office and then they might use it against me so I'll not do that now. And the Democrats have completely broken that unspoken or spoken social contract and at this point, you gotta go hard, you gotta go hard. Even if it's something that you wouldn't wanna do, don't typically wanna do, doesn't fit in with your ideology, this is a fight for life and death, it's survival at this point. Trump and all of his appointees need to go absolute gloves off treating the threat that these people pose to the American system with the seriousness they deserve. I just saw this video, it was posted by Elijah Schaeffer. It says one of the most insane things they've openly admitted. I wouldn't even believe this if there wasn't video of it. He's got a sign that says shadow cabinet and they're actually talking about forming a shadow government, a true deep state in every sense of the word to resist the democratic vote of the people and oppose Trump. What it really means to usurp the power of the

And for our radio listeners, he's standing next to a sign that says shadow cabinet with all of the seals of the different government agencies. Here it is. If Trump attempts to weaponize the justice system against his political opponents with Matt Gaetz at the helm, we could see incoming Senator Adam Schiff as our shadow attorney general arguing against replacing our independent prosecutors with Trump loyalists. If Trump seeks to eliminate the Department of Education, Congresswoman Johanna Hayes, a former Teacher of the Year, could step up as Shadow Education Secretary to loudly defend public education in the United States. If Trump orders Marco Rubio to hand Ukraine and much of Eastern Europe to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Congressman Greg Meeks, as Shadow Secretary of State, could be a strong voice in support of maintaining international relationships and protecting democracy at home and abroad.

CHAPTER 21 / 28 Discussion

Analysis of the Proposed Democrat Shadow Cabinet

The broadcast featured a video clip of a proposed "shadow cabinet" featuring figures like Adam Schiff and Tammy Duckworth. Alex Jones characterized this as an attempt to usurp the power of the President and deny the American people the results of the election. He argued that these officials are normalizing a "deep state" structure to undermine policies related to Ukraine, health, and border security.

1:13:26 Senator Michael Bennett as shadow Treasury Secretary. Congresswoman Susan DelBene as shadow Commerce Secretary could help ensure the middle class and small businesses have a voice in government and call out Trump's proposed tax cuts for billionaires and corporations. A shadow defense secretary, Congressman Adam Smith, a great representative for the people of Washington and not a Fox News host, could counter Trump's threat to use military force against his political opponents and work to ensure that the Department of Defense stays loyal to the Constitution and not some wannabe dictator. And Senator Tammy Duckworth could argue against cuts to the Department of Veterans Affairs that would delay the benefits and care our service members have so rightly earned.

1:14:12 If Trump hands over the EPA to big oil ally Lee Zeldin, we could see Congresswoman Kathy Castor pushing back for environmental protection and conservation to protect the air we breathe and the water we drink. And if Trump pushes to ban abortion nationwide, Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro could step in as shadow Secretary of Health and Human Services to defend women's right to choose and argue against the gutting of Medicare by Trump and his cronies. Mr. Speaker, new times require new solutions. The shadow cabinet isn't just about opposing extreme MAGA attacks on our government. It's also about making clear what we stand for, not just what we're against. That's normalizing shadow government, giving themselves government titles, having a fake auction claiming that the Democrat gun control group, the Onion, bought Infowars. Wasn't true. We're back. It's overturned. It's like impossible to

1:15:13 like really comprehend just how I don't have words for it like it's beyond hypocrisy it's beyond anything and I know I know we say it enough it's just cliche at this point but like you want to talk about destroying democracy we voted for Donald Trump these people are saying The American people voted for Donald Trump to enact these certain policies, but if he tries to enact those policies, we are going to try to stop him. And they, you know, he moderates his language a little bit. He says, well, Tammy Duckworth, she can be the shadow secretary of whatever to argue for this, this, this. Well, you can argue as a congressman, you can argue as a senator, you can argue all you want. That's what the system is for. Go ahead and argue. If you're talking about setting up a shadow cabinet to undermine and usurp the power of the president of the United States and deny the American people our ability to choose our future at

1:16:00 out of you know at least two options we chose Donald Trump we chose Donald Trump we chose him because he wants to shut down the war in Ukraine because he wants to put RFK Jr. on health and human services and get the poison out of our food and water we chose that so they are just in the most deliberate and exasperating way literally talking about undoing the Democratic vote by imposing their rule on an unwilling populace. It is literal tyranny right in front of us and they're doing it out in the open like they're the good guys. Absolutely, well said my friend. Well you're going to be back 8 a.m. from the Infowars studios on Monday unless the left

CHAPTER 22 / 28 Discussion

Glenn Beck Interviews Alex Jones on Bankruptcy Irregularities

In a replayed interview from earlier in the day, Glenn Beck spoke with Alex Jones about the irregularities in the InfoWars auction. Jones detailed how the FBI and Democratic counsel in Connecticut allegedly orchestrated the lawsuits that led to the bankruptcy. Beck expressed concern that the legal system is being used for "retribution" rather than "restoration," violating the Eighth Amendment's protections against excessive fines.

1:16:39 You know, unless Biden while he's still in power calls it an airstrike on us or causes World War Three. Great job to you. God bless you. We're going to bring the great Chase Geiser in here with some closing comments. Then I'm going to end this live transmission. It'll reloop here on the InfoWars feed in-house to the folks at InfoWars.com forward slash show, man. Video that's now back up under our control because the fraud's being exposed and more more to come. The fight's not over yet. We just won a major battle. And then of course, we're doing the restreams, the huge show today for tens of millions of viewers out there. Then we'll all be back Sunday night, myself and Chase Geiser with Sunday Night Live, 4 to 8 p.m. Pray for us. I'm going to air myself on Glenn Beck this morning before even more came out. Look how accurate this is now. What I was saying, that's about 10 minutes long. And then we're going to have Chase Geiser in here for closing comments. And then this amazing crew gets some sleep. And in case something crazy breaks tomorrow, we deserve a day of rest.

1:17:33 And so we're going to take off at least some tomorrow or it was a total emergency. I will not probably will be. I will not be back up here tomorrow. I'll let everybody get back to their family. Great job, the crew. I love you. Thank you for putting up with everything going through this. You're warriors. You're amazing. This is history. We're part of something really special here. So Harrison Smith, thank you so much, my friend. Thank you. And thank you to the Infowars audience. It's all because of you and honestly, the outpouring of support and love that I've experienced over the last few days. is totally overwhelming. I can't even express it. Everybody should follow you. Oh, at Harrison H. Smith at Harrison H. Smith on X. Yeah, I'll see you on Monday. Remember, everybody's allowed to grab our feeds and repost them. Restream them. You should be streaming the show every day. It's all about power of the people. Everybody owns this show, belongs to the people. They can never own it. They can never control them forwards. It's all a lie. God bless you, brother. Thank you. All right. Here is the Glenn Beck interview this morning. I did 930 in the morning.

1:18:23 And look how it all came true. Now it's all accurate. And then we're going to bring in Chase Geiser, and that's going to be it for this Friday night emergency transmission. And then my Paul Revere's, you just share those links at Real Alex Jones and at the InfoWorks feed on X and at AJN Live. And George Soros, the new Lord will not be too happy. Stay with us. I've got major breaking news. I'm getting chills right now. And I'm going to tell people first off, the FBI testified in the show trial in Connecticut two years ago on TV. I didn't know this until then. They hit it in plain view that their chief counsel in Connecticut created the suits, organized the people, they got the PR firms, they hyped up and exaggerated what I did for two years, used my name to raise money for their anti-gun, anti-First Amendment groups.

1:19:08 And then sued me, then found me in default, said I was guilty, and then had show trials, literally produced by HBO. Now moving on from that, the federal judge, Lopez, just Two months ago, very famously, when the last CRO and U.S. trustee appointed by the Justice Department, the judge agreed to it because they wanted to come into the case because it's so publicized, the Justice Department can do that. They have a whole office of bankruptcy. They then tried to close the doors in late May without a court order. We got a hearing in two weeks. I refused to let them close the doors. I said I'd call the police when they came and told me to get out of the building.

CHAPTER 23 / 28 Discussion

Secret Email Auctions and the Redefinition of Bankruptcy Law

Alex Jones explained to Glenn Beck that the trustee, Chris Murray, switched from a public auction to a secret email-based bidding process at the last minute. Jones alleged this was done to facilitate bid collusion and ensure a specific political outcome. He noted that the judge has since questioned the transparency of this process, as it deviated from the court's original order for a cash-based public sale.

chris murray· email auction· sealed bids· bid collusion· bloomberg· bankruptcy

1:19:48 Then the judge fired the federal trustee and the CRO, but appointed a new one that was next to the rotation. Now, the new one comes in and says, okay, well, Alex Jones is in bankruptcy too. We're going to move to sell it at auction. The judge says yes, but then they come out a few months ago, it was all over the news and said, and the trustee said, I'm going to sell the name Alex Jones Show and I'm going to sell the name Real Alex Jones on X. Elon Musk lawyers got involved. They were there by the way. It gets worse. But here's the new news. The judge a month ago in a hearing said, no, you must have new hearings on when you're going to have an auction.

1:20:29 and we have to have hearings on this, so they withdrew their claim on my name. Chris Murray, the new trustee, this is all in the news, in the transcripts are public, from the hearing yesterday, he, without the judge's authorization, the judge said this, went ahead with the auction but here's the breaking news the judge said this evening bloomberg airshake i did not authorize you to have this auction we were supposed to have hearings that you were making claims of violate the thirteenth amendment against slavery thought of the eight and the first of all it again she just said and then chris murray is in bloomberg in in the filing saying the thirteenth amendment is not a plot alex jones close quote in a filing so all of those amendments are attempting to be destroyed

1:21:09 Then I waited here stay till I said this to all my lawyers some of them are the top bankruptcy people Said I'm authorized to say this literally 30 minutes ago. The filings will be filed within one hour Now now now get ready for this not only did they have this fake email auction, the judge said it was fake. They took $1.7 million cash, as you just said, pledged the rest in future money they get from me when the judge's order was it's a cash auction. And now basically, this is what the judge said, this was a private secret sale disguised as an auction. They then ignored

1:21:52 the highest bid that was way, way, way, way, way, way larger. And then the judge then excoriated them and said, the judgment excoriated them and said we are now going to have a full evidentiary hearing sometime next week and my lawyers are filing they say it's cut and dry they're not bomb throwers cut and dry in their own admissions and murray's own admissions on the stand that they had bid collusion because none of the bidders are supposed to talk to each other you have to disclose if there's another group you have to disclose if you're going to change the auction

1:22:32 and then now claim that it's not cash, it's a credit auction, but they didn't even do that. Now, and here's the key. Murray put out two months ago for the auction that November 8th was the last day to have your first initial bid in, and it would be online with a big auction company, and people could bid up. That's the definition of an auction is sold to the highest bidder in Webster's Dictionary. So then they have this private sale disguised as an auction. Then they announce on Monday the 11th at 2 p.m via email to my lawyers and everybody we're disregarding the old auction filings and the money that was put down and the non-disclosures that were signed and the regular federal contracts that follow law we're now going to have sealed bids in on Wednesday November 13th at 10 a.m. there will be no further bids above that which is not an auction and then we will choose including we reserve the right to take a lesser bid so it was already fixed then

CHAPTER 24 / 28 Discussion

Cruel and Unusual Punishment and the Eighth Amendment

Glenn Beck and Alex Jones discussed the constitutional implications of the $1.5 billion judgment, labeling it "cruel and unusual punishment." Beck argued that the goal of the plaintiffs is not financial recovery but the total destruction of Jones' ability to speak. They warned that if this model of "lawfare" succeeds against Jones, it will be deployed against other independent voices like Tucker Carlson and Beck himself.

eighth amendment· first amendment· 13th amendment· retribution· tucker carlson· glenn beck

1:23:29 And then that went forward. So this is 100% cut and dry illegal. Sorry, Glenn. So here's the thing, Alex. A settlement against somebody is to make the people that are suing whole. There is a difference between restoration and retribution. If the people want that, you know, we're not going after retribution but restoration, then that fine that you got, then you had to pay the families was to restore them. They can't suddenly say, well, we'll get this money from Alex while we take away his business and even his name.

1:24:18 You're not going to get any money from Alex. And the reason why you would have an auction when somebody goes bankrupt is to make the other people whole. This is clearly about retribution. And Glenn, you're absolutely right. They said on the courthouse steps in both rig cases and they said in their filings and they said in the Onion announcement, this is about punishing him and taking him off the air. And the Democrat lawyer that runs all this Absolutely. And the head Democrat lawyer out of Connecticut that runs all this said on ABC News last night, Alex Jones's punishment has just begun. Listen, they turned down $70 million from me that I agreed to pay out over a period of years that I wasn't sure I could make. More money than, as you said rightfully, than I've ever made. And so they admit this. They're not even denying it. What's crazy is they're so arrogant that when the judge said do an auction,

1:25:14 months ago, they acted like they were going to do an auction up to two days before, less than 48 hours before on Monday afternoon, they throw out the real auction. pretend they have an auction and this is cut and dry and then they admit that they did all of this and again the judge's order said a cash auction. This wasn't even a credit auction as you said promising my future earnings for them to be able to buy my company. It is so ridiculously fraudulent on its face that my lawyers are speechless right now that they would try this but again they admit that the Justice Department is heavily involved in directing all of this just like they got caught directing all the lawfare against Trump and they admit on MSNBC and CNN this model being used against me if they're successful will then be used and they've literally said the names in previous shows years ago Tucker Carlson and Glenn Beck so I don't know if you've seen those newscasts I can send them

1:26:14 to I don't want to get involved in lawsuits because I'm not a judge, I'm not an attorney, and I'm not a jury. But I will insert myself when you see clear injustice against the Constitution. And I can quote the eighth and the first. I hadn't thought of the 13th, but you say your attorney quoted that one. It is clear that this is cruel and unusual punishment

1:26:55 It is also retribution and an excessive fine. And it's all based on freedom of speech. This is not going to stand, Alex. And I hope that when the DOJ is cleaned up, this comes up and they prosecute anyone who did anything illegal in this case. I totally agree. And Glenn, if you have time, just one last key point. It gets worse. So they have the secret fake auction Wednesday at 10 30. They say we'll tell you sometime tomorrow morning. I figure something's going on. So I get to the office

CHAPTER 25 / 28 Discussion

Hijacking the InfoWars Building and the Backup Network

Alex Jones described the moment the U.S. Trustee arrived at the InfoWars building to "hijack" the facility and cut off the broadcast. He claimed the trustee intimidated IT staff into pulling the plug despite the lack of a final court order. Jones credited his team's foresight in building a backup studio, the Alex Jones Network (AJN), which allowed them to resume broadcasting to radio and TV stations within minutes.

1:27:38 right at 730 when the call and the emails come through to my lawyers that you didn't get your IP, you didn't get your equipment, you didn't get everything, nothing. And then Chris Murray, the US trustee, shows up at 8 a.m. right as I go on one of my other hosts has a live show so I took it over at 8 a.m. and I'm there and he's ordering my crew saying I'm a federal agent because he has when he does his little hearings he has the Justice Department seal behind him. He says you were ordered to turn this off or I'm going to have you violating the state, you're going to get in trouble.

1:28:14 with the court. So he basically intimidated my IT people to at 10 30 in the morning pull the plug on live broadcast when it wasn't a real auction. The judge hadn't authorized an auction yet, he had just authorized to have one in the future and the judge said all this in court hearsay. So they literally hijacked the building, turned the power off, turned the satellite off, the radio and tv stations. Luckily we built a backup studio, which we're calling the Alex Jones Network. People can follow that on X at AJN live or real Alex Jones. And luckily we got in contact with most of our radio stations and only five minutes late got our satellite link that was already up and ready to them.

1:28:56 But this is literally, I'm not exaggerating any of this, this is all gonna be filed in federal court today. Anybody listening that says this doesn't sound real, I understand. It's in Bloomberg, it's everywhere if you read deeper in the articles that the judge, quote, has serious questions about transparency, that he said the sale didn't go through. And here they are everywhere saying the Onion bought it and all this, and it's not even true. So imagine, and all that people I've talked to said there's no way the judge doesn't at least order a new real auction. but there's probably going to be more. The law says that the real big bidder by law, it will be forfeited to them and they wouldn't have to face the jeopardy of another, another auction. So there's a very good chance with these emergency injunctions today that I will be back in control of the info wars building and studios and systems perhaps by this afternoon, but 99% chance by the full evidentiary hearing next week, when this is epic desperateness and vigilantism by the desperate left.

CHAPTER 26 / 28 Discussion

Chase Geiser on Resilience and the "Band of Brothers" Mentality

Host Chase Geiser joined the broadcast to reflect on the "historic" and "crazy" 48 hours following the attempted shutdown. Geiser compared the team's resilience to scenes from "Band of Brothers" and "Cool Hand Luke," emphasizing that they are "calloused" to the attacks. He stated that when the opposition tries to take everything, it only makes the platform more powerful because they have nothing left to lose.

1:29:54 Thank you very much. Alex Jones. Uh, you can follow him at Alex Jones dot network, uh, Alex Jones dot network. And of course on X at real Alex Jones. Ladies and gentlemen, I am chase guys are your host for the next few minutes, wrapping up this broadcast on this historic day when we are back in the info wars studio. And it has been absolutely 100% the craziest. 48 hours of my life. I didn't get any sleep last night, so I apologize if I am slurring my words or tired. I just couldn't sleep because I was so excited. The energy was so high. And, you know, I was thinking about what this was like and comparing it to movies that I've seen because, frankly, epic movies or TV shows that I've seen are the closest thing I've ever experienced to what I actually in reality experienced over the course of the last two days.

1:30:50 And last night when we were broadcasting from the Alex Jones Network, I likened our experience here to Wolf of Wall Street. We have a promo that we've been running. I'm not leaving. Meant to inspire. That resonates for sure. There's this one minute clip that I want to show you because this 60 second clip is exactly like how it's been the last two days at InfoWars. And I speak for myself of course, but I think I can speak for the crew. I think they'll see what I mean when they watch this clip. And the reason I want to show this is a scene from Band of Brothers, one of my favorite shows. Outstanding book as well. Is because we can't change what happens to us, but we can always decide how we respond. And ultimately I think that is the test of the human condition. What it means to be a man. How you respond to your environment, what happens to you that's out of your control. Some people buckle, they become afraid, they just comply and submit.

1:31:59 Others fight back and fail. And I've reached a certain point, and I've been here the least amount of time of anyone, where all of the attacks have been so ridiculous and outrageous and incessant and existential that I'm totally calloused. Oh, we're going back to the InfoWars studio? Okay, let's broadcast from the InfoWars studio to our millions of listeners. Oh, we can't broadcast from the InfoWars studio? Okay, let's go to the Alex Jones Network studio and reach the same people. Oh, they're shutting this down. Oh, they're trying to silence this. Oh, they're gonna file this. Oh, we can't close this deal. We're not allowed to do this deal. They're gonna shut everything down. Maybe we won't have jobs. Oh, okay, whatever. I'm so callous to it. At this point, it's like, okay, that is just the condition, the environment that we are in in InfoWars. It's frankly the environment that we're in in the United States of America, at least until the inauguration, where there's just this litany, this cacophony, this

1:33:05 astronomical, asinine amount of just abuse and neglect and ultimately I think the best word is disregard for the rights of the American people. Namely free speech, basically all of the Bill of Rights. Cruel and unusual punishment, right to assemble, freedom of religion, right to bear arms, due process, hell even quartering with the migrants that have been allowed into this country. Total disregard. And now it's like that scene from risky business with Tom Cruise from the 80s, that movie, where his friend says, hey man, sometimes you just have to say what the F word in protest and just say no, no, no, I'm not gonna tolerate this, I'm not gonna let this get to me, I'm not gonna yield to this.

1:33:58 I'm just gonna go into the most dangerous, risky situation possible to accomplish what I want to accomplish and I don't care what the outcome is. All I care is that I run in as fast as I can through the storm, not away from the storm. Through the storm. Let's run the clip. I'm taking over. Mortars and grenade launchers on that building till it's gone. When it's gone, I want first to go straight in. Forget going around. Everybody else follow me. Yes, sir. If we don't connect with I, they're gonna slip away! That's right, wait here! You know, one of my favorite movies is Cool Hand Luke and there's a couple of scenes from that movie as well that have come to mind oftentimes since I started working here.

CHAPTER 27 / 28 Discussion

The Collapse of Legacy Media and the Rise of Independent Voices

Chase Geiser argued that legacy corporate media is collapsing because it has been rendered moot by independent voices like Joe Rogan and Tucker Carlson. He characterized mainstream networks as "boring and mind-numbing" tools for reinforcing delusions rather than reporting reality. Geiser concluded that the establishment's attacks on InfoWars are driven by a fear of the truth, which "eviscerates an infinite amount of darkness."

legacy media· cnn· msnbc· joe rogan· tucker carlson· alternative media· truth

1:35:24 First of all, of course, the famous boxing scene where Paul Newman's character refuses to give up even though he's much weaker, an inferior opponent in this boxing match. He's totally outsized, outmatched, getting absolutely pummeled. But ultimately he wins the fight because everyone walks away from the field and he's still standing, he's still getting back up. And then the famous scene from Cool Hand Lucas, sometimes nothing can be a real cool hand. And when they've taken everything from you, when they sue you for 1.5 billion dollars, when they threaten to shut down your life's work, when they threaten to take everything that you ever held dear, when they succeed, then in a way you become more powerful than you've ever been before. Because you have nothing to lose. And that's the mentality that I've fallen in here, that I'm proud to work here with this crew, these audacious patriots. Any number of them could get jobs anywhere else making more money.

1:36:36 But out of sheer loyalty and audacity and frankly just will, these men that I work with have elected to do the right thing. Because sometimes nothing can be a real cool hand. And sometimes when you're in the middle of a crazy battle on Bastogne, the only solution is to run right into the enemy. And that's the situation we're in right now. Mainstream media is collapsing right before our eyes. It's collapsing similar to how the economy collapsed in 1929. It's happening rapidly. They're in denial right now, which is the first stage of grief. And they are lashing out in their desperation. They hate InfoWars because we are the competition. We are the very medium, alternative media, that has rendered legacy corporate mainstream media moot.

1:37:43 they're totally unnecessary. They're not just unnecessary, they're frankly harmful. They should have a right to be harmful. That's fine. If they want to spew bull crap with their tacky aesthetic and their crappy production and their teleprompters. I mean, if you turn on CNN and MSNBC, any of these mainstream networks, it feels like a valedictorian giving you the graduation speech pre-written. People are literally reading from a screen to audiences and airports and all over the world, it's so boring and dull and mind-numbing, the only reason anyone consumes it is because they're so insecure and inferior that they require an external talking head to reassure them that all of the BS that they believe is true. To reinforce their delusion. It's actually exactly the same thing that we see with

1:38:40 the transgender movement where they insist that you refer to them by the gender that they prefer despite the fact that it's not reality because there's something wrong where they have to see someone else acknowledge what they want to feel or what they're going through in order for it to be bearable for them. It's like a cope and that's the only service, the only value that mainstream media brings to any person, any consumer, any audience member, any viewer, any reader The only value they really bring to their audience is bolstering up, strengthening up their own delusion regarding the way they perceive the world. It just allows people to go on being ignorant and asleep and comfortable without facing the harsh reality that the reason they're struggling is not because of some external injustice but some internal failure. They would never look within to improve themselves.

1:39:55 Because if they were to look within, they would see nothing but an abyss. So massive, like a black hole, it would suck their soul into itself until they were nothing. Not even any light could escape the gravitational pull would be so strong. And Infowars is a pioneer in this alternative media space because of the work that Alex has done and his crew has done over the course of the last several decades. But it's not just Infowars anymore, it's the Joe Rogans, it's the Tucker Carlsons. It's the Nick Sordaurs, it's all of these independent voices. So many of the hundreds of guests that we've had on this network. The audacity to put a camera up and broadcast to whoever would be willing to listen how they perceive things to be true. Instead of expressing what they know you wish were true in exchange for ad revenue and kickback and political gain.

1:40:56 They had within themselves some demand, some need to just say what they really thought. And for that, they're criticized and ridiculed and campaigned against. And the targets of lawfare and assassination attempts and slander, accusations of being bigoted, Nazis, xenophobic, every terrible thing you could imagine about a person. Ultimately because the truth is the greatest threat to this political establishment, this private political press, this political class. So the real reason they're coming after Alex Jones and Infowars and all the other alternative outlets is not because of anything that they say that they get wrong. It's because of everything they say that's true. Everything they say that they get right. Because even the smallest amount of light, truth, eviscerates an infinite amount of darkness. Folks,

CHAPTER 28 / 28 Discussion

1:49:18 They're gonna send the globalists to prison. The government fears Alex Jones. Listen. I don't know how long this is gonna end, but if they wanna fight, Well, here we are back at the M4 War Studios.
