1:25:19 Then we've done four years, they won't respond back. But what they did to your wife, it's even worse than I knew. Describe that story or tell me during the break before you leave and do Owen's show. Yeah, so real quick, my wife and I were married in the United States. We're in and out of the country. We have a home in Florida. She had a military ID card. We had applied for a green card over three years ago. We came back during COVID. We could not get back to Indonesia because of COVID travel restrictions back in Indonesia wouldn't allow us to. So we had to extend month by month by month. About six months into it, seven months into it, my wife was hit by an undercover police car. He was traveling at 90 miles an hour in Panama City Beach in a high speed pursuit, which was illegal at the time. She was in a parked car as a passenger, hospitalized everybody.
1:25:59 She had neck and spinal injuries, and then during her treatment, they discovered she had cancer. So now she had to go through cancer treatment. So the COVID restrictions didn't get lifted until January 12th of 2022. We arrived in March of 2021. So technically we were an overstay on a five-year unlimited visa, which didn't make any sense to me. Anyways, we didn't know, but when she was cleared for the treatment, we went back to Indonesia on our own with cognizance, came back six weeks later. We were both detained in LAX by CBP. They separated us, would not allow us to communicate, talk to each other, phone calls. The first question I asked my wife is your husband Dale Comstock? And she's like, yeah, and it got on the phone at Tim and then the circus started, right? So they took her downstairs, they told me to wait in baggage claim.
1:26:45 They said it takes about two hours. They're gonna do an interview and everything will be fine. So I waited in baggage claim for 24 hours. Literally sat on my suitcase. No food, no water, just sitting like a, waiting for my puppy to show up and nothing happened. I had nobody to call. I had no one to contact. They said just wait outside and we'll get to you. Later on, I find out that- They did an interview about 3 o'clock in the morning. So we arrived at noon, 3 o'clock the next morning they did an interview and they said, okay, we'll ask you some questions. Just answer yes. She goes, well, what if the answer is no? She goes, I just answered yes so we get you out of here. She's like, she didn't understand what that meant. So she said no. They asked her, did you know you were an eagle, an overstay, an unlawful overstay? She said no. Anyways, they changed about four to six of her answers to yes. I actually have the documents. And so she was not aware of that.
1:27:31 put in a sealed package and then they actually use somebody else's passport. And he go, yes, you were in overstate and you knew it because here's your passport and here's the stamp. Well, that wasn't actually a passport. She goes, let me see that and they wouldn't let her see it. Well, later on. There's some other stuff that happened basically. Next thing I know, I get a text message from United Airlines that says time to board. And I'm like, what does that mean, time to board? And then I realized they're putting my wife on a flight back to Jakarta. And now my wife had no money, no credit cards, no clothes, no phone charge. She had nothing with her because we literally got off the airplane when they brought her up. So they marched her down the terminal. Two armed police officers, my wife is five feet tall, 88 pounds. And they got her left and right arms.
1:28:14 March on the aircraft when everybody's on board and walking from front to rear to the handcuffer I'm trying to call her at this point because I realize what's going on. They won't let her answer the phone She asked him in front of everybody. She goes, can I please just answer phone tell my husband would be okay? She said no no, no sit down Don't touch your phone until you're in Tokyo and then they buckle her up by this time the crew the passenger already complaining like, you know Let the woman say goodbye to her husband whatever and they said no I Anyways, they leave the aircraft to close the doors flight and it came back with that folder that had the answers the test questions in it Handed it to my wife. She opened it up and that's what she realized. They had changed all her answers To no or to yes, and there was nothing she could do at that point. I didn't know she was you know What was going on at the point in fact? They already told her two hours in Poland. We gotta go to break We're gonna come back and finish up that I'm an air promo. We're gonna bring on our other guests, but this is important because this Again, the illegal aliens are exempt from the shots to try to make everybody else take them. They give them all this free stuff they give
1:29:10 They give them six, seven, eight year out immigration hearings, but then citizens, veterans get harassed like this and it's because they put you in a database. It's come out to harass the hell out of you. I'm in the database. I had lawyers sent in four years, three years ago, two years ago, a year ago. The government will not even respond illegally and they do similar crap to me. We'll be right back. All right, Dale Comstock, American Badass here, your book. So much you've done. You got to come back on sometime just talk about military and history and some of the stories you can tell us. It's all riveting stuff, you know, former Delta Force, you name it. In closing, total harassment of you and your wife. Obviously, the database is being harassed.
1:29:47 Finishing up that story and then tell us what the book briefly. Yeah, so, you know at the end of the day, you know literally falsified my wife's documents I actually went through senator Marco Rubio's office three times You know had him investigated twice. I got a letter back saying it's just a boilerplate response, you know, blah blah blah blah blah third time I got a little upset I sent him a little bit more but threatening letter saying listen up I I'm gonna pursue this legally because you've had people within that actually violated my wife's rights, my rights as a veteran, as American citizen. And that's when it came back and started quoting statutes and threatening me. And I was actually surprised that at the senator level, they have actually very little power. They did all they could for me. But I'm still gonna try to push that envelope a little bit. But the reality was they falsified my wife's documents. They lied, outright lied.
1:30:36 They did an internal investigation. They said all the officers said they didn't do anything wrong. Of course, they're gonna say that. But anyways, it is what it is. That's why I'm here is one to tell the story that we're all potential victims. It's not just, the big machine will gobble up everybody, including veterans and they don't care what we've done for our country. They haven't helped me. I don't see that they're gonna help me and my wife. They're gonna leave us out there. As I said in the beginning of the show, they've cast us to the wolves. It's up to me to protect my family. That's why I'm here. And moreover, I'm here for everybody else because we need to wake up and be ready to stand against the machine because they work for us. I keep reminding you, they work for us. Yeah, so again, Alex, thanks for having me on the show. I do have another book out. The one you were just showing was American Badass. I had written that several years ago. I have a new one coming out.
