The second part is the way they prosecuted the case, they've pursued theories of evidence that simply don't make sense. Basically they've tried to prove the media's narrative which is a fake narrative. Tried to pretend that fentanyl was no big deal you could just hop in a car and drive off with that amount of fentanyl on your system said 90% of the time their experts that smoking won't bother your lungs
