It broke in a little few hours before that about Tucker Carlson talks about demonic attack. And I went on X. Last night I was up here working till like 10 o'clock at night. We posted like 930 shot up, Another report we tagged on to the report I'd shot in my car when it was still daylight. And most of the comments were Jones is crazy, he's making it up. They didn't know it was already trending on X that the video Tucker talking about it was out there. They thought I was just making it up and I could see why. But I didn't tell those stories, not because I thought it would be discrediting, but because it would be a distraction. And Tucker says, and he's been doing it, he's all about the truth and just getting everything out there.

And he shoves the hurt like hell, but boy, it felt 95% better after that. Shoves my right shoulder back into socket and I go home. And I never even told my dad that story. I never told

I literally just finished processing our final national popular vote call We've had Trump up two points, like literally the entire fall. The last call, we sharpened the pencil a little bit, played with the weightings. Trump 2.4, but it rounds up to three. So I guess we'll see. There's a lot of people there with us, like Wall Street Journal, Atlas Intel, Forbes, Harris X, and a lot of other really good pollsters. And what you're not hearing in the media is that, listen, the national popular vote, if it's right,

2:00:30 Trump's sweeping these states in a way that we haven't seen since like Reagan, Carter in 1980. And of course, they had a spoiler in there, a third party spoiler, and we don't have that now. And listen, maybe I'm right a point or two. But with Donald Trump tied or winning the National Popular Vote, he should be knock on wood doing three to four points

We're seeing massive turnout in rural areas and all of the state polling we put out this week. Shows we ask people when do you plan on voting? There's still a lot of people that plan on voting on Election Day and Depending on the state they say they're gonna go Trump by 8 to 12 points. That's huge I don't have the numbers in front of me, but I've seen a bunch of them on a pollster like you so correct me if I'm wrong I've seen a lot of state polling and local polling out of like Virginia, North Carolina a lot of places that

And people have been tracking whether people have voted in previous elections or not. And the signs are is that low print

And one of the cope cycles that you hear right now is, well, Republicans are doing better, but it's just because Donald Trump told him not to show up on election day. And our numbers just show that's patently wrong. I mean, they are cannibalizing some of their election day vote, but with an 8 to 12 point advantage on election day for Trump, Unless something major happens between now and Tuesday to suppress the vote on Tuesday, a blizzard or false flag, whatever, right? They're gonna show up and crawl over broken glass to vote for Donald Trump.

But what I see on the ground, I go all over the country, I mean, I'm seeing massive numbers of women that were Democrats that I know and in public that I don't know and online saying they're going Trump. What are you seeing there?

2:04:54 So this is a really tough one to answer and it's going to take a lot of digging into the exit polls because where we're at is a situation where we don't know how much the polling reflects the reality. Don't freak out. Let me explain that. When we poll over the last four years, what we've seen is that people who respond to our poll overwhelmingly have shifted towards Trump. Hispanic voters, depending on the poll, now actually go Trump when they, you know, Trump lost the Hispanic vote massively to Hillary Clinton. Black voters, depending on the poll, say by 30% that they're gonna vote for Trump. And 18 to 39 year olds, he's roughly tied to down a few points. Now there is a difference among women too. Trump wins by seven, eight, nine points with men, but loses by two to four points with women. So those are all important things. But the problem is, is that when you ask polls now, everybody says, oh yeah, we're definitely gonna vote.

2:05:52 And with this massive political realignment we've seen where Trump is redefining the Republican Party, and a lot of people care less about party politics and more about personality politics. What we've been doing is tuning our polls to identify the people who have changed their minds and to get into the inside baseball. One of the ways we do that is asking people how they voted in 2020 and making sure that our sample shows that we have enough Biden supporters, something that a lot of A lot of pollsters are over sampling Biden 2020 supporters and when we're not, we're fixing it to make sure we have enough of them and still we show Trump winning because so many people have changed their minds.

2:06:30 But what that's not helping us pick up, and what we may be seeing now, is people just sitting on the couch. And so yeah, my polls might say that Trump wins 30% of the black vote, but we may see a massive decrease in black turnout just because they don't wanna go vote for Kamala Harris. So I think we're starting to see those kinds of signs in the early vote, and then one And again, it's one poll, but we're seeing the same kind of pattern across multiple states. Yeah, women have an advantage. It was like three points in Pennsylvania. And men say they're gonna vote on election day by eight points. So no matter the metric and almost every single state, every one of these things points to the fact that Republicans still have gas in the tank. And that's what a lot of people are trying to bury their head in the sand about on Twitter.

And they are behaving like they know they're going to lose. They're already saying Raskin, all of them take an hour to listen. All the listeners have all seen it and heard it, but that they're going to have civil war conditions. They're not going to certify. They're going to drag it out for weeks. They're getting caught in all sorts of chicanery. and the Supreme Court strikes down the illegals voting in Virginia. And that was a big wake up call for folks that didn't know that was going on in a lot of states and didn't follow the other federal rulings, basically saying, leave them on the rolls. So that's a huge wake up call. And so there's so many factors, but I see body language and behavior by the establishment Democrats, and they are the establishment, 90% of the big corporate money is going to the Democrats, not Trump. They are the establishment, we're the rebels.

But I mean, listen, if you think cynically about the Democrats and the powers that be and how strongly that they want to keep their kleptocratic oligarchy in D.C., we've seen assassination attempts. And this isn't like this isn't something that 5 percent of

No, 64% of voters think it's at least somewhat likely that the Intel agencies are seeding our political news with talking points. So I mean, like across the board, 70% of them think there was going to be another Trump assassination attempt after the second one down in Morolago. So they see this and things are getting really bad in the country because of it, because the increased gaslighting now we have almost seven out of ten voters think that there's going to be cheating in this election. And we asked about political violence as a response to the election results. We asked how likely is it that there will be a violent reaction if Kamala Harris is elected 50% of the way?

2:10:16 41% said the same thing for Trump. So regardless of who wins, voters think that there's gonna be a violent reaction. And of course they probably disagree about where that comes from. And overwhelmingly, it's actually Democrats, over 60% of Democrats think there's gonna be a violent reaction. And that's because MSNBC and CNN are telling them like every day that Trump is the second coming of Hitler. So that's where we're at. I mean, if Trump wins, I don't think there's gonna be a violent reaction. I think anything's on the table. And listen, like three, four weeks ago, you could cynically list off five or six things that despite the polling, which is always shown in my opinion that Kamala Harris is losing, despite the polling, there were things that they could have done to win this.

They could have had wall-to-wall coverage about the passing of the torch and all this media fluffery, and it would have crowded out all the news cycles. They got four days to figure out how to prevent as many Republicans as possible from turning out to the election. The election is not yet won for Donald Trump. I mean, we're talking about sure a lot of emphasis is going to be put on North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

I mean, we're talking about we just put out a poll where Trump was down two in Virginia and down one in New Hampshire on Election Day. We might see those as early flips. So we're talking about the entire board. And again, maybe they'll just concede and say, yeah, Trump, but we had two assassination attempts, the convictions, two impeachments. It's just naive to say that all of a sudden they're going to relent.

And then he went over to work at the Pew Charitable Trust. While he was at the Pew, that's when the Citizens United opinion came out. And he read an article effectively that was published by the Brennan Center, which is essentially a think tank at the NYU School of Law. And they said that they needed to pump millions of voters onto their roles in response to Citizens United, presumably because the Citizens United lifted the cap on campaign contribution limits and the whole narrative of the Republicans being the rich people that never care about anyone was now dead because they're gonna have to pump the same money that everyone, well, I mean, they're not gonna have to, they already were, but they can't beat that same drum anymore with the financial angle.

3:00:57 So the game was now to add voters to the rolls. Becker took on that initiative and while he was at the pew, he realized, well, I can't launch this under the pew because of the obvious skepticism or potential partisan opposition that it would face or just the fact that people are distrusting of the pew. And he needed to bypass Congress to regulate these voter rolls. So he created Eric as a C3 entity that promotes effectively reducing the costs in administering elections. And the second point was that it would increase accuracy in the voter rolls. When it launched in 2012, it launched with seven inaugural member states. And from there, it grew all the way up to 33 states, which actually controlled 65.8% of the electoral college votes were ran by voter rolls that were maintained by Eric.

It's down to now 24 states in the District of Columbia, but ironically it still is the equivalent of exactly 270 electoral college votes is what is maintained in terms of the states that are members in ERIC. So once these states join ERIC, they sign a membership agreement, they pay $25,000 upfront of your taxpayer money, then they pay tens or if not hundreds of thousands each year in membership dues And they essentially give Eric unfettered access to the DMV database. In exchange, Eric promises to increase the accuracy in their voter rolls.

And then we'll get into the illegal aliens and the replacement migration lawsuit you filed but

States that were leaning a little bit red got the second most and states that were leaning blue got third. And then states that were far red or far blue got the lowest amounts of funding. Michigan got $12 million. Now out of that, or 11.9, out of that 12 million that went to Michigan, it went into something called the MCELA.

Now, Alper Strategies was founded by Jill Alper, the former political director of the DNC, and Waterfront Strategies is a well-known powerhouse consulting firm. Well, the discrepancy here is that when the filings came through from Waterfront and came through from Alper, it was for media strategy and purchase. which we then dug further into and it was for targeted solicitations and text messages reaching out to voters. So you're essentially just laundering money from Zuckerberg through your nonprofit into the states to influence the elections and they turn what are supposed to be nonpartisan objective government offices into satellite hubs for the campaign.

The DPPA, Drivers Privacy Protection Act, prohibits obtaining, using, or disclosing any personal information from a driving record except for the 14 enumerated circumstances and not one of them has anything to do with elections or voting. And then we get to all the illegal aliens and the key here, but I mean, unpacking this right there, you have them clearly laundering the money through a supposed voter database that states pay into. They pay for their own Trojan horse and then they use that for voter outreach

But because there's federal laws on, and the states have also had them follow to protect identities, then they won't tell the states and the outside people that these are illegals or non-eligible voters. Well, I'm not sure if they do follow any laws, frankly, because the membership agreement expressly on the face of the agreement expressly prohibits the states from providing them with any record that contains information regarding citizenship. Now, walking that back to think about the fact that they're, you know, at least 50 percent of their existence or at least their tax exempt purpose is predicated upon the basis that they're going to increase accuracy in voter rolls.

And it's right there in front of you and they're not increasing accuracy, they're decreasing it. It's that simple and they have the number to pick from. They obviously know they can't have more votes cast than registered voters, which we still saw happen. But nonetheless, the more people you have registered to vote, the more there is in play. And looking at this, when you have the code keys and all these battleground states, like Colorado getting leaked out, so people can get in the machines. And then you've got this 500,000 people in Michigan that they're allowing on, that's illegal, but they're doing it. And then their names are being used to vote over and over again. That's in the Michigan news, but not in the national news. So it's not just going out and using this money to get Democrats to vote or get illegals signed up into the system. We'll talk about in a moment.

They actually distinguish that when you look at things from the EAC, the Election Administration Commission, they publish biannual reports that give you statistics, which if you, we've also filed suit in Arizona, we filed suit in Pennsylvania. Right now, I believe one of our non-profits attorneys is currently in court in Arizona over 1.3 million voters that have not been removed.

We know almost all the elections are held at the same time. And what's your data on that?

And that's why so many of them are willing to die on the sword.
