Well, the court said that it was so constitutionally dangerous and so threatening and basically on its face what was going on was so obviously unconstitutional that they were putting in the emergency injunction and that Biden had until Monday evening to respond to it. Because if you know about the Bill of Rights Constitution and common sense or the Nuremberg Code, international law, what's going on is illegal
